This can be devastating for a haircut that is already extremely short. Now I have to wear a scarf or a hat until my hair gets longer. Probably around six months. The worst experience of my life. If you look hard enough and deep enough you will find all of the terrible reviews. For some reason people are able to hide these which is a bad thing for people like myself that look for reviews before going to a new salon. I dont understand how he could have so many 5 stars reviews after what he did to my hair. Are they really all real reviews? Seriously, this is so deceiving and it's unfair to people that rely on honest reviews to decide where to go for hair needs. Sam is a very nice man until it comes time to take responsibility for ruining your hair. Then he's not so nice.

My sister had my 12 daughter get her very first set of acrylics done here on Monday. Whoever did her nails did a horrible job. 1- my daughter showed the woman a picture of what she wanted and her nails looked NOTHING like the picture. 2- 3 days later, every single nail had fallen off. 3- I took her back in on Friday to get the $38 that she had spent refunded and was informed that they don't do refunds- ok, no problem. The receptionist offered to have someone fix them right there, but we couldn't because we were driving to Temecula. So, we scheduled an appointment for next Sunday to have her nails fixed. 20 minutes later, the receptionist calls me to say that the owner called her and told her to tell me there's nothing they can do if I didn't have her nails fixed that night. Horrible business practice... Horrible job on my daughters nails... Maybe it's just the person who performed services, but after my daughter gets her nails fixed Sunday, I will not be coming back. read more

I agreed with other negative review. So I made an appointment at 2:00 pm. And as usual, I come in 15 mins early before the appointment to wait. And the technician walked me to her station and left me hanging there for half and hour without saying anything. 30 minutes later she shows up with this Starbucks cup in her hand talking to other employees who work there without even apologizing me for leaving me here for half an hour. She sat down and does my nails but doesn't even have her own tools. She kept on reaching to the table next to her and share the same tool with other technician that currently working on other customer. I felt disgusted but didn't wanna say anything until she finished my nails. I showed her a breast cancer picture that I would like on my ring finger, but after she tried 3 times she still couldn't make the sign. so I left the store without design or gel. This place is actually called Hair & Nails 2000 This place is pretty ghetto looking (one star :) but I Love Tina! I have been going to her for about six month and she is awesome! She does my fill every few weeks and she is takes her time and always does a good job. I get a fill with French polish and gel and its $21. Be sure to make an appointment if you want her 'cause she is usually busy, especially on the weekend. Pros: Tina takes her time and always listens! Cons: This place could use a face lift. I hate Hair and Nails 2000. Bad service, expensive, and no communication. Look at the picture of my nails. It's terrible. My son can do better than that, and he is 4 years old. Plus, they don't understand what I request them to do and they don't even ask me what they don't understand. They just do whatever as long as they can charge you for. What a HORRIBLE shop.
