I put out a feeler for quotes at around 8pm yesterday, but everyone was closed. However, Elias from Ultimate Auto Glass got back to me immediately and asked questions about my windshield. Within 30 minutes, he had a quote for me and booked an appointment for early the next morning. Today, Elias showed up at my townhome with 2 windshields on the chance that my windshield had a heater element. Now that's service if I've ever seen it because my windshield did in fact have the heating element in place. He got to work immediately in the parking garage at my complex and in less than an hour, had the whole project completed. I'm not kidding when I say he deserves 10 stars if yelp would allow it because he is extremely professional, friendly, and a master of the craft. The final product looks amazing and the glass is top quality!
