They approved me for a 2023 dodge Durango then 30days later told me the bank decided not to go along with the approval and asked me to bring the vehicle back within 24hrs. Do not go to them for any type of financing when I looked it up this it's called a yo-yo scam. DO NOT deal with the young lady Ty or Mike they are scam artist!!!! I lost out on my vehicle and now have a hard time rebuilding my credit because it took major hits because they tried several different banks to try and get me reapproved without my permission. read more

Cierra and Mo in sales are great! Had some issues with service! Purchased a vehicle and a trouble light came on the next day. I got a service ticket to drop the vehicle off on the 10th and never received a courtesy call on the status of the repair for 5 days. I called to inquire and the " service manager" was very rude and dismissive. As a new customer was told "well we are short on mechanics and there's no one here who can fix your car" but no referral to another dealership who could... so on day 7? After my complaint a tech called to say they didn't see my issue after a test drive... But it still hesitate and the lights been constantly popping on and off since I've picked it up. read more

Brought my truck in here for an oil change because I have an online coupon for $79. It cost me about $120 to do it my self. Save me a few dollars. The reps told me they would honor the online coupon. So a few hours later they ask to see the coupon which I did show them. Now they told me my truck is not included for that coupon. I asked where am I at on the oil change. The reps told me they just pull the oil out and my oil change will be close to $300. So now I am stuck with what ever that amount they are going to come up with. If they would have asked to see my coupon earlier before taking possession of my truck. I could have walked away. Moral of the story is if you own a vehicle you should do your own oil change even if someone told you it can be done cheap. read more

My grandson's car (2007 Caliber) could not pass inspection. He'd had it since he was a junior in high school. We had it towed to Haley's repair shop. He wanted to wait until he graduated from college this spring before purchasing a new car. Haley has the most impressive service writer whose name is Paula. Her communication skills were excellent. She kept me informed when it would be serviced. Throughout the repair, she'd call to update me regarding requisite parts, their delivery dates and cost. Saturday morning, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Paula informing me that my grandson's care was ready to be picked up. If their pride in service and attention to detail is anything like how they deal with fleet customers, I wouldn't bother with this place. While the people were friendly, my brand new fleet vehicle was brought to me like it came off the delivery truck. The car was dirty on the outside, dash was already dusty, and they didn't bother to install the floor mats. I also didn't get shown or was offered to see the features and examine the car. The only thing they made sure was done was putting on their license plate cover so they could advertise themselves. Maybe it was because they don't make much money in dealing with me, but if they don't understand the value of doing a great job no matter the transaction then that says something about their character. read more

They said they I needed a tune up. Only changed spark plugs and nothing else. Charged $300 labor. Asked about other filters and fluids. They said cabin air filter looked okay and that some vehicles have sealed transmissions. 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I have had all of my service done there in the past but will never return after this. They should have just charged for the labor for spark plugs if that is all they did, not charged labor for a full tune up. They also used to give an inspection sheet at each oil change but the past couple times I have not gotten one. Now I have to go somewhere else to change transmission fluid and filter. read more

But I found myself in need for a car at the end of October and hiding under my bed was NOT an option so after doing some careful research and deciding on a specific car (though Capital One Auto) I went to this location to buy a car. After spending over $1200 for breaks and rotors I was taken advantage off because I am a female and OLD, USED, RUSTED parts were placed on my vehicle. And I left with another issue that was caused while it was in the shop for 2 1/2 days. I was told I would need leave my vehicle again AND pay even more for a tech to drive my vehicle (again) and diagnose the new issue. At the same time I was patronized and told that the parts were rusted because I must have been driving in salt/snow conditions a lot. Based upon reviews I read online, I contacted Chris Price early one Saturday morning. I told Chris that I was looking to purchase another Jeep as I've been a proud Jeep owner for many years and looking to purchase another Jeep. Back in June 2015, I'd been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for two weeks. I did a ton of research online and visited about a half dozen different dealerships in Northern Va. I found the vehicle I wanted at Haley Jeep Ram in Richmond and sent them an email. First thing in the morning I received a call from Kory Clayton. He was fantastic and answered all of my questions. Kory knew I was out of town so he sent me additional photos of the vehicle I was looking at. I spoke to Kory at least 3 times throughout the day and he was always helpful and friendly. I drove to Richmond that evening and Kory had the vehicle I wanted polished and ready to show up front. He came outside to greet my family and I with the vehicle's key in his hand. After a short test drive we told him we'd take it. We had already agreed upon a price over the phone so things went quickly at the dealership. There were no high pressure sales tricks, pushy finance people, or anything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Got my oil change in less than an hour. Now Jesse Cash was the best salesman i ever worked with hands down. I like when I go to a dealership and they ask me what I'm looking for and not try to push what they have on the lot off on me. I purchased a truck from Haley Ram in Richmond on 9/24 used. I took the truck in to have some recalls fixed. I was informed that the truck went through an inspection and everything was good on the truck. Less than 4,000 miles later (4months), i was informed that the truck needed brakes and rotors from their service department when all they were there to do is recalls on my truck. I spoke to the Used Car Manager and he formed me that the truck was transferred to the dealership but when I purchased the truck it was on their lot when i first seen the truck. This is unacceptable... I recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a truck or a car as this dealership is horrible. To make matters worse, the service department gave me 2 different prices for brakes and rotors. So this means that the service and sales department both are substandard. Last year I bought a used Toyota. It was a "As is" vehicle with a good amount of miles. This year it took it to get inspected and it was discovered that there was a large hole in the frame from Rust! Haley inspected and gave it a state inspection sticker prior to sale. Either their text have no idea what they're doing, or they knowingly sold me a paperweight. Service Department is AWFUL I had to have my hood repainted after the previous paint job started chipping away. My van was with Haley for over a week. During that time my passenger mirror was damaged. I noticed the damage when I got in my car to leave after picking it up. I went right back inside to ask Ian Trebour if he knew anything about it. He came out to look at it, glanced at it and went back inside to see if anyone knew anything about it. The mirror was shattered, there was damage to the housing and the housing was loose. No one fessed up to damaging the mirror, they just kept saying that if it hit the lift it would have been dark blue. They agreed to replace the mirror, which took several weeks since they had to order the part. I asked repeatedly about the housing and was told they would look at it but no one would give me a straight answer. I went in today for the repair. They replaced the mirror and the service manager Michelle Browne said they wouldn't be fixing the housing because there was no proof that it happened there and it looked like someone had already touched up the mirror. The mirror was damaged there in their custody but they are refusing to take care of the situation. They couldn't even be bothered to clean the finger prints off of the mirror they stuck in. Overall lousy service, a half ass job and THEY damaged my car and will not stand behind the fact that they did it. I won't be returning to them for service OR to buy a car and I suggest you don't take your car there either. read more

Huge Thank you to the service department! While driving across the country my car started making a knocking sound. I arrived in Virginia on Sunday and I was able to get an apt for Monday morning. Monday afternoon they had discovered my engine needed replacing. (Luckily it was all covered under warranty)They told me it would be ready by Friday and it was! A pretty impressive turn around time if you ask me! And an extra thank you to the mechanics for retrieving multiple items from my car on multiple days even though each time I said I didn't need anything else! I went in on a recall for my vehicle and inspection after waiting for a while I was given my car back and left on my way home when I had gotten home I noticed that my tint has been torn in the place where the inspection sticker had gone and it annoyed me a bit because they also didn't have the decency to even clean the area where the old one was so there was residue left from the previous one so I gave them a call and asked them if they would be able to fix the tint by putting another one on and he said that it's illegal to have on anyway so what do you want me to do afterwards I proceeded to hang up and think to myself yes it's illegal but it's not his right to remove it from my car without my say so by the way I've had multiple inspection stickers put on and taken off without messing up the window tint that's just terrible read more

My experience with this horrible dealership all started when I reached out to a former friend or co-worker who now works at this dealership because I was interested in a Jeep they had on their lot. I told Darnell exactly what I was looking for and he told me about a unit that he had personally just traded-in that matched my needs and was well within my budget.  He had to go out onto the lot to take photos of the unit for me because they hadn't added any to their website yet.  I received the photos and while the car was extremely dirty it looked to be in good shape otherwise.  I specifically asked Darnell if there were any major scratches, dings, or dents to which he replied "The lady lost the battle with a pole on the driver side rear by the bumper. But we got a guy. We have already set it up to be fixed." Needless to say, I got pretty excited about this vehicle and let Darnell know that I would be there the following day around 630 PM once I got off work.  When I got to work the next day I was so excited to go look at the Jeep I asked my boss if I could leave early who agreed after I showed her the vehicle and received her approval.  I text Darnell to let him know of my early arrival and he let me now that he had another appointment scheduled before mine but would do his best to split his time between us.  Again not a problem. My wife and I both traveled through rush hour traffic for more than 45 minutes as we both needed to drive because I had another vehicle I wanted to trade-in.  I arrived about 5 minutes before my wife and the Jeep had been pulled up front for me but that is where this experience took a horrible turn.  I approached the Jeep and could see Darnell and a co-worker towards the back of the building, not only did they not take the time to acknowledge me, they proceeded to complain about their compensation and the concessions they had to make last month to meet there sales numbers and to earn a bonus. While extremely unprofessional this wasn't even the issue.  The issue was the condition of the Jeep.  Yes, Darnell had told me about the issue with the rear driver side bumper, but he failed to tell me that all 4 corners of this vehicle were severely damaged with deep scratches, scrapes, and dents.  I keep pointing out all of the issues with the Jeep and all Darnell could say was I didn't see that, I didn't see that, I honestly didn't see that.  This unit has been used and abused on the exterior and Darnell was more interested in trying to get a sale than, to be honest with a former friend about its condition.  I left the dealership in disgust and received the following text message from Darnell about an hour later:  "I'm sorry for the confusion. I was chewed out by my manager for honestly not knowing about the issues with the Grand Cherokee. I have been notified that the white Grand Cherokee is here.  The manager driving the vehicle is here. Would you like to restart the conversation?" Darnell, how did you honestly not know about the issues with the Grand Cherokee? Darnell, you personally took this vehicle in on trade for an elderly lady, Right? I found this particular dealership through my bank and I was contacted by Ganesh Sarma who searched, for two months, for the perfect or near perfect vehicle that I wanted. He is an excellent sales associate and gave it his all. However, my low 'ratings' come from the Sales Manager or Manager. There were requirements that I didn't agree with because of Identity Theft or the Privacy Act and asked to see policy/law saying that it was the law to do; the manager refused very rudely and said I didn't have a right to look at the policy/law and that I could buy the vehicle elsewhere. His attitude was so disgusting that we got up and walked out. I couldn't believe the customer service he provided...he shouldn't be in sales period and brings a very bad name to the dealership. However, GS called me back and I turned around to support the work he did for me. Come to find out that it is not a law to have my ID photo copied! If the company has a policy and I'm required to follow it, I have the right to see it. They refused. This dealership doesn't not conduct themselves in a professional manner and if GS didn't put 2 months into it, I would have continued to drive away. There is now way I will EVER go back and do business with this organization and I recommended going to another Jeep dealership if you're looking for one. Also, the dealership's overall appearance is poor and they decided to race my new vehicle around the parking lot when bringing it out. It's a very unprofessional dealership. Disgusting! read more

My wife has a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that has been to the service center constantly for the past 4 months. Each time we are told something different. Went from a check engine light for a recall. Then after two weeks the same issue happens again( car cuts off in traffic after getting gas). Were told the ESIM detector had a leak and a oil change is needed. Two weeks later we get gas same issue happens. We're told this time that the ESIM Canister has a leak. This time I and my wife reach out to the GM Julius. He does not call us instead we get the Service manager Michell who assumes we are capping off the gas. An issue she researched online(go figure). After days of trying to contact the GM he finally calls us back and comps us the $700 that we already spent for them mis diagnosing our vehicle. Needless to say we have returned to the Service Center two weeks later after getting gas. This time they say its a transmission issue after I had to send a video of the issue.
