Prices are on the high side for some things, but that's not surprising. Others are quite reasonable. It takes a while to wander the closely packed aisles. But that's very enjoyable. I specifically told them not to use bleach on colored clothes because the first time they did, my colored clothes came back with bleach stains. It happened again, even after I told them not to use it. I brought the damaged shirt in to show them, and when I returned with the same shirt later, they accused me of bringing in a different one. I asked to speak with the boss, and was told twice that he would review the video and get back to me. He never called, never followed up, and never looked into it. This was a brand‑new $25 shirt, completely ruined. If you plan on having your clothes cleaned at Tony Tubs, do NOT ask for bleach -- and don't expect management to take responsibility when something goes wrong.
