What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

This place is disgusting!!! I can't believe I didn't just walk out after discovering Erica the so called "stylist" chopped off way more from my beautiful long hair than what I asked for!! I'm in tears because all I asked for was a fucking trim!! You butchered my hair!! I have uneven layers and it feels like I actually have more split ends now because you tried some weird technique on me that I didn't even ask for. And how dare you use a dirty hair cutting cape that smelled moldy and was covered in some one else's hair! I just wanted just a simple trim, how the fuck do you mess that up?! I have never been so angry with a salon but I guess there's a first for everything. Oh and by the way, Elizabeth, the person that answered the phone is a joke. She half assed answered the phone when I made my appointment and didn't even say hi or thank you. What a fucking joke of a place. I am damn sure I will tell everyone I know not to come here. Now I have to spend more $$$ on hair vitamins and special shampoo to start growing my hair again!! ** LOL of course you don't remember your clients honey, you didn't care enough to make me happy. It's your job to make the client happy and I would have left a five star review if you had done your job right in the first place. I come from a small town and was intimidated and overwhelmed to try and find a good salon with a nice, down to earth person. I ended up going to Hair Envy because my co-worker is friends with the owner. He gave me a recommendation and I have been going here ever since! Erica literally can do anything with your hair. She also educated me about different ways to care for my hair, such as the brazillian blow out, which I had never even heard about! Have had it done twice there and I just love the results. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Erica and Liz. This place is a win - win. I usually do not have to wait long to get an appointment, but even if I did, I would wait, because I trust these ladies and they always deliver! read more

Miracles happen in this little, friendly neighborhood salon! I came in with my frazzled, blonde hair, and left looking beautiful! Liz took my porous locks and gave me creamy highlights and a beautiful darker base color.......just like the picture I brought in! Next, she layered my hair in such a way that it didn't look like I lost any significant length....a very rare thing! So now it's time to pay my bill, and I'm thinking, "here comes the national debt"! Wrong! The bill was beyond reasonable, leaving me leeway for a good tip and a follow-up appointment that I won't miss! Small and quaint salon right down the street from me. Since I found them in 2015 I havnt gone anywhere else since. Their prices are great, and the ladies are really nice and know what they're doing. I never have to go in to worry about getting butchered cut or color wise. Erica/Erika recently did a short cut for me vaosed off of some pictures I had. She was able to work with me throughout with tips and questions. We stopped a few times to look at progress and what I wanted to change or keep. Her professionalism is awesome always knows what will look good and her color is prefect every time to match my prior shade. I asked for long bangs, I now have short wispy ones! I asked for hair to fan out behind my ears and nape of the neck, it is now military style short! Ahead of my appointment, they asked me what kind of haircut I wanted. I told them I was a beginner when it came to my hair, so they asked for some inspo photos. I sent them some TikToks of curtain bangs. I arrived about 10 minutes early and met with Andrea, who started guiding me through different hairstyle suggestions based on the inspo. She was really patient with me and explained what each process was going to be like. She washed my hair with some really nice-smelling soaps and moisturizer.
