I am only giving this place 2stars because the room was comfortable and the staff was for the most part very kind. Otherwise we were pretty disappointed. From a suspicious red stain on our comforter to a shower that didn't drain, I didn't feel like I got what I paid for. I requested a sheet change after finding the stain and the staff instead suggested just changing the comforter itself. The phone message when you call the hotel advertises a hot breakfast but it was a brown paper bag with an apple and two granola bars. The pool was tiny and mostly a kids only type of vibe.. would not stay again.

We won a night for this hotel with a romance package. The staff was great! The room was clean and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants near by. There is a pool and a hot tub. We went to the breakfast that was complimentary in the morning, but the options were limited and odd. The tv service was bad it kept losing a signal, but it was pouring so thinking that was why. We would definitely stay there again.

    Thank you!

Word of Warning! There are no Surveillance Cameras on the Property even though the sign when you enter says there is. My Vehicle got broken into, asked to check the Video, they don't have any. Called the Police and I was informed that they are at the property quite for break ins on vehicles. I have stayed there for the last time. I am a Diamond member and parked in the Diamond Parking. I guess the marked spots are for marking the vehicles there on Business and a Prime target. Makes a person think twice.

Went here on business. Very nice, fairly updated hotel. Staff was nice and had a silly fun game for Hilton Honors members to win Soda and candy bar. Room was clean and comfy. Lots of security cameras which makes me feel safe as a woman traveling by herself. Free breakfast had a nice selection and food was plentiful and fresh. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to visit this customer.

There are not a lot of hotel options in the Smithfield area, but this will be my go-to hotel for future visits. It's set back from the road and if you're coming in late at night, take it easy as you approach as I could easily see missing the turn (particularly if you're having to cross traffic). Decent amount of parking and it's all relatively close to the entrance. At check in, they did ask for the license plate and make/model of car. I arrived late in the afternoon and could smell popcorn. Turns out in the lobby they have a popcorn machine churning it out, so if you're in need of a snack, they've got you covered. The typical Hampton Inn breakfast was on display, though I was attending a meeting where breakfast was covered so didn't partake. Depending on where you are off to, there's not a lot around to cover breakfast (aside from a Dunkin Donuts nearby) if you don't eat at the hotel. Rooms were fine, though when I checked I noticed that I could hear a heavy-footed guest above me. Thankfully, the guest was quiet in the evening, so ended up being a temporary occurrence. The bed side tables had plenty of power outlets, so if your alarm clock is your phone (like me), then you have a convenient way to charge your phone overnight and still be able to hit that snooze button in the AM!!! The price was definitely right and that's what initially led me to choose this hotel. I left with no complaints.

I was a little irritated that they didn't offer basic bath amenities. A tiny bottle of lotion certainly won't break the bank, but it's annoying to realize there's none available unless you buy it from their commissary for a premium price. The gym was ok, I'm not sure how often it is cleaned or attended to. The water station with cups was missing cups every day, so my hunch is it's infrequent. Lastly, echoing what someone else shared with the breakfast, I was a little shocked how much was pre-packaged cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc. I was grateful they had milk alternatives available, but otherwise not the best showing there either.

I really love that they have pet-free floors. As a non-pet owner I get turned off when entering a room that is full of pet hair and odors. The hotel location is ideal as well, it's within walking distance to a gas station, grocery store and mini/strip mall with a Super Target, Dollar Tree, movie theater and multiple restaurants (fast and sit-down).

The hot water stopped working because they don't maintain the building systems, this was on my last night and they had no plan to fix it, just told me it was normal. Manager Jocelyn told me I would receive a refund and when I called the next day to ask where my refund was she told me it wasn't happening. Manager Jocelyn, worker Kathy, and resident drug addict Walter (missing teeth and dirty) told me to never return to their hotel. Walter followed me into the parking lot and physically threatened me with the manager Jocelyn and worker Kathy standing by his side. The hotel claims to not allow pets, however, I saw at least 5 pets on this stay. One of them was completely untrained and almost jumped on me as the owner was loosely holding it. It was NOT a service animal. This hotel is extremely dangerous and if you are traveling from out of state you NEED to pick another hotel for your health and safety.

I hope that changing the name means other changes will be made too. I don't recommend staying here. Below is my original review from late summer, 2021 when the business was called All Seasons Inn & Suites.*** The 2 stars are for the super comfy bed and the lovely housekeeping staff. But everything else was seriously lacking and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless everything else in Smithfield is booked and you have to, which is how I ended up here. It was about $150/night, which is waaaay overpriced. It's really more like an $89/night motel, and that's generous- the kind of place you'd expect to find just off some scary highway in a horror movie. Chair and couch w mystery stains on them? Check! Pillows that didn't fit the bed size and were constantly falling behind the headboard so you'd hot your head when you wanted to lean back? Check! A toilet that was installed incorrectly so it was at an uncomfortable angle, cigarette burn stain on toilet, peeling paint on the walls, and halls that reeked of marijuana most evenings? Check check check check! The parking lot is huge but not well lit at all, and there's no security guard outside. And the lobby smelled funny, although the guy who worked there was pleasant enough. The worst part is that the security door that should have been locked wasn't. Anybody could've gotten into the hotel. Luckily the door on my specific room worked and it had a deadbolt so I felt pretty safe, but still! Definitely not the safest place in town, and honestly that seems like a major violation for a hotel. I was nervous when I had to go out at night. It's called 'Inn and Suites,' but where were the suites, and why didn't they give me one since the place was nowhere near ful?! Or if my room is what they consider a suite I'm scared to know what a regular room is like. But the housekeeping staff was very nice and attentive and I appreciated that they cleaned my shower every day, made the bed, and gave me fresh towels. The shower was nice too- good water pressure. But even with that- would I stay here again? Nope!
