I have no idea how they keep giving people this jobs if they can't even do it right. Look at this haircut. This IS NOT HARD TO DO JESUS. Went to get it fixed and the lady at the counter told me "Ohh we are busy, everyone its busy right now" i look at her and told her, its not that hard it takes less than 5min to fix this. Last time I was there my hair got messed up. Nothing what I asked for but couldn't fix it. Was already almost buzzed off. I was given a $5 discount. Joey, manager, called me and asked what happened. He was upset himself. Could tell he cared. He said next hair cut was on the house. 2-3 months later I went back in today 7/1/22. I want to thank DARRION for honoring joeys word. Worst haircut I have ever received. The lady that cut my hair was nice, but it was clear she didn't know what she was doing. Her hands were shaking the entire time, I was afraid to ask her to cut more off of my head because she was shaking that bad. Wouldn't recommend going here. read more

Hair is worse than when I went in. I never leave bad reviews but I wouldn't like someone else to go through this. I booked an appointment with the senior tech thinking that I would get a better service. She is nice but not at all educated enough on techniques etc.Asked for a dark shadow root with full blonde balayage to which she told me the price of $300+ to which I agreed to since I am excited to have a professional service after years. First she put the dye on roots then bleach at back. While washing she told me there is a problem because the dark dye washed on to the blonde and made it green. Here she called to a coworker to mix a soap cap which she applied to my hair and washed. She then hurriedly trimmed the ends(totally unprofessional cut) blow dried and to my horror my hair was nothing like I asked I am just soo mad that it cost me $300 for a really bad experienc. DO NOT get your hair cut at this salon! My daughter's beautiful, all one length, waste length hair was butchered by a stylist here. She went in for a basic 2 inch trim, the woman took off 3 inches, when she got home one side was easily 2 inches shorter than the other side and she all together missed an entire section of her hair?!?! She had to go back to have in evened up which required another inch taken off. The woman apologized saying "that she should have checked the evenness of her hair before she left....wth? Didn't even offer to reimburse her for the horrible cut. She came home for the 2nd time and ITS STILL COMPLETLEY UNEVEN! She doesn't want to go back or go somewhere different because in order to even it up completely her hair would need another 2 inches taken off. This is so upsetting. Her beautiful waste length hair that has taken her years to grow out and keep healthy will now take several years to get back to the length it was. This was supposed to be a basic 2 inch trim. all one length, just needed the ends cleaned up, no layers in her hair what-so-ever. Makes me wonder who the hell this company is hiring as their stylists if they cant even do the simplest of trims? read more
