If you have time, you should try to dine in at their place. It's usually nice and quiet with locals. Their service is fast but their inside is nice and clean. Chang Noi may be the best Thai food there is in the St. George area in Staten Island. As there aren't a lot of restaurants around. Although there is another Thai food cafe down the street on Stuyvesant Pl, in my opinion, this is the better Thai option. The prices have increased a bit since we moved here, partly due to inflation. A regular noodle dish like Pad Thai, or Pad Sew Ew is now $18 instead of $12/$15 than a couple of years ago. The Mango salad is now $12 instead of $7/$10. Lucky for you all, they do lunch specials so definitely take advantage of their lunch specials if you get a chance. What's more, the food is pretty good! Yesterday, I ordered two dishes for pick up and it took less than 15 mins to be ready. If you're in a hurry, this is a good choice as well!
