My kid can be sensitive but felt comfortable and calm sitting through a 45 min appt. To even help with the height/age diff from the usual client, at one pt Zack pulled together a custom sitting (skate)board on top of the booster seat pad to make sure he would be able to cut at the right height and angles. What she ended up doing was cutting off THREE INCHES from the front. Now instead of touching my chin, the length of the front only goes to my cheekbone. I look like a guy. When my husband came home he said, "Hello, sir, have you seen my wife?" Fail. It's going to take like six months for my hair to grow back. She did a great job on the back, but the front is a total, absolute disappointment. When I look in the mirror I feel really, really sad. I don't look like me, I look like a dude... and that is not my vibe.

The last time we went, one of my sons became sick to his stomach out of the blue. It was incredibly embarrassing, but Rodrigo and his team handled everything with such professionalism. They entertained my youngest son while I tended to my sick child, refused to let me clean anything up and never once made us feel bad about the situation.
