We chose mussels, crawfish, and snow crab, expecting the two-pound boil as listed, but we were charged for a pound of each item instead. That was frustrating and not what we understood from the menu description. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Between the drink issue, the average food, and the confusion over the seafood boil pricing, I would not be in a hurry to return.

I did appreciate that as I only took one bite of it and it was like leaving Mac and cheese in the fridge for a week and then eating it. The appetizer we had was the sampler, All of it was pretty decent except again, not enough sauce on the wings and some of the onion rings were a bit burned. This would be the 3rd time we've been here. I went against my better judgement as my kids wanted to eat there. Tonight, the service was outstanding, but the food was nothing that I want to return to. If I ever do return it'll be just get the service from Chaz again as it's the best I've had here. I think some things might need a change finally.

The floors were slick from what appeared to be urine that had been left overnight, the odor was overwhelming, and parts of the floor were sticky enough that my shoes were sticking as I walked. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, especially at opening time. When our food arrived, my Beer Cheese Cheesesteak was disappointing. It had very little chicken, almost no beer cheese, and the chicken that was on the sandwich had an unusual texture, as if it had been overprocessed. I recently ordered the same meal at another Buffalo Wild Wings location and it was excellent, which made this experience even more disappointing. My wife ordered a salad, and our waitress informed us that there were no clean utensils available and asked if plastic forks would be acceptable. At a restaurant that had just opened for the day and only had a few tables occupied, this was surprising. After our meal, I asked why there were no clean utensils, and I was told they were still being washed and that the restaurant simply did not have enough. That is not a server issue--it is a management issue. This visit reflected poor operational management, not poor service from the wait staff. The employees appeared to be doing the best they could with the resources available. However, cleanliness, food quality, and having enough basic dining utensils are fundamental responsibilities of restaurant management. The New Bern, NC location needs significant improvement in these areas. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location until those issues are addressed.
