    I cannot explain what a good decision it was to go to half-price auto repair! I took my car to the dealership and got a quote on everything and then brought my car to this auto shop. They literally did it for half the cost that I would've paid at the Maserati dealership!! I cannot recommend them enough, please only go to this repair shop for any car needs whatsoever and tires! Thank you To Adrian the owner as well!

    Just moved from Colorado and I had stopped in Performance Muffler to have them check something out for me. While it was up on the lift, Brian discovered that I had a leak in my fuel line. Not only that, but Brian and the guys at Performance also found that the moving company had damaged the brackets on my sway bar (they bottomed it out hard when unloading off the semi). Brian not only fixed my fuel line but he also replaced the brackets. I was there less than 30 min. Incredible service! So glad that I found a shop that not only knows what they're doing, but they don't try to rip you off in the process. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks, Brian

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

I called them, and only one of the problems was covered, but I didn't have enough miles on the car, so all was denied. Cancelling that--what a rip-off. I wasn't sure of what to do, so I started looking for a second opinion. I looked online for Mercedes-Benz repair and found David Terry, Family Car Care for less! What a blessing. He kept the car overnight, ran tests, and could not find any problems, which is what I thought. At any rate, for a small inspection fee, I feel so much better about the car. The car is perfect, or in very good condition for a 2006. David saved me several thousand dollars and, more importantly, personal peace of mind. I would recommend him 100%!

It such a blessing to know a repair shop that stands by their work and have good interpersonal skills. I've been using them for 10 years and this is my first review of them. Also, note they do subscribe to several shop-sharing information sites to see how a repair can be approached. This has been helpful for them on my Infiniti, Ford, and future Honda. Note: Due to the high demand for their quality work, it is typical for them to be booked out 1 to 1.5 weeks. Please plan accordingly and work with them on the schedule. Sometimes they can fit you in early if you can leave the vehicle, but not always a guarantee. BTW - They do also everything, from Transmission and Engine replacements to odds and ends such as liftgate problems.
