I was such in a hurry that I grabbed both suits without checking them. 2 hours before getting married I saw that my suit inside was burnt on the inside lapel and my father in laws suit was damaged from one arm and was really noticeable. Both suits were 1k each brand new never worn. So they were not dirty or damaged when I dropped them off to get ironed and pressed. I'm not mad accidents happen I'm happy my tux wasn't damaged from the outside like my father in laws but I chose this place because the good reviews. but would I trust them again to iron and press my stuff? The hardware has a string that totally fell off and they somehow have punched a small hole on the bottom of the shirt. Like okay my shirt is totally damaged now. If they couldn't have done the job without damaging my shirt, he could've just denied me as a customer. I would've preferred that over a damaged shirt. Come on, get it together. Never again. As a result, my sweaters shrank to the size of an 8-year-old's, and the fur on my Canada Goose coat got shrank and damaged from the wet and dry process. When I returned the items, they offered to enlarge my sweater back to its original size, but it didn't work, and the coat's fur collar was further damaged. I found out they outsource the cleaning to a third party, which doesn't seem to properly care for the items, with no quality control. For many years of using dry cleaners, this has never happened--no one would ever water-wash cashmere or down coats. I won't be coming back to this store. I don't recommend this store to any family and friends!

I have been coming to Chief Cleaners for about five years. The owner said she has been in operation…read moresince, I think she said 1996, give or take. I don't come here much because I wear clothing that usually doesn't require dry cleaning, but when I do I come here. I work in the medical field in radiographic imaging at the hospital, so my scrubs just need to be washed in the washing machine at home. My other clothes, the same. There are some exceptions. I do come here to get my Alpha Industries Flight Jacket dry cleaned. This type of jacket needs dry cleaning. Don't throw it in the washing machine unless you want to destroy it. Occasionally I have to dry clean a suit if I have occasion to wear it. I may bring my mom's wool outfits occasionally as well. When I need some alterations or repair, I come here. If I buy new pants and they are too long I bring it here for hemming. I have a scrubs pants and the pocket stitching broke recently, so I brought it here. I was told it would be done Monday, which is a few days, yet the same day I got a text saying it was done, so I picked it up the next day. How's that for fast service and efficiency? I also had a pocket stitching on my Alpha Industries flight jacket come unstitched and brought it here for repair. This is a two-woman operation. I don't recall their names but one is the owner and she has an employee that does the alterations and repair as well as other things. The owner may also do that stuff too, but I know for sure the employee does that. Both are very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship here is excellent as is the dry cleaning. The customer service is excellent too. Prices are great too. I highly recommend Chief Cleaners.

When I got it back it has a huge discoloration smack dab in the middle on the front. WTF?! I told him to fix it and got it back somehow worse--I don't know what chemicals he put in it but now it just looks dingy. Attached are the photos of what the square is supposed to look like (from another area of the jacket) and what the offending discoloration looks like. This place is also overpriced. Stay away.
