I left it untouched and mentioned that it didn't taste good. The response was simply, "Oh, so you don't want a box?" No attempt to fix the issue or even acknowledge it. What sealed it for me was the overall condition of the place. Dirty cutlery, a generally rundown interior, and a lack of attention to cleanliness made it uncomfortable to eat there. I'm not picky about ambiance when the food and service deliver--but here, nothing quite worked together. The whole experience felt very turn-and-burn, as if the restaurant relies on proximity to a popular area rather than repeat customers. We also got a veggie Nepali thali, the perfect sharing size for two people. The aloo gobi and daal were definitely the highlights of the thali, and the mustard green salad and carrot + daikon pickles were refreshing elements.
