The jury is still out. I stopped in to have some work done on the interior of my car. The staff who do the work was very friendly and professional. He stated he was going on vacation but will take care of it when he returned, which is today. Even though he took my information, I told him I would call him in the morning as I know how it is when you are returning from vacation. I called, told he was working on a job and would call me back. I went in on 12/30/23 with a rock chip in my windshield. I was in the area and was a walk in. I asked the very nice employee if he could fix the chip? He told me he could and took my keys. In less than an hour the repair was complete. I am blown away on how great it looks. This is a local well run, high quality shop that still cares about their customers. I've been using M&M Auto Glass for over 30 years. These guys do great work and aren't always trying to sell you a New Windshield. I was driving my 2017 GMC Sierra on the highway just last week and a 18 Wheeler threw a rock up and put a chip in my windshield just under the size of a quarter. I called M&M Auto Glass and made an appointment for them to look at it. They got me in the next morning at 9:00 am and in under one hour they repaired the chip where I can hardly tell it was ever there. In addition it cost me less than $100.00 in total, much cheaper than replacing a windshield. Thanks M&M!! read more

A small chip in my windshield had grown into a crack that went the length of the windshield, so I called around to find that windshields weren't cheap. My Machanic suggested M&M so I stopped in yesterday. They immediately produced a written price quote and said I could have it done this morning. Their price was less then most and WAY LESS then the "come to your house" windshield repair and replace company. They were professional, courteous, and do a very good job at a good price. My windshield was damaged by a fallen tree branch. After searching around for OEM glass for my leased vehicle. I found limited Inventory as well pricing was quite expensive. I was referred to M&M through my dealership that could not accommodate my schedule. I gave M&M a call, verified they had my glass, schedule an appointment and was in and out within 1.5 hrs.. They verified all my camera sensors were working and calibrated. They did a great job for quite a bit less than other advertised competitors. Good job guys! read more

Replaced my windshield without having to re-calibrate the lane departure system when everyone else (safelite, etc.) said they wouldn't even replace it without recalibration. Took a chance (could always have it recalibrate after) and saved be over $300. Highly recommended. read more

Feb. 14, 2020 while driving my 2015 Ford Edge's back window shattered for no apparent reason. I drove my car to Ford thinking obviously this had to be a defect with the window. Wrong! The service department gave me the number for M and M glass. It was 530 pm when I called they were closing but they waited for us. The next day the vehicle was done my husband picked it up and we were very pleased with their service. However, being anal I was not thrilled with the lines going down the middle of the window. I called them on Monday explaining that I knew it was ridiculous but the lines were driving me crazy. The gentleman who I spoke with was so kind. He told me no problem we want to make our customers happy whatever we need to do we will do until your satisfied . They kept me updated with what they were doing and what they had found. I have never had a better experience with any company that I have done business with. I felt like we were dealing with family and not a business. What a little gem I've found in M&M Auto Glass! After a stressful experience trying to get World Hyundai to replace my windshield, I found M&M via Yelp. They completely took the stress off of me, worked with both Hyundai and my insurance, and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. I noticed later that they even salvaged my city sticker and put it back on. I now have another crack in the passenger window and will definitely go back there. Back side window had been shot out with a BB gun the week before Thanksgiving. On Black Friday, I went to one shop and called another shop for estimates. Both were over $200 and would require an appointment and would take all day. Ha! I work 24/7 and live in the city...since I had the day off because of the holiday I was hoping to get it all done that day. When I went to M&M, he said I could could do it that afternoon--and he charged less!!! He told me it would take an hour (nice!!) so I arrived with some books and my smart phone. :) 30 minutes later...DONE!! Fantastic! Prompt, efficient, professional, affordable. Terrible and dishonest customer service. Asked for convertible top repair and ignored the car for months claiming they needed to find a part. Tired of their procrastination, I purchased a new top online and shipped it to them to install. They charged an extra "fee" for purchasing from a third party. Also had window seals replaced by them which still leak. Finally went to pick the car up after several MONTHS and noticed that it had significantly added miles driven on it since I left it with them. When I questioned them about this, I was immediately told "Get the f... out of here!" by their main repairman without even a discussion or explanation. Certainly never again! read more

Horrible dishonest service. I went there to get a new front windshield. They cut my brand new convertible top, colored it with a marker and denied doing any damage! The rear view mirror fell off a few days later. The glue they used didn't hold. read more

I got quoted a price of $150 to have a new vinyl floor installed in my semi in the begging of February. The person who gave the quote claimed that the soonest he could get me in was March 15th. I explained that even if he had someone cancel an appointment or had an opening for one reason on another i could bring the truck in with 30 minutes notice. It is now April 25th and every time I've called he's been out of the shop, on vacation, on lunch, or unavailable. I've left him my phone number multiple times along with a message and have yet to receive a call back. I finally called today and asked to speak to him and he was out of the shop for the 12th time! I then asked to speak to a manager and the man on the phone claimed that he was and was unable to help me. We have multiple vehicles and pieces of equipment that occasionally need interior repairs or glass. They have lost my business for ever with their rude service and unwillingness to help a customer. read more

This place need to be shut down. State Farm sent me to get 2 windows put in on a new car i ended up replacing the tracking on one of the windows. They broke it and did not tell me that they broke it. They thought maybe i was not going to use the window. So i took it back and they told me u need a receipt. I will never use these guys again. Very bad business. read more

I recently had my convertible top on my 2011 Mustang GT replaced under warranty. The dealer chose this shop to do the work. After picking the car back up, I found it in far worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. They broke all of the exterior trim around the top well and glued it in place! It was bowed and warped, and they weren't even good about cleaning up the excess glue. A number of interior panels were damaged or broken, and one of the weatherstripping seals that were part of my original issue was not replace but ripped clean off of the car, like I wouldn't notice! On top of all of that, they refused to pay for any of the damage they caused and shipped it out without a care, leaving my dealer to eat all of it on their own.
