Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.

I've been coming here for 8 years (even helped her grow her clientele) but will no longer be going to Tatiana for my hair. She made me cry during my appointment. I expected to leave relaxed and pampered from my appointment but ended up leaving angry and hurt. I had an important event Saturday night so I came in on Saturday to get my hair SIMPLY TONED to fix her work from last time. After merely spending about 15 minutes deciding on how I wanted my hair toned because it was too yellow/brassy the last time I got it done (despite using an expensive purple shampoo) she freaked out saying "she's done with this appointment" and refused to do my hair knowing that I had an important event that night, saying that she "doesn't have time for me and my shenanigans." A LITERAL LONG TIME CUSTOMER. She made her assistant work on me instead, refusing to do my hair, even after I apologized for whatever might've upset her and told her to just do whatever she wanted to just fix my hair. Mind you, while her assistant worked on me, she was just sitting there talking to another employee and eventually took a walk-in customer that needed a hair dye, cut and style. She definitely had time for my simple tone and was just being petty SIMPLY because I politely voiced that I didn't like how my hair turned out the last time I got it done and wanted to be toned differently this time. More times than not, I end up leaving with something that I didn't ask for, but I just accept it and deal with it, hoping that the next appointment it'll turn out better. The one time I voice my concern, she throws a tantrum. If it wasn't for my event Saturday night, I would've left without getting any service done. She hates to hear that someone isn't happy with her work and I've seen her behave this way with several other customers in the past news flash... that literally comes with the job.... You can't expect everyone to love what you give them every time, ESPECIALLY when you don't give them what they ask for and you must exert patience with all customers. She's so impatient and treated me so rudely for someone that was been going to her for the past 8 years. I would've never expected such treatment, I feel so disrespected and not valued. Her assistant Brienna ended up being amazing and did a much better job than Tatiana. Go to her if you want quality and patient work.
