We are in a city not in the middle of nowhere. Car windshield got hit by a flying piece of drywall on the freeway. I'm so glad we are ok but this was a terrible experience already and Hadley has made it worse..... We are ending up renting a car and driving home now as it's CHEAPER than having this rip off company tow us home.... IF they would have ever showed up that is......what a day. While waiting for AAA to complete the investigation, I received a call from "Moe" from Hadley Tow, who identified himself as the General Manager. He told me to take my vehicle into some auto body shop in Anaheim to fix the damages to my car. He wouldn't admit that they caused the damage, but were offering to repair the car anyway. When I expressed unease about taking my car into a body shop that I was not familiar with, Moe told me "Well that's the only option if you want your car fixed, because that's the only body shop we use." I told him I would think about it and immediately called AAA to ask for guidance. The member services rep at AAA apologized and told me not to take my car into the body shop that Moe recommended. She said I could use whatever body shop I felt comfortable with. AAA completed their investigation and concluded that Hadley Tow was responsible for the damage. They had me receive two estimates to document the damages, then reimbursed me the ~$3200 in damages to my car from the body shop that I chose. The process took a while, but the member services rep at AAA was very nice and helpful. While I still would recommend AAA as an invaluable service, I would recommend avoiding Hadley Tow if at all possible. read more

I highly recommend Hadley Tow for any general towing needs, and especially if you have more complicated and delicate needs. In general, this company is very professional, which includes being cordial and polite, responsive, on time, technically adept, and constructive in problem solving. I've used this company many times over the years for general towing needs, and again more recently in late 2024 for a more complex situation. In 2024, I had the ability to work directly with a supervisor (Karam) regarding my towing needs. This was essential because I had a unique towing situation that required special handling involving detailed technicalities. As part of this process, I provided pictures that were carefully reviewed by Karam. Karam was very cordial, always available for discussions, and very constructive throughout the entire process. Having the ability to work directly with someone at this level definitely puts this company in the top tier of professionalism. Specifically, I had two vehicles that required towing out of the gated complex where I live, with technical challenges that were definitely beyond normal towing conditions. One vehicle was inoperable, and parked in a covered carport, and had to be moved out to position it for towing. Another vehicle was parked outside the carport in an uncovered parking space, and was also inoperable, and had to be moved backwards out of the parking space and then dollied to the carport. Moving these two vehicles, and eventually to a flatbed tow truck, required the use of devices like skid plates and go-jacks, and then very careful maneuvering. Do not hesitate to contact this company for your towing needs, whether basic or complex. And if complex, ask to work directly with a supervisor, and if in Orange County, ask for Karam. -Alex A. The worst service, we requested a tire replacement, the person who came showed no intention to help, much less to work! He wanted to charge us extra $100 to replace a tire, when we are members of AAA and it supposed to be covered by the membership we paid. He don't even asked for the membership information, or if we have a spare tire, or nothing. he just didn't want to work. We called again to AAA to verify the information he said to us, and AAA agents told us that we shouldn't pay nothing, because it's included with the membership. My car battery was dying and two days prior I had AAA send out a tech (not Hadley) to look at it in hopes of getting replaced. That technician said that it was failing but it wasn't bad enough to replace and I should have it checked again soon. Today, the battery died while at work and AAA dispatched Hadley to take care of my issue. Their response time was extremely quick and almost beat me to my car from my office. The technician looked at the battery and quickly advised why the prior tech didn't replace it...time, money and difficulty to replace. Unlike the other technician, Hadley took great care removing the battery while not losing a charge to my car system. He even did some cleaning around the battery after installation. The technician looked for every opportunity to save me money with the warranty, but I had just missed the free replacement by 4 months, so I got the replacement at a pro-rated discount. Hadley tow Towed my Car on 11/12 at midnight, after I got in an accident, I was all nervous and scared, but the driver made me feel better about the situation and told me how to handle this situation. They walked me through the steps and told me what to do moving forward. The next morning, I went to the office, and the office personal were so helpful and they took me out back to get my belongings. I was so glad that none of my belongings were gone, because previously at another tow yard, my phone, and laptop got stolen.
