We made a reservation for…read more14 people two which were children, when we made the reservation we were informed that they do not have high chairs so the children would be in a regular seat which was fine as they are able to sit in adult chairs, expecting a smooth and organized holiday dinner. Instead, when we arrived, the table was only set for 13--missing both a chair and a place setting. When we calmly brought this to the attention of the woman running the restaurant, her response was shocking. She flat-out told us she didn't have an extra chair and refused to accommodate us. There was no attempt to problem-solve, no apology, and no effort to make things right--just outright refusal to seat our group. For a restaurant hosting holiday reservations, this level of disorganization and dismissive treatment is completely unacceptable. The way we were treated was disrespectful and honestly disgusting. The worst part is my family has hosted two showers and my parents and Aunt are regulars on the weekends for lunch. The treatment we received on what should have been a happy celebration of our holiday is enough for us to never return and we will make sure anyone we know never patronizes this place ever again. I would not recommend this place, especially for larger groups or special occasions. Absolutely disgusting.

Our parents initially weren't entirely on board with the idea of a day-of coordinator, but relented after the day went so smoothly. We rented supplies from Camelot for a September outdoor wedding this year. While they did do a…read moregreat job setting up the tent and it looked great, the 1 star review is in relation to their customer service and misleading staff... We made a reservation order which included 2 generators ($700 each) at the recommendation of Lori when explaining the layout. Multiple times we were told that adjustments can be made until day of event so let's just "reserve it for now". Fast forward we did not in fact need 2 generators, only 1. I emailed Lori asking if we can adjust our reservation to only 1 generator, to which I was told "yes no problem we can do that for you". However, they still charged the $700 for it and did not deliver it. I followed up 3x via email regarding a reimbursement and I did not get a response. I called 1 month after event to try and speak to Lori, but had to speak to a different agent instead. Then I was told that "just because the email said no problem doesn't mean you'd get the money back". The company is misleading and avoidant. I highly recommend AVOIDING Camelot and using a different rental company that values customer service a bit more than Camelot.
