I come here monthly for my haircuts, I came here once with my wife for a pedicure as well and was just as good. Janet is my provider of choice, she does a great job on my hair the line up, the fade and blending always on point and the hair washing afterwards always refreshing and nice especially with a hot towel massage. Vibe is definitely that for the typical guy, it's about time that we have a salon for gentleman because self care is so important and not just for women, glad to have a place for men. So I am with very mixed feelings about this experience: First, I love the concept and style. Everybody was really friendly and since my son has a membership here we get a haircut and a whiskey old-fashioned for $44. It's a great deal. My Barber (Paul) was talented and with a little help from the Master Barber, I got a flattop that was pretty decent. It's been like 20 years since I've had a flattop. The issue I had was that Paul chewed gum the whole time. It wasn't just that he chewed the gum, he smacked the gum, chewing with his mouth open the whole time. And all I heard was gum smaking...smack, smack, smack in my ear. He chewed the gum with his mouth open and the gum had that sound where it got suction between the teeth and made a popping crackling sound each time he bit down. It's just not professional. Hopefully when I come back if I have him again, he won't chew gum or I'll just ask for a different person. I recommend checking out the membership. It is good at any of the 54 hammer and nails. It has a pretty decent value if you like the full treatment, haircut, massage, hair wash, and cocktail. We had two whiskey ski fashions. read more

I would avoid spending your money here. I was dumb enough to do a subscription I thought I could cancel. I called 3 days in advance to cancel and over a week later I was not only billed again but my subscription is still not canceled. I've had to call them 5x now: 3x I hit a voicemail, and the other two times the person answered claimed the manager had to cancel it, but would offer credit if I was still billed (excuse me? Thats the same as not canceling). This place is a scam and they will be dealing with my credit card company now read more

After a terrible haircut my husband called to cancel all future appointments and requested his subscription be cancelled. He was assured by the phone attendant that she was sending the request to her manager. Next month they charged again. My husband called and asked them nicely to cancel his subscription. This month they charged again. Now it's time for our credit card to step in. Husband goes to the store and asks in person and is told again that the manager will be notified. Really?! So this is fraud. It's now reported as fraud. Businesses must make cancelling a subscription simple. You should not join here. read more

I waited over a year and a half to leave a review so I could speak to my full experience of being a founding member. I became a founding club member in April 2024 when they first opened this location, with my focus on their beard trim and pedicure services. The subscription service gave me a limited amount of credits per month, which would cover usually 1 basic and 1 premium service. I would also be permitted a free drink when I came in for a service at a cost of $88 per month, not including tips. It all seemed fairly easy to book and the free drink perk was nice at first, although I was disappointed to learn that it was per visit not per service, so if I booked two services I was required to pay for my second beverage. The first beard trim service I received was from someone who was not experienced in beard trims at all. She was very nice and the conversation was great, but the result was just okay and i would always end up cleaning it up at home myself. After a few months it just seemed like I was never really happy with it so I shifted focus to only pedicures. At the time the pedicures were great, but when the service provider left hammer and nails and I found the same service was delivered differently based on who provided the service. Very inconsistent and the quality never seemed to meet the initial level of service received. I then decided to give beard trims a try again and noticed the woman I normally went to was no longer there, so I gave a new service provider a try only to receive a similar outcome resulting in me cleaning it up when I got home. The only difference was this service provider did zero talking everytime she saw me..... it felt a bit awkward and I stopped once and for all attempting to get a good beard trim there. Overall the service always seemed inconsistent and the environment was never exactly as advertised. With all of the above I would've rated it 3 stars based on quality of service for the price. I wouldn't consider it a luxury experience, but some may find value in it if they want premium drinks, i typically stuck to a coffee or coke.. The reason why I dropped it to 2 stars is the offloading experience. A few months ago I informed them in person that I wanted to cancel my membership, mainly due to not wanting to continue to drive that far for the service - I was still getting adequate pedicure services there, but had been meaning to cancel for months before finally pulling the trigger. Of course they said no problem as it was a month from my next charge. They did inform me that I would be allowed to access my credits for a period of time after cancelation, so I didn't lose them - sounded perfect. A month passed and I received a notification my credit card was billed for the membership. When I called to asked them about the charge they confirmed my cancelation was in the system and advised they would leave a note to the manager to refund me for the erroneous charge and make sure I dont get charged again. I waited weeks and hadn't received my credit. Then at the following monthly billing cycle they attempted to charge me again. Luckily I had just advised my credit card company to block any charges from them a two days prior as I anticipated another erroneous charge. I called them again today and the conversation went just as the last - they confirmed I canceled my membership months ago and will let the manager know, and I should be getting a refund for the last successful erroneous charge but this time noted I should receive it by the end of the week. One of the best hair cuts I've had in quite awhile. My wife gave many compliments. Also, the bourbon on the rocks was nice while watching sports and getting fixed up. Looking for to trying their barber portion. It really is a spa for the gentlemen. They also offer beard trim/shaping service that looks worth while. What a cute little spot! My girl shared this event with me on Facebook. I was immediately in because I wanted to get dressed up and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to do so. It's a very nice looking place and they seemed to have a really good turnout. Upon arriving around 7:15 or so tho we were not greeted once by a single person till the very end of the evening around 8:30. Went to the bar and ordered a drink, and the lady who serves us was very kind. I ended up asking her a bunch of information in which she walked me around the salon and shared some information. After a little tour and information my girlfriend and I sat in the back by the pedicure chairs sipping our drinks and visiting. Which I will say was very relaxing and enjoyable. Around 8:30 the owner (veryyy good looking man ) asked if I'd like another drink and brought me one. Visited with him for a short minute and he went on his way. Very kind and conversational. Got a few little goodie bags on my way out for my three girls which included two chocolates, and a lip mask which they loved. Wouldn't mind going back, and hopefully without the crowd the employees will be more personable. read more

MelB was chill and friendly, and she did an impeccable job with my cut, taking her time and checking in with me to get my thoughts as she went along. The accompanying neck shave and massage was the best I've ever had at a hair place. My boyfriend scheduled online as a first-time client, booked a Classic Cut and a Classic Shave. While we waited, we were offered and enjoyed complimentary drinks. The two services took about an hour together (lots of hair on his head) in which they did amazing job, he looks very clean cut and handsome! I was a little envious of the treatment included with the shave: infused steamed towel, clay mask, perfect shave, personal TV. I was thrilled when this store opened since it's so close to home. The experience overall is great--easy booking, nice people, great atmosphere, and the drinks are a nice touch--but the haircuts were just average. I was a member for nine months and tried six different stylists, but only one stood out. Unfortunately, Carrie left, or I might have stayed.
