So this time around when my insurance asked me to choose a body shop - I chose MPAC in Monterey Park. Not only were they honest and friendly but they were very informative. They helped through the entire process of the insurance claim and reassured me the job would be done with detail and in an efficient manner. They delivered. I was very satisfied. The process was easy, stress free as they dealt with the insurance company directly regarding scheduling, and the repairs I needed. I felt at peace the entire time and when it was time to pick up my car (5 days later) it looked brand new. The color match was flawless and glossy. I was really impressed with the detailing they did on the body of my car. I couldn't even tell where the damage or hit was previously at. I was originally quoted $1,000 from a body shop on York, but after doing some Googling, I found Sal's and decided to go by since I was only about 4 minutes away. Sal looked at my vehicle right away and gave me a much more reasonable quote of $575. This all happened on a Friday, and I scheduled my appointment for that Monday. He arrived right on time and spent about five hours repairing my vehicle. Sal was extremely professional, respectful, and hardworking. He's a very nice young man who is continuing his father's business, and I truly wish him nothing but success. He did the work on my property, and I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. I also found out he was in my son's class at Franklin!
