Third time I went there their servers were down and I couldn't get a connection on the kiosk card reader. After buying a $45 credit onto a card that is only usable at this place now it doesn't even work to buy it. It worked but then to use it on the machines it doesn't work. That is very unsatisfactory. Now having to go down to the bank, pulling the money back out expecting only pay $40. Did your laundry is now turning to be $80 with 40 sitting in my pocket that's unusable. I contacted the number and they still haven't contacted me. I find this a bit absurd. Unfortunately I have to actually give this a few stars and nothing more until they get there. Issues taken care of with the false advertisement that's on Google. And get their Internet service working correctly with a strong set up so they can actually have the machines working and operating correctly.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because the prices are on the higher side--$11 for a medium washer--but at least that price includes settings like extra wash and soil, so you're getting solid value.
