OK I love her. So I'm biased. I met Natasha a good four years ago, through a Yelp review. I had been on a serious hunt for a a great hairdresser and she happened to be close to my workplace. I have never strayed from Natasha (unless you count me trimming my bangs once in awhile. I get lazy). Not only is she amazing and only uses the top stuff (scissors, hair product, attitude) but she's great to talk to. To date, Natasha has been through three of my jobs and four ex boyfriends and have helped me navigate through all of successfully (I'm not kidding). Haircuts are relaxing and go by so fast when we have so much to catch up on. In all seriousness, my haircuts last for at least 4 months. I always get long layers and the haircut gets better as time goes on. I always joke with Natasha that she shouldn't make her haircuts last so long but I know she can't do anything less than the best. I've had short hair, long hair, blunt bangs, long bangs, bangs to the side; everything has worked out for the best. I've done highlighting with her as well and it looks great even when its grown out (I am lazy. again.). I liked it so much that I did it again recently. Last time I came in, we were the last ones there at around 8 PM. She was so sweet, not only squeezing me in when I requested an appointment a week prior, but she also stayed late! All in all, always a great time. My long hair haircuts come out to about $80 which, I think, is a great deal if you think its about $20 a month. Coloring and haircuts come out to about $225 (I think it's dependent on hair length and craziness of coloring). I've recommended her to friends and they have become faithful customers too! read more

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut. Natasha sensed that and booked me as her last appointment so we had plenty of time. She highlighted my hair (it looks SUPER natural) and took her time cutting it. When I told her we go go shorter, she cut it all over again! She's determined to please and she has a knack for understanding her clients. On top of it all, Natasha has a cute martini glass filled with the most yummy yummy jelly beans to keep your sweet tooth happy while she does her magic. After my snazzy hair cut, she applied her AMAZING BB cream for me and let me tell you... I GLOWED!!! Its a few days post cut/color and my friends keep telling me how young and fresh I look. I am loving the compliments. The ONLY hairdresser I can trust with my hair! I had always dreaded getting my hair cut for fear that someone was going to butcher it. But the second I met Natasha she turned my fears of haircuts around! Every time I see her she does wonders on my hair. I give her a few ideas of what I'm looking for and she puts her own spin on it and does a fabulous job. I've even had women take pictures of my hair so that they can replicate my cut. Natasha is the best! She has been doing my hair since I was a kid. She is very well trained and always knows the new techniques, styles and best products. I love listening to her tell me about the newest trends in cuts and color. She is more than just a great hairdresser she is also just the best person. I have never been good about getting my hair cut, I never know what I want but she makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to customizes everything to find what is perfect for me. I did a lot of research on hairdressers before deciding to come to Natasha. I am so glad that I chose her. When I first came to her, I had very long hair (down to my elbows), but was considering cutting it into a pixie. Natasha was great, and it turns out she specializes in short hair. I wasn't so sure if I could pull off the hair I wanted, but with Natasha's guidance and reassurance, I decided to make the big chop on my third visit. Since then, I've added color (another new for me). She has EXCELLENT customer service, and is very knowledgeable about current trends and all sorts of products. I trust and value her opinions on what styles, colors, and products would suit me...so much so that I followed her from Palo Alto to her current location in Menlo Park. The first time Natasha cut my hair I was modeling and I was VERY particular and anxious of how I wanted it cut. I selected a severe A-line, which is not an easy cut. Considering I watched her every move like a hawk, Natasha was cool as a cucumber. She cut it EXACTLY the length I wanted in the style I wanted. Suffice it to say she became my stylist. In addition to cutting my hair, she is a superb colorist. Once again, she knew how picky I was about my color, I wanted it to be as close to my natural color. No worries because Natasha knew which product to use that would not damage my hair. Once again, I was elated by the results. Although I live in New York now, I have kept in touch with Natasha. She has flown to the east coast for events and when she is town you know that in a New York second, she's in my apartment working her magic with scissors and color. If you want a stylist who knows her stuff, who is personable, courteous, honest, talented and just a very nice person than go to Natasha. I've been going to Natasha for many years and I'm always amazed at how she can focus on what I want my hair to do and make it happen! I have thinner, fine hair and I'm a wanna-be red head. I have been going to Natasha for about a year now, after moving to the area, leaving my beloved stylist of 18 years in Los Angeles, and trying several different stylists on the peninsula. It took a while, but thank god I found her. The stylists here were making me look like a soccer mom... and I am not a mom, nor have I ever been to a soccer game, so this was not the look I was going for. She gets color (she does blond highlights on me) and she gets short hair (I have fine hair that ranges in length from short bob to pixie cut). Never had a bad cut or color job. She does precise, stylish and even edgy cuts and is the perfect balance between listening to your wants/needs and offering suggestions and feedback. I've been going to Natasha since she was an apprentice...twenty-some-odd years ago and have never gone elsewhere and never had the desire to try someone else. I have thick hair which some say is a blessing (grass is always greener!). In the last couple years, she's been thinning out my hair which makes it more manageable for me.
