She came over checked out our stuff and told us we weren't allowed to be there because we were over capacity. That's fine - however - that pool at the Element ALWAYS had large groups of people. We had done this before several times with no issues. We moved a few days ago to a place that is larger, private, less money & totally renovated. The people who live at the Element are nice. It's the management and the high cost of rent plus the astronomical utilities. Ridiculous.

At…read morefirst we had problems with the renters below us, fortunately they moved on and it's so quiet place to live. The complex is at the very end of road which is nice cuts down on traffic. Managers have both been nice. The grounds are kept up by landscapers. Different improvements are in the budget for future improvements. There is a large grassy area in front of simplex and a couple of picnic areas. I wish there was some other amenities, dog park. Some earlier poster did not like tules, I like having rules that keep up the look of the area. We have two parking spots, which isn't the norm for some complex's.
