He looked at our pool while explaining to us what our levels should be and could have easily said that our pool guy wasn't up to snuff (and gotten me as a new customer because his knowledge of pools is so vast) but he was honest and told us our pool guy was doing a good job. Wow...that is a testament as to the kinda person he is, I really like him. So if you want someone who knows all about pools, and is honest this is your guy. Hai is amazing. I do all my own pool maintenance, but my filter broke down and I needed to replace it. I called Hai to schedule a repair, and he came down the same day at the exact time we scheduled. He was at my house for less than 5 minutes and had my filter up and running like new! He didn't even try to sell me a replacement, he just said "if it ain't broken, don't fix it!" I call Hai a week ago for my pool in Fountain Valley house. He set up an appointment and inspect my pool on the same day. Our pool was very dirty and clog up. Hai took care of everything. Hai made the whole process easy and quick and the pool is now crystal clean. Horrible service! Spoke to them on Friday and was supposed to come out Saturday to shock my pool I asked on the phone if he would bring the stuff to do so that day he assured me Yes he would. He no showed Saturday I call Sunday he "got" busy and said he would be out that day he shows up still does nothing with the pool then comesback Monday to shock it but doesn't bother cleaning the leaves or the bugs out of the pool. I found Hai on the one and only yelp! I was looking for a new pool guy to come and service our pool out of all the companies I called he was one of the few that called me back. I was able to explain to him my situation and Was even able to send him pictures of my pool to give him a better understanding of what he would be working with. He was able to schedule me on a Saturday and when Saturday came not only did he come on time but he brought another staff of his too. He was able to go over what I needed to do and gave me a pretty competitive quote. It took me a few weeks to finally decide that I wanted him to fix my pool. When I did he was always on time and when he was done with his job he even took a picture which gave me peace of mind. Since I wasn't home when he did the install he came by after 6pm to go over what he did. It's very hard to find a good pool guy these days I've been through 3 bad ones so far and Hai is by far the best and most professional one I have worked with.
