This is a remarkable company with remarkable employees who are deeply caring and compassionate. My Italian Greyhound of 15 years required multiple heart meds for congestive heart failure diagnosed a year ago. My little one would not take any oral meds and I couldn't score the pills to an accurate dosage. I tried everything. I tried 2 of the nation's largest compounders and neither could provide a solution for a small pill. After my vet suggested Wespaws for compounding, I gave it a try. Their tiny pellet pill was a winner. It was easily hidden in food or a treat and my dog couldn't smell or taste it. This was a MAJOR win for extending the life of my dog. Never forced to use yelp until now. I Love WESPAW! I live very close to the pharmacy and have been getting my felines tumor medication (and others) compounded and delivered to help the ease of administering to my furry companion. Sam has a big heart and has been a godsend to me and my family. However, that's where the customer service starts and ends. Whenever I have scheduled a delivery time with Laura they tend to get it messed up and deliver way too early forcing me to take a taxi home - I am in a walker so very difficult for me to move around effectively - not sure why they stopped afternoon deliveries to my work location. The driver doesnt seem to care much and only seems to smile if he did not have to wait. I understand I am not the only one waiting for a delivery and I did request to leave in the mailbox. I live on 64th st in woodside and I consider it a safe neighborhood. Upon requesting to leave it in the mailbox or in the yard the driver snapped at me and said a signature was needed. Never have I had a bag of medical supplies thrown at me before, although, an apology was offered I wasnt convinced he was genuine. I am hopeful wespaw will go back to quality customer service. I do miss having the chubby young fella with the camera on his head or the guy with the dog in the car window. Please wespaw go back to being spectacular.
