They were completely professional from to end. I was able to set up the appointment and get a quote on line. They confirmed appointment the day before. When I got there, everything was ready to go, the whole thing took less than two hours, and the price and terms were as indicated. I can't speak to the experiences of others, but I found everyone to be pleasant and professional. And while I hope to not have to return, I would not hesitate to do so.

He discovered both clips had broken. But the window wasn't. He was prepared and brought a window with him to replace ours. As it was, someone had put the wrong window into the right box. Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. If we ever need a window replaced again, we're calling Austin as he gave us his business card. Not only did we appreciate his fast service, but that he was very personable with us old folks.
