The store is clean and organized in such a way that makes it inviting to stay and browse. Casey also was not pushy in forcing a sale which made it very easy for my entourage and I to purchase multiple outfits and accessories. I gave them an opportunity as a courtesy to provide me with a refund, after delivering an ill-fitting, poor quality lehenga several days late. I have taken numerous trips to Queens despite living two hours away and bent over backwards to give the staff the benefit of the doubt there, trying to work with them. Yes, measure me for the third time. Yes, alter it again. OK, it will be delayed. OK, it will be delayed again. OK, it cannot be picked up even though I've already left. OK, I'll try it again. When it became clear that the dress had been rendered unwearable, I expected a courteous "We are so sorry" and a refund. Instead, I was yelled at and debased some more. I should have listened to the bad reviews here; now I hope you'll listen to my experience because I would hate for anyone else to be in this situation. I have asked for the manager's name; the owner's name; to speak with someone in a decision-making capacity. There is no accountability and no one has ever provided a response. They use manipulation tactics and put you down. And they lie repeatedly. Again, since there is no owner or manager seemingly present or willing to engage, you will have zero recourse for any issues. And the kicker: they only accept debit charges, which are harder to dispute via your bank. I have spent upward of 20 hours trying to resolve issues with Karishma. After being yelled at and insulted by their staff, my bank is dealing with them directly. They have a huge collection of bridal clothes and had quite a few for the exact color that I was looking for. The woman working the store, happened to be Afghani and didn't understand Hindi (spoke perfect English though, which was great for me!) and was a true sweetheart the entire time I was there. She was really helpful picking out different clothes and quickly picking up styles that I liked/disliked. She was also nice when trying clothes on, showing me different ways that I could wear the clothes. Overall, a really nice woman....which made me feel bad when we didn't buy anything from them. Their clothes were really nice, but they were a little pricey and they didn't have exactly what I wanted. If I had to do it again, I'd definitely go back there for any occasion that I was looking for an outfit for.

Thankfully the only thing right was the dress and the color of dress magenta (like hot pink) but the color of pillow did not match!!! We never ordered the bouquet of flowers to have any purple in it because the dress has no purple!! And what do we get ??? A bouquet of flower with pink white & PURPLE???? The women there are irresponsible they blame each other on why the order didn't come correct. They are also rude and ignorant. They say if it didn't come out correct its not their fault or they weren't in charge of that section. They are not trust worthy. They say one thing when you place the order but once you go pick the things they claim you said another thing. You can explain 100 times how you had place the order but they insist you said another thing. TIP record what they say so when you pick up your order and it isn't correct and they try saying you said another thing they can look dumb !!! Seriously I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!
