Do not go here!! I just left the salon. I asked for my hair length to be at my armpits or lower. I'm leaving with a haircut WELL above my shoulders! The girl cutting my hair, Angie, was very nice and personable however, she said the mistake was entirely her fault because she couldn't see with the cape (the haircut cape they put on you when they cut your hair). This makes no sense to me, and now I have to suffer the consequences of her not paying attention. It will take about a year for my hair to grow back out to the right length. I scheduled two (simple, blunt/straight across) haircuts. One for my Grandma and one for me. The person who gave me a haircut was still in training but I was not told beforehand. If I wanted a rookie/trainee haircut I would have gone to a beauty school. After she cut my hair she asked the other hairdresser if she needed to "check the haircut". My family noticed my hair was horrible and said I should have it checked by her. She confirmed I had VERY uneven hair. She was asked if she had watched the super cut training videos and onboarding; she said no. The other hairdresser went in to "FIX" my hair then after a few snips she stoped cutting my hair and said "I don't see bugs but I THINK I see nits". I didn't even know what a nit was. She asked if I had ever had lice I said no but I do have eczema; I get treatment for my eczema. I am sure my dermatologist would tell me otherwise. I had to pay full price $31 and a faint promise to come in another day to "even it out". This place had been revamped and these new and very new hairdressers and management have left a very negative impression. Being able to walk in for a haircut is a nice idea but be careful who is cutting your hair I came in with my son on a Saturday afternoon with images to help describe what I was looking for? Basically short on the sides and in the back with length on top. Pixie Cut with some softnesses on top. I walked out with my hair not only shaved on the sides but the stylist butchered the top!!!! I was so upset and the stylist kept repeating how "SHE" thought it was better and "SHE" wanted to cut MY hair this way!! I've never had such a horrible experience!! Stay away!! Not sure where all the hate comes from and keep in mind that many of the negative reviews are over a year old but I've been coming here for five or six years and have only had one bad haircut. It is a supercut after all but today, 12.1.13 about noon, the wait was minimal, the hostess was friendly and I had another very nice shampoo and haircut for $19. I try but never really succeed at sticking to one girl so I've had almost everyone in there cut my hair and they have almost all done a great job. Most of the styllsts are friendly, have been there awhile and seem to like their jobs. I am glad they're close to home and I don't have to spend an arm and a leg to cut my crappy hair. read more

I usually receive great service at this particular location, but there are a few times, when I'm stuck with the stylist Faime and her disastrous hair cutting/ styling skills. I asked her to follow the same shape as my previous hair cut from 4 weeks ago, and the cut that she gave me looks nothing like it. Not to mention, I came in because I received a gift card for my birthday, and rarely get time to myself because I'm raising a five month old baby. Took my 84 year old mother in for a haircut and I was shocked at how filthy the place was. I watched the stylists finish one customer and bring another customer to her stations without cleaning up after the previous customer. When it was my mother's turn,I asked the stylist to please sweep up her station. Pointed at the floor and told her "this is wrong,just wrong! You must keep your station cleaner then this!" I wouldn't recommend anyone to that shop. They have rules for sanitation procedures and the girls are Not following the rules there. read more

So let me start by saying that this review is mainly for Sydney. If you're going to go here I definitely recommend asking for her! When I first got there to put my name on the list another lady, I don't remember her name, checked me in and when she asked to see the picture of what I was going to do she looked at it for two seconds and then told me that I didn't have the right hair for that cut and it would be too much maintenance. I started to tell her that I've had this haircut before and it's probably one of the easiest haircuts to style I've ever had but then she walked away in the middle of me talking and said I have someone's hair to cut. I honestly thought about walking out at that point because it was pretty rude, but luckily Sydney was the one who ended up cutting my hair and did the exact style that I asked for and it looks amazing! It seriously took me five minutes to style this morning and it's the perfect length! You did awesome Sydney! Christina and Faime have always been very engaging in conversation and always friendly. At times they are busy, and best to call ahead and put your name on the list. I keep the bar set pretty low when I go to get a haircut at a place like this. But I was very disappointed, even by the lowest standards. I went in needing a trim to get rid of some damaged hair and left with hurt feelings. The one positive thing is that, as a walk in, I didn't have to wait too long, in spite of calling from outside and being told there was NO wait. But that's ok. Red flag #1: when I told the stylist that I would like my hair flat ironed so I could see the haircut after it's done, she started arguing with me. She informed me that she wasn't going to use a flat iron due to the damage. Yes..the damage she was supposed to be trimming off. She was kind enough to do what she wanted and blew it out using a roundbrush post cut. Almost what I asked for. She scrubbed my hair during the shampoo so much that the hair color that I had done the previous day was almost completely stripped out, taking me from a vibrant red to a pastel pink. I was horrified! She didn't communicate at all during the trim and kept me turned away from the mirror. My once semi lond side swept bangs were so short I looked like a mental patient. She then proceeded to style my hair in a big, poofy Steel Magnolias hairdo that even my mother wouldnt rock. I was crying and finally told her to stop, and finished styling as best I could until I could literally leave there and buy a hat. Zero communication from her. No concern for my obvious unhappiness. All this misery for $33!!!! At Supercuts. $33. That is highway robbery. That is the last time I will try to "save" money on a quick trim there. Maybe she was new. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe I look like her husband's ex girlfriend. I dont know, but with her lack of compassion, poor communication, and complete disregard of social cues, I think she is in the wrong business. read more

I didn't have any services...instead I chose to go to another salon. My reason was how poorly the front receptionist was treated by the hairdresser. She had just informing the hairdresser that this was my first visit to a Super Cuts. The cutting look this poor young lady received from the hairdresser was like, "why are you even talking to me!" I'm not sure if I'm alone in this but I've had enough of watching people being bullied around. My money is better spent elsewhere. What are we telling the next generation by treating so rudely. The receptionist was around 20-years old and the hairdresser was about 55 - years old.
