The service here is amazing, especially the staff, they are very friendly and kind. The price here is also very reasonable and very affordable. I would 100% recommend coming here , it's very budget friendly and they have great quality service here. Most hair salons I go to usually are overpriced, and not best quality service, but this place is not overpriced at all and has great service. And if your introvert like me , this good place to go too, since the staff doesn't talk much too you during the haircuts, only speaking too you when your telling what you want done, which I really liked , since a lot of hairstylist talk much during the haircut , which I find uncomfortable, but here I felt very comfortable with the staff working here. The vibe here was very composed and friendly. Not mention the music here is very catchy, fun to listen to during your haircut . I don't see any reasons for anyone to have any complaints about this place, it's very friendly and staff very nice. My hairstylist was Ines , she did amazing job with my hair, especially the color, she perfected the color I wanted perfectly. If you into color hair you should go to her, she does amazing job with color . She also very nice , and friendly. And doesn't talk much to you during the haircut , which I like, since I'm not very talkative person. This place is total hidden gem, and very underrated. I personally think this place should be more popular, it has great staff, service, and is affordable. Gloria is my master stylist for 3 years now! Time and time she has given me perfect results. She listens to what I want and then she suggests the method that she will use to accomplish the cut. I have thinning hair at my age; I come in with see-through, wire-like strands and I tell Gloria I want to keep my long length. She cuts and it always looks healthy almost immediately! Recently I requested 10 inches to be cut but she suggested she'd do 7 inches instead and see if I like it. I loved it! Gloria knows what she is doing! The staff got overwhelmed with my hairs and most of the time complaining that i have a lot of hairs ! i paid $146 and asked for a first time hair color discount which she refused and said they dont offer discounts on Saturdays ! I've taken both my grandchildren here and I've gone here myself, but this review is about my grandson's haircut on November 29. I chose "first available" and we got Leslie to cut Damien's hair. She was very good with him. Good communication skills and worked with me with deciding what cut would be best. Leslie chose to use clippers on the back of his head. The only problem I had with that is it leaves a tuft of hair on top that likes to stand up straight throughout the day. Something to remember for next time. His cut was clean and even. His bangs seemed to have a hanging widow's peak, which we had corrected, Once again, I didn't not get before and after pictures, but the mop of the little boy's hair was turned into a beautiful cut of a 9 year old young boy. Had to come here instead of my normal barber since he was out of town and needed a haircut fast. They charged me $50 for a haircut that I absolutely hate. The stylist completely messed up my hair and it was nothing like how I wanted. I would have paid $50 to keep my hair the same way before she even looked at it. Now I need to spend an additional $30 to fix whatever mess she made. Horrible experience. I've committed to never letting anybody cut my hair besides my usual barber. Update: My appointment was 9/9/22, I gave my self a day to calm down before going back to have it fixed. I went in this morning and talked to Maria and Kathie. They couldn't do anything to help because they were booked. Ok, I get that BUT, There was no sincere apology for the awful cut I was given. It was just an oh well we can't fix it for you. I can't put into words just how LIVID I am with the service I received from Maria. She rushed through my cut in under 20 minutes total. I even showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment. The way she handled my appointment was cold and made me feel like I was an absolute burden since I was her last client of the day. She packed up to go home before I even left the salon. My appointment was at 7:30pm, I arrived at 7:15 and was sitting in the chair immediately upon arrival. She was done with my appointment by 7:35 and out the door by 7:45pm. They told me that they did not have any time even though they were all sitting around.I was told that it was in my best interest to make an appointment. Since when is hair cuttery appointment only??? Got my hair cut yesterday. Second worst cut in my life! Stylist asked if I wanted a wash but I had just showered so I declined. She did not tell me she could not cut dry hair nor did she bother spraying my hair to moisten it. I had to asked for 3 inches taken off and a slope in the back. She proceed to cut my hair. I had to ask the stylist to get the same length on both sides 3 times and that was when she told me she couldn't cut dry hair - it's too slippery. After the third go round I thought it must be better. WRONG. Husband noticed how lopsided it was when I got home. Went back to have them fix it. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN!!
