Then they brought in a computer and had someone from Southern California give another, harder, pitch. I declined and was told to wait someone would come to help me order the hair piece. 30 minutes later, I went to find someone. We looked through catalogs and found what I was looking for. The piece was ordered, paid for, and I left. Six weeks later I received a call that it was in and an appointment was scheduled. This time, I was put into a room with a window and left for 1 hour, 45 minutes. The woman brought in the hair piece, which is not lovely, but I think my hairdresser can work with it. I hope others have a better experience, mine was not good.
