I never write reviews, but this experience was too good not to share! I'm 4 months postpartum and my birthday is coming up, so I decided to treat myself--and I'm so glad I did. Sandy did my manicure, and my first-ever cat eye nails came out absolutely incredible! She was quick, efficient, incredibly patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The shoulder massage at the end was such a nice touch and left me feeling so relaxed. Tammy did my pedicure, and she was also amazing. I tend to get painful ingrown nails, so I'm always nervous, but she was so gentle and made me feel completely comfortable. The massage, hot stones, and warm towels were so relaxing. She even offered me water, other beverages, and a snack, which made the experience feel extra special. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Thank you, Sandy and Tammy! What a waste of my time! My nail polish did not even last until next morning and completely got chipped on all nails next day. Whenever I get regular nail polish in my usual salon it lasts at least one week and usually two weeks. I suspect this salon uses lower quality nail polish or not enough layers. read more

Came back here for a last-minute appointment. Decided to take my fake nails off and work with natural nails since they've grown out a bit. I forgot who helped me, but I think she did an amazing job and definitely took care of me. She was also very fast with the process and took less than an hour for my nails to be completed. I also met the owner and she was very nice and showed me her cat eye nails as well. Loved her vibe! read more

They used to be super nice when I first discovered this place. But ever since I became their regular, the service has gotten worse each time. I booked my hard gel refill appointment on June 17th. And trying to go back next day to fix the problem. The girl who did my nails got hard gel all over on my cuticles. However, the owner looked at me with obvious disdain and didn't even asked anyone to fix this problem for me . Instead, she grabbed a nail file and gave my pinky a couple of quick files. And that was it! I mean I tipped 20% on a $75 refill. I don't even know why I was treated so half-heartedly. Anyways, I am never going back there again! Like I expected, the hard gel started to peel off on day 4!!! So if you only want to try the place, go for it. But remember don't become their regular. Unless if you want to be treated like crap. read more

I was having my tires and alignment done at Ace Tires. Since I had an hour to kill I went for a walk and wondered across the street to discover Elegance Nails. They took my husband and I as walk-in. There was no wait. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. I ended up taking advantage and having my eyebrows waxed. Then settled into their massage chairs for a collagen pedicure. My husband as well picked the same and a simple mani to clean up his nails. Everyone was so nice and did a fabulous job with the massages. I left feeling relaxed. been coming here lately for my pedicures now since i have discovered it. easy to book online and most of the ladies here know what they are doing. you get a lil pack of wasabi peas and a small water bottle (i appreciate the gesture). i prefer this nail salon now over the others in the immediate area. love the massage chair you sit in during your pedi, and the choices/ tiers for a pedi are a lot better cost wise for the area. they accept card/venmo/zelle if you dont have cash 1 downside: i dont get cell service in the area, i wish they would post the wifi password somewhere.. esp when im waiting for my nails to dry. read more

I love this salon. I have tried so many to find one that does well, is in my price range and is fast. I no longer have to look. My usual is gel builder sets and pedicures. I love their cat eye colors. I wanted to leave this review specifically because I did get a set with a design where I did not like the results. After 2 days it started to chip. I used to get Russian manicure all the time, after while it gets pricey. I went to Elegance nails after not being happy by a previous nail salon where I had acrylics done. And Elegance Nails and Spa did an amaaazing job. I fell in love and have been going there ever since. I even took mu daughter to get her birthday nails and wow they were beautiful. Its a really fun, clean salon. They offer tea/hot/water and i must say all the ladies are amazing and super welcoming. Oh, cant forget the prices. Came in on my lunch break last week and was helped by Kay. He gently removed my overgrown builder gel and did an amazing Gel Mani. He took his time to gently remove my cuticles and did an overall great job. It was a great service and will definitely come back soon when I am ready to get a gel polish change. Everything was perfect! Came in today Saturday was able to get an appointment last minute and they were pretty busy. Was helped in a timely manner. The service was perfect! My nail tech was super friendly, careful, attentive to detail and listened to what I wanted! No pain, everything was super clean, she did a great job! Also had an upper lip wax, the owner did it for me and she also trimmed my eyebrows for me because they didn't need to be waxed, she was so welcoming and friendly. My nails came out nice but they didn't last more than a week. I got gel cat eye. I'm just not happy about how when the lady was prepping my nails she cut my cuticles so much I was bleeding and they still feel sore even more than a week later. There was no actual care or precision, she just kept clipping and clipping at my cuticles. Now my skin is peeling back and again in pain. They don't know what they are doing. read more
