I made an appointment via the online scheduling software. The salon is in a cute house that has been renovated and has several salon chairs and nail stations on the first floor. On the top floor there was another room that looked like it was for blowouts and a psychic's office. When I arrived 10 minutes early (on Saturday, September 26 for a 4 p.m. appointment) I walked in and the entire building was vacant - not a soul in the place. It had very cute decor, but was eerie given that no one was there. I figured maybe folks had run an errand or gone to get a bite to eat. I waited for 25 minutes - called the number listed on the salon web site several times; no one answered. I left a voicemail and asked for someone to call me back and help me understand what happened. More than a week later, I still haven't heard from them. This was a huge disaster for me because I had planned to go straight from the salon to the wedding ceremony. Instead, I had to rush home, quickly wash my hair and run to the venue with wet hair because I had no time to dry it. I would have loved to try this salon - but would never go back because there's no telling if anyone would be there when I arrived! One of the most bizarre and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a business.
