They provide so much detailed pre-event info and options for you to customize the song list, Taylor's outfits, etc. They are also so kind and accommodating and work with you if you have any other traditions or things you want to do before Taylor arrives. We wanted to give a few welcome remarks and a brief 15 minute speaking portion (cultural tradition) and their party host helped facilitate it all. All of the kids were so surprised and I'm sure they will be talking about it for weeks. I'm also not sure who had more fun - kids or adults! This is definitely a great party for all ages, and boys and girls. I was worried because I have boy/girl twins but all the boys loved it and were singing and dancing the entire time, too. I highly recommend adding the light up Eras tour backdrop because it really made the concert amazing. I can't imagine it without it. Taylor hung out after the party to take as many photos as guests wanted and even spent some time chatting with kids and other guests. Not only is she so sweet, she is legit! Many people commented on how much she both looked and actually sounded a lot like Taylor. Many kids (including my own) said they were pretty sure she was the real Taylor. The Taylor Experience far exceeded my Wildest Dreams! If you're thinking twice about booking her, don't wait, just do it! It's worth every penny! I do want to note something because I was a little worried at some points because we booked the event 4-5 months ahead of time. The company does many other kids parties with all of their character offerings, so they're extremely busy. They usually prioritize answering emails in the order they receive them or for the parties coming up sooner, so there were a few times I waited to receive a response. I kept wondering if they were legit or not going to show up. I am only including this not as a criticism of the company because they truly are legit, professional, and amazing. I'm only including this as a reassurance for anyone if you've paid your invoice and don't hear a response right away, don't worry. Because I was looking for this kind of reassurance from reviews, too. They WILL show up and in the week leading up to your party, they will confirm all details and make sure everything is perfect. They just have a lot of parties and events, so it does make sense for them to prioritize the earlier parties. Anyway, again, thank you so much Taylor and all of your amazing crew for giving us the party of the year that none of our guests will ever forget! ETA: We had a few guests with kids with autism and other intellectual disabilities and their parents have all shared how awesome Taylor, the party host Heather, and the entire crew were so inclusive and supportive of their kids having a great time. All of these parents shared how often their kids aren't able to enjoy parties, concerts, or truly feel included but they noticed the ways the crew included all of the kids and how this was one of the few times their kids were able to let loose and have fun at an event like this. From the moment I met Mequeda, she made me feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for. Her customer service is absolutely amazing. She immediately knew which human hair topper would work best for me and custom-colored and blended the roots perfectly to match my natural hair. She has an amazing eye for color! When I picked it up a week later, I was honestly amazed - it was an exact match and blended so seamlessly that no one can tell I'm wearing a topper. The entire process was professional, timely, and exactly as promised. I do want to mention that this is not an inexpensive, mail-order or mall store wig experience, and there are certainly more affordable options out there but not of the same quality. In my personal opinion, with wigs and toppers, you truly get what you pay for. The quality, customization, expertise, and confidence this gave me were absolutely worth it. I even brought in a topper purchased online (which I loved!) and Mequeda offered to wash it and adjust the color. The end result is also perfect perfection. From the moment she arrived, I barely had to do anything. She kept the kids entertained the entire hour and made it feel effortless. Moana (Lily!) was incredible. She played freeze tag with the kids, taught them a short hula dance, and led a parachute game that had everyone laughing and fully engaged. She even came prepared with a craft: the girls made princess crowns and the boys made superhero masks. Every child was included and having a blast. She took so many sweet photos with the kids and made each one feel special. I was so impressed with Lily's energy, professionalism, and warmth. Several parents came up to us afterward to say it was the best party they or their child had ever attended. This wasn't our first experience with Princess Parties of DC, and it's clear why they're so wonderful. In order to keep them both happy, we knew that we had to hire not just a princess, but her friendly side kick Olaf. I was thrilled to find this company, which offered a wide range of princesses, including Elsa, along with the snowman. I had no idea Olaf would be so tall! He took it all in stride and Elsa helped him get into my house for my kids' large birthday party. Admittedly, I had low expectations for the performance. But I have to say, Elsa was on point. Not only was she able to manage the many kids, but she kept the show going with interactive games and she had an incredible voice. Olaf was also really good with rolling with the punches. The kids were so excited to see him and he continued to stay in character even if the 5-year-olds were pushing to see him. I had several parents ask for a referral. It was a wonderful addition to our party theme and our kids are still talking about it. I was somewhat reluctant to have a character appearance, but I'm so happy that I did. I could tell our kids felt special in that moment and seeing them smile and jump in delight when they arrived was well worth the money spent.
