It still says Outlet Store on the door but it seems they are only doing warrantee dropoffs. The paper sign on the door says "The Koss Factory Store is now open for Warranty only. For purchases, please visit us at www.koss.com. Thank you." Oh well :-( Pro tip: It can be hard to find. Put "4155 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53212" into your GPS and look for the Home depot. Across the parking lot is the Koss building.

While there was quite a bit to choose from, the pickings were very slim in some areas and overflowing in others. There were appliances galore here, everything from fancy high-end models of refrigerators with see-through panels to what I would refer to as "landlord specials," those base units that you wouldn't want at your own home, but are totally fine for someone else paying you money every month to use. While there were plenty of employees around, no one interacted with me while I walked through the entire store and I did have to chuckle at the elderly employee having a nap at a table near the front entrance. I'm not likely to stop here again but would suggest others needing a replacement item to give it a look.
