My friends and I ordered the 10 piece Huancaina Roll, Leche de Tigre Maki Roll, and the 10 piece Maki Parillero Roll. To be honest the Huancaina Roll didn't have much flavor and it was pretty bland compared to the other two rolls so it wasn't my favorite. But if you love Peruvian Ceviche you're going to LOVE the Leche de Tigre Maki roll. The fish was so fresh and flavorful. The reallllll show stopper was the 10 Piece Maki Parillero roll. It was AMAZING! The sliced beef tataki just melts in your mouth and the chimichurri was just an absolute chefs kiss. I kid you not I could've eaten two orders of just that roll and called it a day.
