But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I didn't feel comfortable and lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire place because what else is rushed at this point! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time.

However, the primary reason my experience is always excellent at Union is Tee -- he consistently provides an awesome haircut, great conversation, and makes the process seamless. I've been getting my hair cut by Tee for about 5 years now, and I can confidently say that I'll always trust Tee to give me an excellent cut.
