I had placed my order through grub hub and after waiting about 1 hr the resteraunt called me and notified me that the driver had not only hung up on then but had also blocked their calls but even though they had been closed they still waited for me to come pick up my order. What a terrific place right here in Euless. I had heard wonderful reviews of this place, and couldn't wait to eat here today. I was most impressed. The menu is authentic, the ingredients very fresh, the portions generous...and absolutely delicious! The lamb kabob was seasoned well, cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor. The tabbouleh was so finely minced, I had every flavor in each bite. Also added the cucumber salad, which was thick and flavorful, no watered down version here. Ahmed the proprietor made each guest feel as welcome as if they were dining in his home. The restaurant was immaculately clean, pleasant in decor and the wait staff very accommodating. Came here with wife. Was a bit disappointed, we moved from Jersey to here and saw this place with all high ratings n we got the food n it was very bland. Hummus was not good but it was ok. We tried this restaurant tonight, since it is close by our house and we previously read Yelp reviews. It was great. Ajhmed, the owner (very attentive), greet us from the moment we stepped in, gave us some guidance and recommendations on the menu. My husband and I had the Sampler Platter, and everything was delicious (hummus a+). We also shared Hala Platter, good quality meats, well seasoned, and great taste. My fiancé wanted some Mediterranean food after coaching soccer, so we decided to try Hala Cafe out with his family. It's did not disappoint! By far some of the best and most authentic Mediterranean food I've ever had. The owner treated us like family and made sure we had everything we wanted. The hummus was great and I had the gyro sandwich which was superb! Most of the people in our group got the platters which were huge and came with two sides.
