THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING!! i absolutely love her so much. she was such a wonderful person to be around and had so many great ideas. My boyfriend and I wanted to take pictures for our anniversary and I told her some ideas of mine and she was just so helpful throughout everything. While we were taking these pics she just made it so much fun and not awkward at all, it literally felt like we were hanging out. I reached out to Haley back in January after seeing an ad from her on Instagram. I knew I wanted to take engagement pictures but was procrastinating and overwhelmed by the process of picking a photographer, setting aside a date, etc. Haley was easy to communicate with and helped me pick a location before we set up a day/time to shoot. She was also open to the "style"/vibe I was looking for, and reviewed a Pinterest board of pictures and poses. On the day of the shoot in mid-February she went to the location a few hours early to scout out places to take pictures, so when we got there it would be easy for us. (Bonus - her fiance gave us his parking spot since there were zero!) Best of all, she made my fiance and I feel super comfortable. My fiance is a very camera shy person, and was very against getting pictures taken of us. But she helped put us both at ease and instructed us on how to pose - our hands, the angles of our face, etc. It felt easier and more natural than us just trying to smile for the camera artificially. Right away, I knew she would be amazing. She was super responsive and provided fantastic suggestions and recommendations on the location, and activities we could do to make the photos as fun and natural as possible. We've had two sessions with Hayley and she has been officially dubbed our family photographer! My husband and I were so nervous for our first session with Hayley, we don't normally like taking pictures and felt super awkward at the thought of a whole photoshoot. But Hayley instantly put us at ease. She is so sweet and funny, we felt a connection with her which made the whole process fun and enjoyable. She has a great eye, always suggesting beautiful locations and times of day for best lighting. She is quick and calm under pressure, which we discovered when on our most recent session. I have gone to Haley for my engagement shoot, pregnancy announcement shoot, and maternity shoot! I even have her booked to shoot my labor/delivery/newborn photos Theres a reason why I keep going back to her! Actually more than just A reason. My husband and I aren't natural models (especially my husband who prefers to not take pictures usually), but Haley gives us amazing direction, how to pose, and makes us feel completely comfortable. She will also put in the time and research to find locations that are perfect for what you or her are thinking (as in creative direction). My last shoot with her, I was about 36 weeks pregnant and she made everything SO CONVENIENT and accommodating for me (making sure everything was drivable, near restrooms, lots of breaks). She is also SO encouraging and it has never been awkward being in front of her lens. I 100% recommend going to Haley for any shoot you have in mind. Haley is the best photographer! When I first saw her portfolio, I knew she's the photographer that we are looking for. She did our engagement and wedding photos and both turned out better than I can ever imagined. Her sense of colors and the ability to capture the love between my husband and I are just beyond amazing. I met with Haley some time ago to take photographs with my girlfriend as a little gift to each other. I'm not particularly fond of seeing myself in pictures since I feel like I never look good in them. This is especially the case when I have to actually model in some way. Despite this apprehension to being photographed, my girlfriend and I went ahead with it anyway. I was beyond glad that I did! Haley made the whole process so easy and more importantly fun! She was incredibly accommodating to our needs; going as far as answering my dumb question about what I should wear. She was willing to drive out a little far to our chosen location and had already laid out plans on where to shoot for the best photographs. My girlfriend and I barely had to make any decisions. When we did though, Haley was just as accommodating to what we wanted. She was very easy going and made you comfortable taking the pictures. At no point did I feel awkward about getting my photographs taken. The best part of it all was that we were all having fun! It didn't feel like a chore but more like an adventure. What I appreciated the most is how Haley perfectly captured my relationship with my girlfriend. All the photographs reminded me of how lucky I am to have this person in my life. One particular photo Haley took while we were driving stood out because it brought me back to when my girlfriend and I started having feelings for each other. Feelings that started while driving together to and from work cause she didn't have a car at the time!
