Food was amazing and very fresh, and it wasn't a lot wait time .The Ambience was nice and quite great for a date night. The menu was very easy to ready with a lot of options. The restaurant is small and intimate. My only issue is they don't have juice option for kids/toddler only alcoholic beverages and soda products. Has for customer service the servers can check the tables more offline to see if there is something needed

First time here and I think we found our go to spot! The flavor of everything we ordered was top notch!! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone and everyone! Absolutely blown away with how good this place was! Dani our server was awesome and gave us recommendations!

Finally, there's a decent ramen place in Killeen! My husband and I were intrigued when we saw this restaurant being built, and I'm happy to say that the food was worth the wait. They serve all the beloved appetizers, such as Chicken Karaage and Takoyaki. We've tried each of the ramen broth flavors, and my favorite is the Shoyu with an extra egg. They also offer delicious refresher drinks, which I enjoy while my husband explores their beer selection. The interior is small but accommodating. In addition to K-pop music videos playing on the TVs, the decor features plenty of faux flowers and lanterns. We've never experienced a long wait for anything here, whether for a table or our food.

I was looking for places to eat in Killeen with not much hope until I came across a supposed, new Japanese restaurant with an interesting picture of a four-roll combo that caught my attention. Recently, coming from Hawaii, I know I probably should not have been seeking this place out as I came from a place that had really good sushi in really good Japanese food, and my expectations were probably too high in terms of taste. However, there were not many choices, so I decided to get this place a try as it was close to an HEB (first time going to that store). Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by audible Japanese and mixed club dance music. The ambiance has a lot to offer in terms of decor There were two waiters and the one I got assigned to rubbed me the wrong way. First of all, it took ten minutes to get water and another five minutes for my order to be taken. The waiter obviously seemed like I was a bother, or he just did not want to be there. Service was a bit slow given the fact that it was not very busy. The waiter also did not check in with me unlike the tables around me. I decided to order the four roll combo with spicy tuna x 2, salmon, and shrimp tempura. The rolls came with a miso soup, which you have to ask for or it may be glossed over. Additional refills are $2.99. The rolls came out to about $29. The rolls were lined up on a plate with an unusual, but interesting presentation. I was not given plates, ginger, or wasabi. Was this a Japanese place, or was I lost? The presentation was nice, but looked better than it was. It was difficult to eat, given that all the pieces were too stuck together. Spicy tuna was good in terms of taste and had a nice kick. The salmon tasted fresh and had a nice acidic touch to it. Shrimp tempura was okay. In the end, I don't think I'll come back here. Food was not bad, but service definitely was.

Hidden gem. Place doesn't look like much from the outside but this place has the best ramen in the area. Sushi is not great but average. Small sitting area but most traditional ramen restaurants are small. Service is really good, we found a hair in the sushi and the staff quickly offered to redo the order. We declined and they removed it from our bill and also gave me a complimentary fusion green tea drink when we left. Would recommend this spot for a casual low cost Asian cuisine dining experience. They also had one of the best tasting Unagi rice bowls I've had in the immediate area.

Even with a heat index of 108°, I still walked in for their hot, succulent bone broth ramen...that's how good it is. The "LIVE NOODS" neon sign above the open kitchen is a perfect touch, you can watch the team pulling fresh noodles and building bowls right in front of you. It gives the place that energetic, authentic feel while keeping everything clean and modern. Wooden counters, red accent lighting, QR code ordering, and those sturdy stools make it comfortable for a quick solo meal or hanging with friends/family. Shout-out to Ana -- she was the absolute guide to deliciousness! She took my order with a smile and gave spot-on recommendations that led me straight to the good stuff. Service like that makes all the difference. I went with the Texasy Tonk (deep 60hr+ tonkotsu broth loaded with smoked brisket, smoked jalapeños, takana mustard greens, ajitama egg, and thunder oil) rich, savory, perfectly balanced heat, great chew on the noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth brisket. For the side I grabbed the Hot Pocketz from the Summer Combo (crispy birria-style brisket pockets with Oaxaca/Monterey Jack blend and birria dip). They were straight fire...crunchy exterior, gooey cheesy interior, spicy kick, and that dipping sauce took them over the top. Pro tip: Pour the remaining au jus from the Hot Pocketz into your Texasy Tonk broth at the end, it takes the flavor to another level! Cold beer + sake chaser rounded it out perfectly. Pro tip for first-timers: If you're new here, stick to the OG classics on the menu (like the straight Tonkotsu or Miso) -- they're rock solid. Once you're hooked, branch out to the fun Texas twists. Fast counter service, generous portions, and solid value (especially with the Summer Combo). Whether you're coming from Austin or just passing through Round Rock, this spot is worth the stop.

Once we got there, parking was relatively easy , given the garages at the domain. We all were seated right away. The ambiance was interesting. It felt like a ramen bar! The servers were sweet and helped guide us through the menu. We got the house sake and a variety of dishes. I got the spicy vegan ramen bowl. I choose a spice level of 4. My food arrived fairly quickly. First off, the portion size was good. It was packed with vegetables and I couldn't wait to dig in. The ramen itself tasted amazing! The flavors were perfect and the broth was so soothing. The spice level of 4 was a bit much for me though. Will probably get 3 next time. For dessert, I got the matcha tiramisu. I had only heard of matcha tiramisu and this was going to be my first time trying it. It came out fairly quickly. The dessert presentation was top notch. The flavor was splendid! It was not overly sweet either! Definitely recommend trying this dessert. If you are craving for ramen, look no further!

Unfortunately it was quite bland to our liking but could be due to the adjustments (got all pork replaced with chicken). I, however, enjoyed my garlic rice with beef birria. The presentation was a fun little surprise and I wish I had a disclaimer so I could record watching the waiter perform his little art of putting it together right in front of me. The big chunks of garlic in the rice uhhh YUMMMM. Would definitely come here again for that dish. Our waiter, I forgot his name, was pleasant as well. Thanks for pushing my lil struggling short self into the chair closer to the bar lol. Thanks man. We'll come back again in the future to try more things when in the area.
