Maritza Johnson is a fabulous hairdresser. I traveled with her from another salon and I must say she is a wonderful stylist! Always on top of the latest trends and executes them perfectly. I'm very particular and I trust no one with my hair, but she talked the talk of a good colorist and stylist so I dove into the dare, head first. She worked me into her schedule on the spot for a cut. She had two other clients under the dryer and asked me what I might want to do for color for a next appointment and then within moments my head was full of foils. She was meticulous, brushing the color right down to the root ,and also worked in pieces of my natural dark blonde colore throughout for a more natural look. Both color and cur were fabulous and overall, I give her 4 stars. The price was 2.5 x the cost of regular stylist , but then again "you get what you pay for", so my Nanny always said. read more

Got my haircut first time from Maritza few weeks back and she did an awesome job. I tried close to 9 different people in my last 3 years in US and was never satisfied. I have thin and straight hair and everyone else made my hair look more thin.I guess they just cut what they are used to on day to day basis. Well, here I am again 4 years later, loyal, happy and super satisfied client. I started doing the Keratin with Maritza couple of years ago and it is always great, the most amazing thing is that my treatment last more and more every single time I use it. It started with 3 to 5 months between applications then It went to 6 to 8 months. This time was over 9 months since my last treatment. It takes me exactly 8 minutes to dry and make my hair just perfect and if i want to let it dry natural will look as good as it does with the blow-dry. Never even used my flat iron (now that I am thinking about it, where could it be?) Anyways, I am in odd and disbelieve with the quality of product, Maritza amazing skills and abilities that was acquired with years of experience and a flawless reputation. I called to make an appointment, but I was refused. I wanted to do color correction. At first she said she would be available tomorrow, after I explained my hair's current status, she told me tomorrow she has only one hour and half.
