    Hiring Hadley and Ren for our florals and day-of coordination was the best decision we made! Kayley took my Pinterest board and vibe, asked great questions to understand my likes and dislike, and used her creative freedom to make the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. She even created a mock up of our table florals for us at our meeting with Tiffany! On the day of, Tiffany, Hannah, and Mia kept everything perfectly on schedule. I didn't feel a single ounce of stress because I trusted them to get the job done. Thank you, Hannah, for keep me hydrated and making sure I was ok throughout the day! Hadley and Ren team were both highly responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind. We are so grateful for them!

    I met Cynthia early on in the wedding planning process, and I am so, so grateful that I did. Cynthia is the calm you need - a safe harbor in the eye of the storm. She kept us on track throughout planning, set realistic expectations (she immediately clocked that our timeline was too ambitious and her suggested adjustments were exactly right), and brought a strong, steady presence that we relied on all the way through the end of our wedding day. She handled stressed-out Vietnamese mothers with such grace, always made sure we had water and food, and somehow managed to fix every hiccup with ease. When I dropped bright pink dragon fruit on my wedding dress and my bustle came undone right before the grand entrance, Cynthia immediately whipped out a wipe and safety pins and had everything fixed in two shakes. Her team was equally incredible - professional, kind, and completely on top of every detail. Hannah kept the photographers on task so we captured all the shots we wanted, and Amanda handled last-minute alcohol runs during the reception to keep the drinks flowing. Even as we added last-minute dress changes and speech requests, Cynthia found a way to make it all happen seamlessly. Cynthia and her team are powerful, compassionate, and truly the best we could have ever worked with. So many other vendors hailed their professionalism! If you're on the fence about hiring them for coordination or florals, do it. The relief you'll feel from being in their warm, extremely capable hands is worth every penny.

    Working with Hadley and Ren was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Needless to say I wasn't even considering a planner for our wedding, but I am so glad we did! From the moment I reached out to Cynthia and Angela on Instagram, I felt their personal approach through the screen and I couldn't wait to meet them. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive, organized, and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life. Their planning expertise made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and they always made us feel supported and heard. They even met my grandma through one of our walk throughs, and she was excited to see them on our big day because she loved them so much! They truly blew us away was with the execution of the floral design. The arrangements were beyond stunning - romantic, unique, and completely personalized to fit our style and venue on board the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. From the ceremony to the reception, every floral touch was elegant and cohesive, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful everything looked. Hadley and Ren have an incredible eye for design and a calming presence that's so valuable during the wedding planning process. If you're looking for a team that combines creativity, professionalism and warmth, I can't recommend them enough. They made our day unforgettable!

    Coming from a grooms perspective I felt the same exact way as every other ignorant groom. Thinking we can do it all on our own. Let me tell you you're wrong. You guys need a coordinating team and Hadley and Rens team literally did gods work for our wedding. The entire event went absolutely perfect and they made sure we had nothing to worry about so we could truly enjoy our day. I'm not one to normally write reviews but trust me they deserve every bit of recognition for all of the hard work they put in. If you want to impress all of your friends with a wedding that is perfect down to every little detail and want to make your wedding the most memorable night of your life then book with them! P.S. they're also huge dog people and that's such a green flag

    I have been following Hadley and Ren for a while & long before I got engaged I knew I want them to design my wedding bouquet & florals. When I reached out for my wedding, I was excited to find out that they also started doing wedding planning/coordinating. They made everything less stressful and brought my vision to life. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day Cynthia and her team really went above and beyond on my wedding day. They even looked out after our dogs as they weren't allowed in the reception area. I'm super grateful for them and if I could have a wedding again I will hire them in a heartbeat Love you guys!

    I stumbled upon this floral shop when I was at SOCO. The decor and design is absolutely gorgeous!! Not only did the florals draw me in, but I really loved how they had a table to showcase what it would look like for an event/wedding. Their work is absolutely breathtaking. The team is also incredibly kind and talented. I've attached some photos of their work as well. I LOVED all the cool tone neutrals! Beyond obsessed. 10/10 Thank you all!

    In the midst of wedding planning, we found our silver lining, Hadley & Ren. We knew from the moment we met them, that it was a match made in heaven. It was the BEST decision we made for ourselves. We couldn't imagine going through this process without them. The services we chose were partial planning with design and florals. If we had found them sooner, we would have done the full planning service. It would have saved us A LOT of money, but so happy to have found them when we did. They are extremely knowledgable and will help guide you when you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed. They cater to your wants and needs and provide you with a TON of options. For example, we needed bread baskets: they sent me 3 different options. All we did was press a link and pay. It saved us so much time! They are also extremely organized with tons of helpful pdfs, excel sheets, and google docs. We relied on these so much. All the vendors were highly impressed with their active communication and thorough planning. Trust me, on a day full of chaos and multiple different people working together, you want someone who can take charge and lead with confidence. They displayed this admirably. And lastly, their attention to detail is out of this world. They were meticulous about bringing our vision to life. We felt like everything we planned on our design deck transpired beautifully on our wedding day. Our wedding felt like a dream and all of our guests were in awe. We are so lucky and honored to have worked with Hadley & Ren. We did not have an ounce of stress on our wedding day. From our very first meeting, their structured approach and attention to detail immediately put us at ease amidst the otherwise overwhelming planning process. Over the next several months, we had regular check-ins with Cynthia and her team to go over action items, floral designs, and vendor/rental selections. Cynthia made sure we felt confident throughout the planning process, always responding to our questions and requests promptly with care. Not to mention, H&R also has connections with a variety of vendors and suppliers in the industry that can materialize visions into reality. We also had several design meetings with Cynthia in the months leading up to the wedding to revise floral selections and venue layout.     Hadley and Ren is a team full of the most caring, detail-oriented, reassuring, and fun people we have ever had the honor of working with for our wedding! From the moment we connected with Cynthia for partial planning service, we felt that we were in very good hands. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Cynthia, Tiffany, and Kayley always checked in with us to ensure we had visibility into every step of our big day. We were provided with frankly PERFECT vendor recommendations that showed how much the H&R team dedicated time and energy to find us the right fits. Tiffany was our day-of coordinator and absolutely knocked it out of the park! She went above and beyond with streamlining communications and timing with our vendors and venue; all the while, she consistently made sure we felt represented in every aspect of our day. Tiffany was the second-opinion we were looking for during the whole process; she is so attentive, encouraging, and empathetic. She's a tremendous reason as to why all the moving parts of our day went so smoothly. We truly cannot fathom our wedding being as wonderful as it was without her dedication, organization, and infectious positivity! The florals and vibes were exactly what we envisioned for our day! The beautiful arrangements were even better in real life and fully complimented our outdoor venue. My bouquet and all the floral components were just what we always imagined them to be: natural, warm, and romantic! So many of our guests commented on how our wedding was one of the most beautiful they've ever experienced. Kayley not only completely hit every mark on our vision board with the florals-she is also the sweetest soul and provided bubbles the day of that made the vibes 100% immaculate! The pacing of our day was impeccable. We didn't feel rushed nor did we feel any lulls. We had plenty of moments that were private and precious, and got to make so many memories with all of our guests, that we wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding. Weddings can be overwhelming, and having a solid support system is so vital. Hadley and Ren did that and more for us! The whole team is truly, truly magic. We loved every second with them and can't recommend them enough. We can't wait to attend some H&R weddings of close friends in the near future (not exaggerating, at least 5 couples who attended said, "PLEASE give me your planning team's info!") THANK YOU, so so much, with our whole hearts, for making our dream day come true!

    We booked Hadley and Ren for our wedding's floral design and they delivered all I could wish for and more. The process was seamless and they were so understanding when I had to make changes to my order. I felt they understood my vision and I was completely at ease knowing they were in charge of my florals.

    Such a cute and aesthetic little shop! Located in the soco OC mix. I was looking to get a housewarming gift for a friend who loves neutral tones and went with the signature short arrangement which was absolutely perfect! Camille and Kaley were so helpful and sweet. They have beautiful vase arrangements and bouquets. Def recommend if you're looking for a beautiful gift for your loved ones!

    I would give Cynthia and Angela 10/5 stars if I could! TLDR: My wife had a vision and Cynthia and Angela executed to perfection! Our wedding day could not have gone any smoother. When my wife and I started planning our wedding, my number 1 non negotiable was to get a wedding planner after hearing horror stories about couples planning weddings without one and I am so glad that we found Cynthia and Angela. Upon interviewing several planners with our limited budget, Cynthia hands down gave the best first impression. When we told the other planners our budget, their responses during the interview were the same; "that's going to be tough" or "sorry we can't do it with that budget". When Cynthia answered the phone, she said "absolutely we can make that work, we've done amazing work with less". This is the kind of positivity, determination, and attitude every couple should see in their planners. It gave us a lot of confidence to work with them. During planning, they were very attentive to our needs; making sure we were aware of things we didn't know we had to be aware of, organizing all vendor payments and due dates, and staying in communication with our vendors. When it was time to create our design deck, they took our feedback very well to make sure we were on the same page. Not to mention, they are also a floral vendor so we didn't have to shop around for another florist. Come the big day, the coordination they had with their team was spot on. I wanted to make sure that my wife and I were able to enjoy the wedding that we spent so many months planning and that's exactly what happened. If anything went wrong, we didn't even notice. 2 weeks later and our guests are still talking about how great it was. At the end of the day, Cynthia and Angela planned and coordinated our wedding to perfection. In fact, it was so perfect that we want to do it again exactly the same way. It was truly the best day of our lives. If you are reading this and are on the fence about booking with Hadley and Ren, do not hesitate and book with them now!

Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. I could tell right from the first 5 minutes of talking to her that I wanted to work with her. She is kind, genuine, organized, transparent, helpful, creative, and so many other wonderful things. I am very much a Type A person and was nervous I wouldn't get exactly what I wanted, but I got everything and more! She even has this incredible platform she uses, Aisle Planner, and I was obsessed. If you like organization, it'll be your best friend during this process. Everyone kept telling me that planning a wedding was going to be a really stressful time, but to be completely honest, the only thing I was stressed about the entire time was our welcome dinner (which was the only event we didn't hire Heather for). Looking for guidance while wedding planning is SO stressful - it's hard to know where to start, especially planning a destination wedding (we live in Northern CA). We had our venue and our photographer but nothing else, so, being the researcher I am, I hopped on Google and began searching for "best planners in Orange County." I think when you start planning, you're like "I can do everything myself and only need minimal support." I was SO wrong - more to come on that. Pure Lavish stood out immediately. Carrie, the owner of PL, was the one to respond to my inquiry with a customized, non-robotic, hilarious email that acknowledged my silly inquiry about not knowing what I needed. That interaction was a huge selling point for me. She quickly set me up with one of PL's planners, Samantha. To say that I clicked with Sam would be the understatement of the century. Her bubbly energy and openness made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful in answering my questions about what kind of support we needed. In my original budget, I didn't plan on including a wedding planner, but I quickly realized just how important it was to have an expert as our guide along the way, as well as a creative lens to help with design. We signed with PL almost immediately after and didn't think twice. Over the next few months, it became clear just how well-connected PL is in Orange County. I had a pretty clear vision with a pre-defined budget that Sam knew exactly how to support. She identified all of the right vendors for what we were looking for and what our desired spend was for each part of the wedding. I ended up not doing anything myself and outsourcing everything because we loved all of the vendors so much. The network that PL brings to the relationship is probably one of the biggest considerations you should make as a bride. My mom and I made a few trips down to Southern CA to do live planning, select rentals, tastings, etc - it was SO awesome to see Sam in her element and to experience vendor relationships live. PL has such a stellar reputation in Orange County - that was abundantly clear every time we met someone new that we were working with. No trip to OC will ever be complete without seeing Sam! The time, energy, and excitement that Sam contributed to our wedding were truly incomparable. Her design board and ideas based on my feedback were absolutely perfect. We incorporated 100% of her ideas into our day and made our guests feel so special with all of the personalized recommendations that she made. The attention to detail, the command of the wedding party to keep things in line, and the ridiculous organization skills that she possesses are what defined the overall success of the weekend. On wedding day, the PL team showed up in FULL FORCE. We were so honored to have Carrie there to support us, and our bridal concierge Caroline was the definition of "being in the right place at the right time." A MIND READER! The worst part of the day was my shoe heel breaking (not bad, right?) and Caroline somehow crafted a clay pearl to match the ones on the broken heel. Absolutely brilliant. The PL team has become family. I won't ever be able to thank them enough for making our day the most wonderful day of our lives! I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets.     Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.
