Registered online for my 87-year-old mother-in-law. Went there because they said they were handicap accessible and there was no ramp for her walker to go up. When we got in the building, I was told they didn't have an appointment for me. But we could come back later this week. Definitely not taking my elderly mother-in-law out there again. We had a lot of years of good luck with this Hair Cuttery until recently. until...my daughter gets a hard cut in her hair and the girl made it a 1/2 inch wide and uneven. It could not be fixed! The manager gave us 2 free haircuts with her. Today my daughter goes to have her eyebrows waxed. They TORE OFF THE SKIN ON HER EYELIDS! They gave us a refund...fine...but the girl TORE OFF THE SKIN ON HER EYELIDS! I do not recommend anyone getting anything waxed there and would warn against getting your hair cut. Just walked in with a 3:15pm appointment on 2/12/21 and they claimed they didn't have my appointment despite showing them the confirmation on my phone. Refused to cut my hair unless I waited over an hour. Explained I was on lunch but they didn't care and didn't offer me a future appointment or free cut in the future. Why make an appointment if they could care less. You just lost a long time customer. read more

Wasn't so happy with this place at first. This lady that cut my sons hair was nice although she cut it very uneven. I didn't notice till the day after when it was all dry. I called back to see if they could have someone else fix it and they did! We got a different lady and she did great. read more

I asked for a root touch up and informed the stylist that I did not want my hair color to be any darker than what I currently have (med. Honey brown). She said she would pull the color through some to make sure it matched. She didn't Blow dry or style my hair so when I got home and my hair dried I realized that it was almost black! And it is my entire head - very long hair. It is exactly what I asked her NOT to do to my hair. read more

I came here after my normal salon couldn't fit me in last minute and I'm so glad they couldn't! Ali gave me an awesome cut for less than I usually pay at the other salon. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained why I didn't like my current hair and she worked out a super cute and low maintenance style. I was so nervous to get my hair cut because it's been difficult to find a stylist that communicates clearly, but Ali asks questions to figure out exactly what you need. Loved it! I'm not usually the kind of person who sticks to one stylist and keeps going back (mostly because I don't like to have to make appointments and usually just have pretty simple haircuts), but I think that may be changing. I decided that I wanted a loose perm for my long hair the day before and showed up here at 9am. Katrina worked diligently on my hair for four hours, spiral wrapping because she thought it would hold best, and I left with beautiful curls. Katrina has 27 years of experience and said she was working here to rebuild her clientele from walk-ins because many of her previous clients were older women who no longer needed her services. The prices were also great for a Granger salon especially if you're looking to have you're hair done without all of the extras. I would go back again and trust that Katrina would do a great job. read more
