Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. They tinted the windows and will be applying ppf when the paint is cured. So I look for a few things with people I work with...love of the job. Yup they got that and professionalism- Yup- honest!! yes I said that.. They went above and beyond- made excellent recommendations AND were much cheaper than the other tint person I used with a MUCH better result. when you love what you do.. you can make great suggestions- I go to car shows, love the life and appreciate having a second opinion I can trust. I have my tuner, my paint guy and happy to say.. my team is finished with Next Level- Getting the ppf and well... maybe I finally maybe a new stereo system. They are the ONLY people I would trust with that. I did not realize until now.. I really needed them as part of my team.. must have driven by a million times.. so happy to find them... but dont get in my way... I have a few cars they need to work on!
