    Receipt for "large" pizza
    Celestial H.

I was excited to try this place! Ordered a large pizza for pick up, when checking the pizza I noticed it was a small pizza. I gave them a call they assured me they made me a large pizza and that they just shrink in the oven but they offered to make me another one if I could pick up, I declined. The manager was helpful, but I'm just not sure how someone thought this was a large pizza. We won't be returning but just thought others should be aware! Also really wasn't a fan of the flavor either.

    Mozzarella sticks.

Server was polite and kind. Wanted a margarita. Found out it was made with sour mix and triple sec. She didn't even know what Grand Mariner was, Manhattan was on the drink menu, but not available because they do not have vermouth. Beer came out not cold. Stuffed hot pepper rolls are in an egg roll wrapper, this is not an actual roll filled with sausage. Twice this week, here and another place, tried pizza logs... both places served a cheese stick wrapped in salami and an egg roll wrapper. What happened to the real pizza logs. Real pepperoni, mozzarella in fried pizza dough? This Cisco version does not make the grade, especially when a restaurant has the ingredients to do it right. Also, fish sandwich was not available. This is how we ended up with wings. Will give them credit for those, they were crispy and appropriately hot. Heater outside was not working at it was 63 outside. Umbrellas were all up too. My advice would be, Sun is out, remove the umbrellas, it's cool, put the heat on. I will try to post a pic of the mozarella shells (we ordered sticks, but they were literally bread lined with a skin of cheese. I don't write this to complain as much as to help a restaurant survive in this location. The app sampler can be had at home from some Tyson frozen bags. The chicken tenders were overcooked and very rubbery. Lots of chicken/ thick cut but a tough bite. With drinks on the menu they couldn't make, no fish, no heater, the visit was more disappointment than success. I also never got a sauce that was supposed to have hot sauce and Parmesan that the server recommended. I can accept a let down or two, but this was just too many. Service great. Product availability was poor, quality of 80% of our meal was poor. I hope they can make some good changes and do well.

Very nice, modern restaurant with pleasant staff. Great pizza and fried bologna sandwiches and fish fry on Fridays.

We were so relieved to see a full parking lot, we had tried 3 or 4 businesses in the village and everyone was closing down.

The salad was fresh, colorful, and served with warm pita bread, perfect for slopping up every last bit of dressing. We also shared the black bean dip with fried pita chips, which made for a fun and tasty appetizer. Service was exceptionally friendly, and the staff made us feel right at home. This spot is tucked away in a plaza and easy to overlook, but it's definitely worth seeking out. Be sure to check out the daily specials, too. Bonus tip: If you're considering the chicken salad, order it! A friend shared their copycat recipe with me, and the cashews add such a fantastic texture.

The menu has lots of vegetarian options, and many of the desserts are listed as gluten free. The French onion soup broth was delicious, even if the onions were only translucent and not caramelized. The ingredient that did not square with me were the croutons of seeded rye. Maybe a mistake? The color scheme is purple walls with grey baffles. The noise-abatement measures are somewhat nullified by the volume of the overhead speakers playing late 80's/ early 90's British Wave. (Spandau Ballet, anyone?) The waitresses were lovely, and worked well as a team.

It came with rice and salad with your choice of toppings and a ton of small sauces. All the sauces are delicious, especially the Tzatziki. The meats were tender with some crispy edges that gave a nice texture to each bite. I also ordered a tikka chicken sandwich with lemon pepper fries, a 4 pk of falafel with hummus, a mango Lassi and extra pita. I enjoyed it all. The chicken was literally pieces of thigh meat marinated and grilled with your choice of toppings and a special sauce. The chicken was extremely tender and flacorful. I've never had lemon pepper seasoning on my fries but i certainly will now. Yum. The falafel wasnt overly dry and had good flavor along with the hummus. The mango Lassi was tart yet sweet and helps you to digest everything! I will 100% order from here again!

My partner ordered for us saying it's going to be a great lunch, and it was. He tried this place before. The large option was a perfect size for two. It's one of those restaurants where the best way to order is through their website. Or, just look at what they offer and which combo fits your taste buds the best. It would speed up the order process as well (at least for me;). I am not someone who can evaluate Middle Eastern cuisine from extensive experience or frequent consumption, but you should definitely visit Papa's Halal Gyro. It's truly worth it. Then judge for yourself. Yes, the garlic sauce is very intense but delicious. Just don't have it before a business meeting or if you are planning to have a rendezvous soon after your meal. The best, find a partner who loves garlic as much as you do ;). Next time, I'll try White Home/Dill Sauce with just a splash of Mint Sauce, and maybe a little Garlic Sauce on the side.
