Still a great go-to. They've been doing better and better these days. They've recovered a lot since the days of the "spicy cough." Definitely the go-to move when I'm at work.

Great service. We dined in late on a weekday night. Our waitress was very attentive refilling our tea. We ordered the sushi for two and it came in a boat. There's also miso soup and a salad. I think it's a good deal for price/quality/quantity. I did think the salmon roll was a bit too chewy of a texture (seaweed + rice combo). Overall a nice little local spot that has a decent flow of takeout orders.

Did somebody say SUSHI? Kyoto Sushi rarely misses... and this time was a slam dunk! My friend and I wanted some sushi after a long day so we decided to UberEats our order. Our hot items came piping hot as if the kitchen was a few steps away and our sushi also came with the right temperature. We ordered some fried rice and the seafood gyoza, a spice crunchy tuna roll, crunchy yellowtail roll and a Godzilla roll! Everything took about 25 minutes to get to us! And everything was inhaled in 6 minutes! Delicious! It had been about 10 years since I had Kyoto and after this experience... baby I am back! Keep up the good work!

Neighborhood sushi joint with parking and friendly folks. Had a sushi boat and some tempura. Finished off meal with some red bean ice cream. The folks really wanted us to have it tempura style. Alas this was not in the cards

First time in. Please don't let this small restaurant confuse you; the place is the best sushi in this area. Perfectly packed rolls and combinations of flavors and virility of rolls. I will tell you there's something for everyone. Loved every single roll we ordered. Place was packed with take outs and in restaurants. It's bring your own alcohol but that is ok. Staff is so friendly and keeps on top of your needs. Very accommodating. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. A must try!!

Kyoto is definitely a landmark in Union and the surrounding towns. Great sushi you can find locally. They have over 15 speciality rolls that I've tried myself. Picture is their spicy crab and passion roll. (with brown rice). This is a five star recommendation for sure!

This place is still a solid local spot for me to grab some sushi.... Lunch specials are always a good value for your buck . Lunch is 11-3pm on weekdays and Saturdays. This place is open 7 days a week

It was mediocre. Not the freshest, spicy rolls weren't even spicy. Pretty pricey for blah sushi

This spot seems to be a very, very popular local favorite for sushi rolls. I recently saw online…read morethat they're planning to stop accommodating walk-ins and are accepting guests for reservations only. Makes sense, as the restaurant is small and it gets crowded especially on weekends. The restaurant is family run and very friendly. We tried a few rolls and everything was nice and tasty. I saw a sign that they offer omakase on certain days, and would love to try that next time.

I hadn't been to Mr. Bin in over 5 years, and the early experiences I had weren't great. Today's…read morevisit was redeeming! While it's not quite on the level of New York City's omakase spots, it's solid for New Jersey and worth a visit if you're in the area. Standout bites for me were the Otoro and Chu Toro- both beautifully fatty and flavorful - as well as the Hamachi with shishito and the scallop topped with crispy garlic. Other highlights included the Madai (seabream), barracuda, striped jack, and a satisfying bone marrow served with toast. I also tried Kumamoto oysters for the first time in years, and they were a lovely surprise-cleaned properly, topped with a light sauce, and incredibly fresh. The Hokkaido uni was creamy, though slightly more briny and bitter than I personally prefer. Mr. Bin himself mentioned that uni flavor can vary depending on the season. Throughout the meal, Mr. Bin was present and helpful, guiding us toward which fish to try. The fish is delivered fresh twice a week, and the quality really does show. That said, it's still missing that little extra something that sets top-tier omakase apart- the purposeful dot of yuzu sauce, the hidden dab of wasabi under the fish, or a crisp garnish that adds dimension and surprise. Some sushi have this, some don't. The technique is good, the fish is fresh, and the experience was enjoyable- I'd return- but it's a notch below the more elevated experiences you can find in the city. Hence 4 stars. Solid though, and friendly. Nice ambiance inside too, Saturday dinner time it filled up quickly so I recommend a reservation.

The little train cars that bring your food are super fun, and the conveyor belt has food as well and of course the robots that bring you food as well. This is all you can eat so you pay 1 price for everything. I thought Ramen would be more expensive but it's not, it's included! I think only drinks and desserts are extra. This place had a lot of options and way more than sushi so if you are not a sushi person, there's plenty. To be honest, the mozzarella sticks were some of the best I ever had. I also love Kura sushi which is a very similar revolving sushi bar place so I am comparing it to that. This place relies more on the tablet ordering than the conveyor belt while Kura relies on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt here had some things labeled, most of it was unlabeled which was a little annoying. Everything at Kura is labeled. Kura is pricing per plate while this place is all you can eat - which I do prefer. I think this place has way more selection while Kura has more or less the same items. I still love this place but overall, I do prefer Kura more. Both places definitely have pros and cons though. The service was great as well. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. Regardless, I will be back and would recommend.

I came with a party of 4 and was only allowed to order every 5 minutes, as the iPad will time out and not allow you to order again. Understand this might be due to food waste or over ordering. The conveyor belt can use signs, and at some point of times it was only fruits or seaweed salad spinning around. Standouts include salmon, squid and scallops. Concept is cute and restaurant is bright and clean, but I think it becomes tough at an all you can eat when you have to keep waiting to eat or order. Especially if you come hungry!
