Asked for 2-3 inches off the length and face framing haircut with U shape and they cut off like 12 inches off my hair. My hair was hip length when I came in and I left with my hair in the middle of my back. The result haircut was okay but not what I asked for. I regret going to this place. I came to this place because it had a good rating and asked for a haircut, and the lady at the front asked if I have an appointment which I didn't. Instead of asking me to make an appointment, she called out a hairstylist guy right away who came out from the back. It felt like I was being a nuisance to them. If they want me to make an appointment, they could've let me know and I could've come back later. I didn't get what I asked for but the haircut is okay in the end but I'm still disappointed. Went asked for balayage and I will say the turn out was not what I wanted or expected or looked like the inspiration picture I'm not one to complain but I will not go back was so patchy in one spot and just wasn't even at all. Lizzie cut and colored my son's hair and she did an excellent job. I first described what he was looking for, but couldn't find any pictures online. Lizzie found pictures of exactly what he wanted (basically, all-over red highlights with some peek a boo red highlights under his bangs on a modern mullet cut) and then delivered what was shown in the pictures. Filthy location. Old crusty hair caked onto the baseboards. Came in at 3:45 left at 7:00. I picked blonde highlights and blonde hair. Our consult was all about me wanting to go a lighter blonde than I came in with. Well it Came out BROWN. They blamed it on the toner. Then they said they'll do another toner treatment. This time it became a lighter shade of BROWN. Extremely poor management. I have never had such poor treatment from such a filthy establishment. I'm pretty sure they'd fail a health or cleanliness inspection. read more

Here, it's nice we can make appointments online. I made my appointment via "Book appointment" Yelp link. Friend recommended Ashely, Senior Designer I. Price depends on what service you want and how experienced/skilled your stylist is. I was charged $32.00 for the "Signature Cut includes relaxing shampoo and conditioner" + tip, but when I made my appointment online it said $36. Ashely did a great job and was very fast. It only took ~15 mins, fastest cut I've had. I don't wash my hair at salons; it's too hard from my wheelchair. This place is in a strip mall with UPS across from Randhurst mall. I was desperate for a hair cut so I went here. I asked specifically how I wanted it he clearly understood me cause he demonstrated how and I asked nicely to not keep cutting it shorT. We made an appointment a week in advance but when we got there they were surprised to hear that which is why it took 25 minutes to finally get a chair despite only 1 other customer being in the shop. There was 2-3 other employees all hanging out in the back of the house and not 1 offered to come up and help. What? Was everyone on a break less than 2 hours after being opened?
