Note: there is a parking lot - there are not too many spots, but there's an area in front of the store where you could likely pull up temporarily as well. I dropped by around 2PM on a Monday and was warmly greeted by the owner. She helped mark where the cushions had stains/discoloration (there were quite a few spots) and gave me a receipt for pickup. In total the cost came out to $82, which was pretty reasonable! They accept many payment forms - credit card (no service charge), Zelle, Venmo. On Thursday, I received a call that my items were ready so I quickly paid and picked them up. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of service I received here and would highly recommend. I don't come here much because I wear clothing that usually doesn't require dry cleaning, but when I do I come here. I work in the medical field in radiographic imaging at the hospital, so my scrubs just need to be washed in the washing machine at home. My other clothes, the same. There are some exceptions. I do come here to get my Alpha Industries Flight Jacket dry cleaned. This type of jacket needs dry cleaning. Don't throw it in the washing machine unless you want to destroy it. Occasionally I have to dry clean a suit if I have occasion to wear it. I may bring my mom's wool outfits occasionally as well. When I need some alterations or repair, I come here. If I buy new pants and they are too long I bring it here for hemming. I have a scrubs pants and the pocket stitching broke recently, so I brought it here. I was told it would be done Monday, which is a few days, yet the same day I got a text saying it was done, so I picked it up the next day. How's that for fast service and efficiency? I also had a pocket stitching on my Alpha Industries flight jacket come unstitched and brought it here for repair. This is a two-woman operation. I don't recall their names but one is the owner and she has an employee that does the alterations and repair as well as other things. The owner may also do that stuff too, but I know for sure the employee does that. Both are very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship here is excellent as is the dry cleaning. The customer service is excellent too. Prices are great too. I highly recommend Chief Cleaners.

My experience with Concierge Cleaners was awful. I found them to be incompetent, dishonest and…read moreunwilling to reimburse for clothes they ruined. Here is why: Our home was damaged in the Eaton Fire. Our clothes were smoke damaged and had to be professionally cleaned. Our remediation company recommended Concierge Cleaners. In hindsight, I suspect they got a kickback "Shane," (as he calls himself, is apparently the owner of Concierge Cleaners) picked up the hundreds of items to be cleaned. We were unable to live in our house for months, so the transfer of clothes was chaotic. After numerous requests, "Shane" finally gave an estimate which was far less than the amount ($2,533) that they ultimately billed. Among the clothes Concierge took were several expensive coats and suits. We obviously expected them to by dry cleaned. Instead, Concierge threw them in the wash with the underwear and t-shirts. Literally, they were put in a washing machine which ruined the fine wool, then put in a dryer which shrank them. Then they were tightly folded and wrapped with the laundry. The suits and coats were obviously ruined. When we informed "Shane" what happened we assumed he would act professionally and offer to compensate for the damage. When mistakes happen people with integrity take responsibility. But integrity is not "Shane's" strong suit. First he denied ever having the suits and coats. Then he claimed they could be fixed by dry cleaning them. That did not work since the fabric was already ruined and the suits shrunk two sizes. I told "Shane" we would be satisfied if Concierge paid just a fraction of the cost of replacing the suits. We have a lot going on trying to make our house habitable after the fire and don't have time to mess with an incompetent and dishonest dry cleaner. Unfortunately, Shane stopped responding and is now unreachable. So now we have to haul this clown into small claims court to get him to pay for the damage he caused. I have lived in the Pasadena area a long time and know there are good and reputable dry cleaners. Concierge is not one of them. If you want someone who does not know that fine wool suits have to be dry cleaned, lies about what happened to your clothes, and refuses to compensate you when he ruins your best clothes, then you will love "Shane" and Concierge Cleaners.
