And for some reason she did not want to see me? She asked someone else to see me which I thought was kind of strange. The girl I consulted with was Gaby and she was very sweet. However I think it is a little rude that someone makes an appointment with you, and you don't honor it. I don't know if she didn't like the way that I looked or what happened. I was perfectly fine waiting to see her since she was blow drying someone's hair. But she didn't even ask if I minded waiting she just asked another person to see me instead. And again, no offense to Gaby because she was very nice. I just, I made an appointment with Natalia and I made the appointment online based on her availability. I'd been looking for a modern person who was adept at razors cuts, long layers and everything in between. Maria's been doing my hair for at least 3 or 4 years now, and I always leave happy. I've never waited more then 5-10 minutes, and sometimes they even get me in the day I call. I'm the type that finds a photo of a haircut and get inspired, so I book a cut. She always does what I ask for, and even when I'm not sure what the heck I want, she does a fantastic job at interpreting random descriptive words I throw out there. She's got a natural talent for hair and is very good natured and always seems like she's in a great mood. I'll never switch! A testament to that is I became really excited about a style I found recently, but turns out she was out of the salon for a few weeks. I WAITED. I've never done that for any other hair stylist, but I learned patience for a cut from Maria.

Esmeralda spent the time to listen to my concerns, observe my hair and discuss options of what to do next. I liked her suggestions and she offered to do a color treatment. I wondered if she had time as she was already working with another client. She happily said of course! My appointment was at 10:15 a.m. and she had consulted with me, washed, applied color, cut, dry and styled my hair in an hour! I love the color, texture and style this creative professional did in that amount of time. She is very friendly, a good listener and a master stylist. I will easily refer her to anyone looking for a new prescision specialist. Generally, I feel it's a good idea to change it up once in a while. She went in for a simple hair wash/ cut and was humiliated by Esmeralda in front of everyone since it had been a few weeks since she had last washed her hair. For context, my wife broke her shoulder a week ago and hence found it difficult to clean / manage her hair with one hand. The business owner should ensure it hires employees that know how to treat customers professionally, with courtesy and respect. Not employees who tell their customers "your hair is so dirty!"
