Jesse opened it up, installed proper backing so the shelves could be bolted in securely, then redid the herringbone tile and matched the existing grout so well you can't tell any repair was ever done. That's exactly the outcome you hope for with tile work. While he was in there, he also fixed a leaking tub spout that required opening another section of wall for plumbing work, then patched and painted it back to seamless. I was looking at replacing 3 bathroom faucet cartridges, as I had one leaking and felt it was best to replace all 3 at once with one plumber visit. At first contact they requested I sent an email photo of the brand and they would have a plumber investigate and contact me with the replacement cartridges needed. I never heard back. I took a photo and put it in ChatGPT to find their recommendation and purchased them from Home Depot. I reconnected Kuhn and set up a time for a service call. The plumber came and after 30 minutes he informed me that the replacement cartridges I had brought were incorrect. He told me that the company will research the manufacturer and call me back with the product and costs. As I have a leaking faucet, how long would the turnaround be. His response was "we are not very good on that and it usually takes 2 to 3 months". I explained that my faucet is leaking and that is unacceptable. He said he will talk with his supervisor, but gave no guarantee or sense of urgency. I was charged a total of $263,25. The rate was $195 per hour. He was here a total of 45 minutes and charged me for travel time back to the shop. When I was quoted the price I was told it was for labor only and was not informed that it also included travel time, Overall, very disappointed that Kuhn felt it was acceptable to have a leaking faucet for 3 months, did nothing to fix the issue and have deceptive pricing.

Owner sent a plumber to my home who did not have the part or the tool to fix the problem. What was the purpose of me sending pics of the faucet? My wife attempted to find the part at a local hardware store 5 min from our home for the plumber but was unable to do so. The plumber was at our home 20 min max, never fixed the problem and charged us $560 for an "emergency trip". I expected to pay for a trip charge, but to show up without the proper tool or part after requesting I send pics, is a clear indication this was a money grab! I called and spoke to the owner after receiving the invoice and his response to me was "his plumber was there more than 20 min and he already paid him so nothing he could do on the price". I paid the invoice but will never call them agin. I intend to tell everyone I know to avoid these guys like the plague, I would give a negative star if possible! Lastly, I purchased the cartridge and part the next day for under $20 dollars and fixed it myself in 10 minutes (watched a you tube video), btw I'm not handy at all. Run from these guys...rip off!

We initially entrusted them with all our heating, cooling, and refrigeration needs. Unfortunately, what followed was poor communication, subpar service, and a complete lack of accountability. When issues came up--which happened frequently--they were more interested in deflecting blame than fixing the problems. Over a year, they raised our service rates by 25% without any notice or explanation, and when I reached out to ask about it, they never responded. I also requested several quotes that were never provided. As a busy business owner, I shouldn't have to chase down contractors just to give them our business. Even worse, they billed us for services that were clearly not performed. I verified this myself--twice--and one time had to bring in a third-party HVAC tech to confirm (with photo evidence) that a rooftop unit hadn't been serviced as claimed. Despite being presented with clear proof, they refused to acknowledge or resolve the issue. After nearly two months of delays and rescheduling for a correction that never happened, we finally hired another company to finish the job. Their refrigeration work was even more troubling. They miscalculated and mis-sized a walk-in freezer, resulting in a system we had to completely replace.
