I mentioned upfront that I had extensions, and later they said they wouldn't have time and rescheduled me to 1:15 PM. When I called again to confirm, just minutes before my appointment, they tried to push me back again to 2:45 PM. After I said that was too late, they offered 1:45 PM instead. I arrived at 1:50 PM, and at that point they told me I could no longer receive the service because I was "late." This was extremely frustrating considering they had already tried to reschedule me twice and were running behind themselves. The stylist and front desk staff seemed visibly annoyed when I brought this up and shifted the blame onto me, saying my timing would disrupt their schedule. As someone who also works in the service industry, this is not how you treat clients--especially when the inconvenience was caused on your end. To make matters worse, they quoted $80 for a 20-minute curl service, which felt excessive given the experience and lack of professionalism. Overall, the communication, customer service, and accountability were very poor. I left feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a client. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I had an important event Saturday night so I came in on Saturday to get my hair SIMPLY TONED to fix her work from last time. After merely spending about 15 minutes deciding on how I wanted my hair toned because it was too yellow/brassy the last time I got it done (despite using an expensive purple shampoo) she freaked out saying "she's done with this appointment" and refused to do my hair knowing that I had an important event that night, saying that she "doesn't have time for me and my shenanigans." A LITERAL LONG TIME CUSTOMER. She made her assistant work on me instead, refusing to do my hair, even after I apologized for whatever might've upset her and told her to just do whatever she wanted to just fix my hair. Mind you, while her assistant worked on me, she was just sitting there talking to another employee and eventually took a walk-in customer that needed a hair dye, cut and style. She definitely had time for my simple tone and was just being petty SIMPLY because I politely voiced that I didn't like how my hair turned out the last time I got it done and wanted to be toned differently this time. More times than not, I end up leaving with something that I didn't ask for, but I just accept it and deal with it, hoping that the next appointment it'll turn out better. The one time I voice my concern, she throws a tantrum. If it wasn't for my event Saturday night, I would've left without getting any service done. She hates to hear that someone isn't happy with her work and I've seen her behave this way with several other customers in the past news flash... that literally comes with the job.... You can't expect everyone to love what you give them every time, ESPECIALLY when you don't give them what they ask for and you must exert patience with all customers. Daisy was very patient in explaining how to best take care of my hair and took great care in blow drying my hair after the service. We did another scalp analysis for comparison at the end where she showed me how clean my scalp looked. It was very relaxing and plan to visit again if we are in the area :)
