The staff was caring and supportive. My boy couldn't walk so they had a blanket spread on the floor of the room. I was quite emotional despite my best efforts and they were gentle and supportive. I cannot recommend this hospital, with their amazing staff, enough. Dr Szendrey is the best of the best. My boy has crossed over to be free, and my heart is feeling the worst sadness, but I feel deeply he had the best care. And I thank the staff here for supporting me and my beloved Copper in a very difficult time.

We are so thankful for the referral to try our Oyster Bay Animal Hospital. Our first visit was this…read moreyear in April when our Stormie wasn't acting normal after boarding. We were amazed at the ease of availability for appointments, short waiting time and thorough care by the team of Oyster Bay Animal Hospital and Dr. Lancer. We knew after Stormie's initial visit this was the place we felt most comfortable for her routine and sick visits. Dr. Lancer went above and beyond on his initial visit with Stormie to explain what her sickness was and even followed up personally the next day to check in on how she was doing. Our most recent visit we were allowed in the facility with masks. Everyone inside was so kind to Stormie and myself. Cassie treated Stormie like she was her own and tried to calm her during the exam by Dr. Lancer. Stormie was nervous but felt the care and love by everyone that works there. Dr. Lancer takes the time to explain to you during his exam his findings, treatment options and referrals. You do not feel rushed or another number which I felt at previous doctor's appointments for Stormie and even myself. I really am thankful for Oyster Bay Animal Hospital and the care that they give Stormie. Everyone goes above and beyond when she comes in and I know I can trust them with the care of my dog. Oyster Bay Animal Hospital is affiliated with West Hills which is 24/7 and emergency if needed and Gold Coast which is for specialty services which I find comforting to have these options and Stormie's records easily accessible. I will recommend Oyster Bay Animal Hospital to all my pet lovers.

Everyone at Manetto hill has been kind and caring to both Angus and us, Addressing all his needs and our concerns and worries. Dr. Anna Krage and also her vet tech destiny especiall, are nothing short of wonderful., We feel that Angus is in very good care, and they treat him and us with love and respect. It is a great relief to know that Dr. Krage and destiny are there when we need them. We couldn't be happier with the way they have treated all of us, if you love your animals, the way we love ours, this is a great place to bring them. Thanks for all your help, Michael, Carole, & Angus Gravenese.

Every time a tummy upset happens they are always able to get us in for an appointment immediately. The vets, vets techs, and receptionists always answer my million questions with knowledge and a smile. They are so well informed and even gave me advice on pet insurance as it was confusing me! The last tummy upset was a bad one and quite scary. A few days after our appointment Dr. Shannon personally called to see how she was doing. I was happy to say she was almost fully recovered. I was blown away by the actually care and concern. I highly recommend Manetto Hill for any and all of your veterinary needs!!

Then Dr. Whittington came in and was wonderful taking a lot of time with our pup and explained things to us in great detail. If she's there I think, I said I think, we will be there too. She really is tremendous. The vet assistant was very sweet as well, she comforted and kissed my scared pup while he was getting examined. Yes we were very hesitant to go after reading the reviews but our dog needed a checkup. He also got a yearly exam and 3 vaccines. And I got their flea and tick medicine and heart worm medicine. It was a total of $700 which seemed steep to me but we did to have quite a few needs. So I don't know if it's expensive or not. The front desk needs a better disposition without question. I'm shocked that there are so many reviews about it yet it seems like nothing is done. Odd. I do think they could to sink a little money into the decor. It is old and tired and could use updating. But then again that's not why we're there. We'll go back again bc we are there for the vet, not the front desk people or the tired interior.

I was told to bring my pet in for X-rays and prep for a minor procedure and that they would call me when the dog was ready to be picked up, estimating mid afternoon. I was instructed not to feed my dog for 12 hours prior to the procedure, which was fine, but difficult for an 85 pound dog. I was called to pick him up just before closing, and then found out that they had not done the procedure until less than an hour prior to closing. He was unable to walk, or see straight, and very frightened and shaking. His pupils were still extremely dilated and he peed on himself! He had gone all those hours locked in a cage for nothing, had not eaten for over 24 hours or given water, and was not medically fit to leave. I had to ask someone to help me carry him to the car and he cried for hours because he was still partially under the influence of the anesthesia. On top of that, there was a billing error, and despite bringing in all my receipts, it took them almost two months to correct, without a single apology. I would never recommend them.
