Besides ADA complaint having to hire Attorney to bring a Civil Suit as the disabled have enough trouble getting personal services primarily from the younger generation who do not seem to understand there are laws. I got a smoothie and returned to wait for awhile. There were now 2 other customers waiting. When I asked what their free WIFI password is, she said she didn't know because she doesn't use it, and would have to go to the back and ask. I waited for her to do this, but she decided to give a haircut first. So, I continue to wait for the password. She finished giving a haircut, cashed out the customer, and took another person to give a haircut. When she didn't tell me the password, I had to interrupt her and ask her again. She finally went to the back, asked for the password, and yelled it to me from her chair area. I wasn't told if it's all one word, mixed case, the numbers written in word form or numeric, so I tried many different ways. None of them worked. When she finished giving the haircut and cashed out the customer, she looked at me and said "Just to let you know, it's going to be $27 because you waited for me." I told her I wanted the first available (not a specific person--that is an extra charge) and you told me it would be you. She gave an attitude! So, I told her to just forget it. I left. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A PERSON WITH A BAD ATTITUDE TO CUT MY HAIR. I moved here 8 months ago, and I'm happy to say THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!
