We booked a stay one Saturday night and we had a good experience. We stayed there because of it's convenient location; it was in the middle of the destinations we were visiting; Attleboro, Massachusetts and Cranston, Rhode Island. There were plenty of parking and it seemed like a safe area. The service was friendly. The room was clean and it was quiet at night. We had a king size bed; the sheets were so soft and the bed was so comfy. Usually, the hotel bed would leave me so sore when I first wake up, this one didn't. The television was large and had plenty of channels. They have breakfast but I didn't partake in that. The location was great, it's close to everything; colleges, casino, and restaurants. so the reason I don't recommend it here's my main reason. It is September normally when one a whatever the fee taxes are included on the site that you're booking at that's how much you pay now they're adding on taxes, which is crazy to me of $34 on top of if you stay two nights they take $100 fee just in case which is fine, but then when you're talking to the front manager about the pool and how you can't wait to use hot tub in the pool and they smile at you, but don't actually tell you that the the hot tub are not they're renovating kind of makes me mad The only reason this hotel is because they're the only hotel in the area that have pool a hot tub. They need to go on their website and stay in the Milford area. Our pool is not open at the moment I think at the very least they should at least some money. read more

AVOID..... POOR STAFF. FORGET THEIR VERSION OF BREAKFAST. The best bet was an english muffin. NO ONE CAN CLEAN YOUR ROOM FOR 5 DAYS. Reuse your towels and make your own bed if the way this works here. The coffee is water and nothing more. The restaurant outside it is the best bet in the area. 5 minutes in the other direction is a better place to stay and for the same price. Speaking to Hilton (corporate) directly they did nothing and told you to write an email to the front desk. Even the wifi does not work here well. And forget the phone at the front desk. That did not work at all. It is quicker to walk to another hotel. I even found a room key next to my car when I parked. I took the key into the front desk. The very young man there took it and he tossed it into the basket and said not to worry. He did not check if it was active for a room. He was busy talking to his friends who came in to talk. Wow! What a disappointment. My wife and I live in Florida and we decided to spend the holiday with our son and his family. It had been awhile since Maria, my wife, saw them. Because of the location of the Smithfield Hampton Inn, we booked there. Maria made the reservation in October for a handicap accessible room with a King Size Bed. The reservation was made and we thought we were all set. On December 22nd, we Landed at T.F. Greene airport, got into our rental and were on our way to the Hampton Inn at Smithfield. Everything, so far, was great except the temperature. But we were in Rhode Island and this was to be expected. We were on our way to Smithfield and couldn't wait to check in. When we arrived, the Front Desk had our reservation. We double checked and asked if it was an handicap accessible room. Assured by the clerk that it was, we went to our room. Guess What? It was not handicap accessible. What a disappointment. After accessing our situation, we went down to the Front Desk to let them know of the mistake. They showed me a handicap accessible room when we informed them of the mistake. The room had a double bed and a pull-out couch. That is not what we made a reservation for. I declined their offer. We asked if they could provide a bench for the shower in our room. They said that they would try. There was a knock on our door and an employee had a plank of some sort for the bath. It would not work for us as Maria needed grab bars in the shower. The next morning, I went on the Hampton web page to find a number I could call for assistance. After an hour, I was able to connect with the correct person. Her answer was for Maria and I to move to another Hampton Inn. We were there for two days and did not want to move. When we returned to Florida, I wrote a letter to the headquarters of Hampton By Hilton. All the errors were placed upon the shoulders of the third party. If that is the case, why would Hampton use the services of a third party. Maybe to easily cast the blame for any errors upon them. So, in essence, the problems I encountered were the result of our using a third party to make reservation. Hampton Inn & Suites were able to wash their hands of the whole catastrophe. I am only giving this place 2stars because the room was comfortable and the staff was for the most part very kind. Otherwise we were pretty disappointed. From a suspicious red stain on our comforter to a shower that didn't drain, I didn't feel like I got what I paid for. I requested a sheet change after finding the stain and the staff instead suggested just changing the comforter itself. The phone message when you call the hotel advertises a hot breakfast but it was a brown paper bag with an apple and two granola bars. To think we switched hotels because we believed Hampton Inn was taller with bigger rooms. We made a huge mistake. As Hilton Honors members, we were extremely dissatisfied with the room we got. The coffee maker was literally floor level. The microwave is a hazard if you have a child. It's positioned very low. The beds are so high off the floor, you need a fire truck ladder to get on them. However, the toilet is so low, you have to crawl on the floor to take a crap. We asked the helpful and patient young man to give us another room, and he assured us that all the rooms were the same. These are the tiniest rooms ever. Hampton Inn needs to change their name to The Hotel of Oz. If you want a tiny, uncomfortable room with a loud, cold heater, FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD. read more

We won a night for this hotel with a romance package. The staff was great! The room was clean and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants near by. There is a pool and a hot tub. We went to the breakfast that was complimentary in the morning, but the options were limited and odd. The tv service was bad it kept losing a signal, but it was pouring so thinking that was why. Soooo much better than the All Seasons Inn and Suites nearby. Definitely choose this Hampton instead! Staff was friendly and helpful and let me check-in early. There's a nice little market area for when the snack urge hits. They even have some frozen entrees you can heat up in the room's microwave. Anything you buy from the market area will be charged to the credit card you have on file w them- nice and easy. The room itself was clean and comfortable with nice décor. Wish they'd offered more firm pillows, these were all quite soft. There were lots of plug ins- for regular cords and phone chargers. Nice to see they've joined the 21st century this way. The layout of the room was weird though- the tv wasn't facing the bed. There was definitely room for a couch but instead there's just a chair and small table. Drawers next to the bed would've been helpful. The thermostat and fan were intuitive and worked great- they often don't at hotels, even luxury ones. I really appreciated all of the storage space in the bathroom. Huge counter and shelves for all of my lotions and potions. The shower head was oddly high. I'm 5 foot 7 and I thought it was high, so that's saying something. The towels weren't great- not absorbent at all. And bring your own hair dryer- this one was slow and very low on power. read more

Word of Warning! There are no Surveillance Cameras on the Property even though the sign when you enter says there is. My Vehicle got broken into, asked to check the Video, they don't have any. Called the Police and I was informed that they are at the property quite for break ins on vehicles. I have stayed there for the last time. I am a Diamond member and parked in the Diamond Parking. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Tried to cancel my 2 night stay (booked using Booking.com), and not only was the person answering the phones incredibly rude and unhelpful (even though I booked with Booking.com they still suggest asking the property what can be done about it), but when they decided to charge my card the full amount after I had cancelled, the property refused to refund me the night I did not stay, and when Booking.com called them directly, they still refused. Why even associate with Booking.com if you won't honor their policies including refunds and cancellations? I will never be booking a stay here and NEITHER SHOULD YOU. THOROUGHLY discourage anyone from booking a room here. I tried to book a hotel block for my wedding and it was a HUGE disaster. They did the hotel block completely wrong. They didn't take the names of most of my guests (all but 5 for some reason), but instead expected me to track all of this information. All of my guests who called were extremely confused. I ended up cancelling the majority of the hotel block, except for 5 rooms for my family members. These reservations appeared to be intact. No idea why none of the other reservations worked. I literally spent 10+ hours trying to get this sorted out. It was a complete nightmare. I had a shuttle already booked from the hotel to my event so I thought it would be best to continue to keep this block/recommend my guests use this hotel. I was very wrong. All of my guests in the remaining block tried to check in, but most were told that there were no rooms available. I'm told that sometimes the clerk 'went to the back for a while' and then came back with a reservation. For 3 of the rooms, my guests were sent to another hotel across the street. When I requested the block, they took my credit card and assured me that they would not charge me unless my guests didn't check in to the hotel last minute. BUT after the event they charged me over $1000 for (I believe) three rooms. Maybe these were the ones that they told my guests were unavailable and sent them across the street? Who knows. I had the hardest time trying to figure out what I was being charged for or why. They told me that they would open a customer service claim and refund my money, but never got back to me and refused my calls/ignored my emails. I had to get my bank to dispute the charges and everything is still in flux. I told them that I wouldn't post this review if they resolved the issue, but here we are. Another fun thing: several of my guests--who booked SEPARATELY--had their information mixed up in their reservations. One of their credit cards were charged for THREE ROOMS, and for some reason these accounts all had a DIFFERENT guests' name on the reservation and the THIRD guests' address. This place is an organizational disaster and their customer service is shady at best. read more

There are not a lot of hotel options in the Smithfield area, but this will be my go-to hotel for future visits. It's set back from the road and if you're coming in late at night, take it easy as you approach as I could easily see missing the turn (particularly if you're having to cross traffic). Decent amount of parking and it's all relatively close to the entrance. At check in, they did ask for the license plate and make/model of car. I arrived late in the afternoon and could smell popcorn. Turns out in the lobby they have a popcorn machine churning it out, so if you're in need of a snack, they've got you covered. The typical Hampton Inn breakfast was on display, though I was attending a meeting where breakfast was covered so didn't partake. Depending on where you are off to, there's not a lot around to cover breakfast (aside from a Dunkin Donuts nearby) if you don't eat at the hotel. Rooms were fine, though when I checked I noticed that I could hear a heavy-footed guest above me. Thankfully, the guest was quiet in the evening, so ended up being a temporary occurrence. The bed side tables had plenty of power outlets, so if your alarm clock is your phone (like me), then you have a convenient way to charge your phone overnight and still be able to hit that snooze button in the AM!!! The price was definitely right and that's what initially led me to choose this hotel. I left with no complaints. read more

It's a kinda out-of-the-way place. There's not much in the area in terms of food. The hotel only offers breakfast. Any other meals, you'll either have to buy a frozen microwave meal from the "Snack Shack" or go out to a restaurant. Within close driving distance are a couple restaurants and a Dunkin' Donuts. If you jump on 295 South and get off at exit 7B, there's Applebee's, A&W Root Beer, KFC, Taco Bell, McD's, Burger King, etc. There's not much of a shoulder to pull into the hotel. I was always considering about getting rearended while pulling into the driveway. Because of the winter we've had, the end of the driveway has a few decent sized potholes. read more

I think employees at high-end hotels could learn a few things from the staff at this Hampton Inn. It is possible to be professional and efficient and yet create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you're visiting neighbors. That's the kind of feel I got after staying at this hotel for a weekend-long event. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. The hotel has also recently been renovated. If you can get a good rate for a stay here, I feel you are getting a very good deal. The rooms aren't anything fancy, but the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are large, and there are plenty of outlets to recharge all your electronic devices. Wi-Fi is free and reliable. This time of year, it is common for hotels in New England to be very dry, with enough static electricity from the rugs and in your sheets to recharge your car's battery. That was not a problem at any point in this hotel. We had no problems with climate control either in our rooms or our activity rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you won't starve. Breakfast - with a very large and comfortable dining area including a fireplace - features pre-made omelets, bacon or sausage, french toast or potatoes, pastries, juice, fruit, 2 waffle irons, and a large crock of oatmeal with several toppings. Coffee features an extra carafe of "robust," and is available around the clock in the lobby. Fruit, cookies, and popcorn are also available. There's a small shopping center across the street about a quarter-mile away with a 7-11 and several restaurants, should you not want to travel too far for lunch or dinner. My group was very satisfied, and we hope to use this hotel again for future events. read more

We chose to book a hotel block and honeymoon suite at the Hilton for our wedding. We also booked the conference room at the hotel for our rehearsal dinner and for my bridal party to get ready the morning of the wedding. The hotel rooms were clean, attractive and comfortable. The hotel set up the conference room for our events very thoroughly, which was a nice touch. However, throughout the planning process, my husband and I had consistent issues getting in touch with staff at the Hilton to communicate about the events, hotel block booking, and more. So much trouble that we ended up driving out to visit the hotel to try to get answers because email and phone weren't working. The weekend of the wedding, our guests were put on multiple floors rather than on the same floor as a hotel block is typically done. Additionally, our guests were given Harry Potter-themed welcome bags when they checked in, leaving some of our guests under the impression that we were having a Harry Potter-themed wedding (they would be sorely disappointed to find we were, in fact, not). It felt weird to me that as the bride, I had to argue with the hotel staff that I was not having a Harry Potter wedding (you'd think I'd know!). Turns out there was another wedding happening that weekend, which didn't get their welcome bags! All that to say the hotel was in the perfect location with clean, comfy rooms that fit our purposes exactly. There was a great shuttle to and from our venue, which was a huge added convenience. This used to be a favorite hotel when we were visiting the area but this hotel seems to have gone downhill over the years. The hotel used to be so clean and the rooms well appointed and fresh. Now they are tired and dirty and very in need of a revamp. TV is TINY in comparison to most other hotel standards. The TV package is terrible. And reception is even worse. Some channels they say they have don't even exist. The room we had was so badly in need of TLC. Checked in and housekeeping had the heat on blowing 76 degrees set to 78 and this was a very warm weather day. We like warm welcomes but this was crazy. Took most of the night to cool the room. Room had a musty smell coming from A/C so we always bring an ozone sanitizer and had to use that to freshen the room. It also has dust and debris (looks like food) inside vents. Filters I have to say WERE actually clean. A fresh clean smelling room should be a STANDARD!!! Should not have to do it ourselves. Wall looks like the wall covering peeled off at one time but now was not replaced so half the wall was one color and the other is stripped. It was never re-covered in wall covering. Ceiling edging looks like it crumbled and was hastily repaired. Looks very shoddy. Bathroom has broken trim on mirror. Tiles are uneven and popping up. The bottom wall looks like it is dirty, coming apart and in need of cleaning and repairs. Tub has a huge chunk out of the porcelain exposing the metal tub underneath that it is now rusty. Looks like an old repair was tried and never took because around the edge is all much brighter white in color and surface is not smooth. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Wall sconce is loose. Tons of thick dust on tops of picture frames. TV stand has missing part on front that exposes the unfinished particle board underneath. Makes it look like a cheap motel. With so many other options and a new hotel right across the street (still a Hilton brand hotel too) I would rather stay elsewhere unless they can step up to the expectations that should be expected in a Hilton property. With the rates this hotel gets consistently they should have MORE than enough capital in their budget to fix the condition issues throughout this hotel. It it unfortunate because the staff is very nice, hospitable and responsive and they shouldn't have to represent such a product. Management or hotel ownership needs to recognize this. I am sure that there are inspections and quality inspections and standards that are supposed to happen. read more

After calling three times to confirm our reservation(and to try to add a night to our res) for my daughters wedding, we arrive to find that they have no room in our name. My daughter reserved a block of rooms, confirmed separately that we were on the reservation list,. We never received an email confirmation so we called again and were told that we were all set. Now we are two hours from having leave for the wedding and they are cleaning a room for us. While attempting to straighten out the issue at the front desk, the clerk continuously checked other people in around us even though we were in the front of the line. I have never seen a less professional, more messed up hotel in my life! There is no empathy, no attempt at friendliness, and absolutely no customer care( despite their sign on the desk claiming that they strive to make everyone happy) ....hahaha.... never again will I stay at a Hampton property! read more

Stayed here about a month ago. Decent location, clean and comfortable. However, I left a few dresses there accidentally and the hotel has not been helpful. I was in town for my baby shower, it is unlike me to leave things behind. But, it was a hectic weekend and were scrambling to pack the car. I left three dresses in the closet. We stopped nowhere else on the way home and when we got home I noticed they weren't there. I called the hotel the next day. My name was taken down to give to the head of housekeeping, he/she never called. I called back a few days later, the lady at the desks said she would go check in the closet (which didn't make sense, why would the dresses still be there 4 days later). She called back and said they weren't there, I again asked her to have housekeeping call me. Nothing. I live a 5 hour drive away, or else I would have gone by. Poor customer service. I emailed Hilton, no response. I am pretty sure someone from the hotel is enjoying my dresses right now. read more

Although this hotel has the standard Hampton amenities, do NOT be prepared to have a quiet nights sleep. The maid service is exceedingly loud in the early morning in the halls and adjoining rooms. There seems to be perpetual construction beginning early in the morning with the serenity of a bowling alley. A call to the front desk resulted in no action but rather a "you have to deal with it" attitude. There are plenty of other options for hotels in the area and I would recommend moving on to something better. read more

During the end of October, my partner and I lost power for four days due to a snow storm that caused widespread outages. Since we live in a rural area and have a well, we did not have any running water. Aggravated by this for yet the second time this year (having lost power for almost a week back when that so-called hurricane Irene hit us), we decided to go stay in a hotel. Several hotels closer to us appeared to be completely booked, so I called this Hampton Inn to inquire about vacancy, and they said they did have rooms available. However, when we arrived, the man at the front desk looked perplexed and informed us he only had one room available. He put us in a room on the first floor which was directly near the guest laundry facility. I am not entirely too sure how many people were on the second floor directly above us, but it sounded like a herd of stampeding elephants! There were multiple people moving about and "stomping", children screaming, and apparently these people also had a dog that kept barking. My partner had called the front desk to voice our concerns, to which the hotel manager responded by moving us to a room on the fourth floor (he assured it would be a much quieter space). To our dismay, the room directly across from us on the fourth floor had a dog that started barking incessantly. Again, my partner called the front desk, and we were told that the owners of the dog left the hotel to "go out" for the evening. I am not too sure what kind of pet owner leaves his/her animal unattended in a strange place for long periods of time, but I do not find this acceptable. Due to this barking dog, it made our stay almost unbearable. The entire night we were unable to sleep due to the constant barking. The reason we came to the hotel was to get some peace and quiet, relax, and shower, not to deal with all these disturbances! My partner and I travel quite frequently, and I must say, neither of us have ever had such a horrible experience at a hotel like this! I wanted to voice our concerns so people know what a horrible experience we had. We paid to be miserable! We will certainly never stay at another Hampton Inn again for fear of having to deal with such a nuisance. At this point, we are expecting to receive a credit applied towards the original charge at the time of our check in. If no such credit is received from the establishment, we will be forced to contact American Express directly, and make them aware of our unsatisfactory stay at this hotel (they will handle this matter and will most likely seek a full credit on our behalf due to the lack of services not rendered at this facility). read more

This hotel delivers excellent bang for the buck. Hampton Inns always provide excellent value for the cost with free Wifi, decent breakfast, and clean comfortable hotels. This particular location appears to be a brand new construction. While the view leaves something to be desired (it is next to some sort of a large gravel/dirt fill yard), the location and amenities make up for it. I recently stayed there on a wedding room block. For $99 (or even the $149 best available rate for the dates I was there), you can't beat this place. We had a King bed suite which had a sofa bed and wet bar. The fridge in the room is a huge benefit for families. My wife's family lives in the area, and I will definitely return to this hotel when I come up there next. read more

I am an Honors Member and use Hampton Inns for my frequent travels. However, take notice, this HI is one of the worst I have ever stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The employee at checkin was very polite. We looked forward to our stay. Mistake #1 One lamp in the room did not work. Within 5 minutes two more lamps failed. The room went dark. I called the front desk and told the clerk. He said sounds like a breaker, I'll notify maintenance. Ten minutes sitting in the dark and still not word from "maintenance". Then saw the same clerk walking in the hall. I called to his attention that we've been sitting in a dark room for the last 10 minutes. His response was, " still nothing?". Five minutes later still no action so I returned to the front desk and told them to move us to another room. They complied so I don't know how long it took to fix the problem. Nevertheless, the conditions at this HI are awful. The room we originally had reserved smelled stale, was old and not close to today's "quality" hotels standards. The next room was no better. Without belittling this hotel anymore (it deserves more) just please take my advice and DON'T STAY HERE. You will be sorry if you do. read more

My family stayed here in early March. We lost most of the night's sleep due to a 4-hours-long, violent argument in a nearby room. Management was not quick to take action despite several calls to the front desk. Only after the 4th call made at 2:30 AM were police called to the hotel to deal effectively with the situation and remove those guests from the hotel. The next morning management promised a free night coupon would be mailed to me, but after several emails and calls, including to the the area GM Jim Marcil and Hilton customer service, all I got was broken promises. The management at this Hampton is badly in need of some customer service training. Hilton.com didn't do any better. read more

You really can't beat this place for the price! So glad we found a nice hotel for a good price. The room were nice, clean, and had an actual clean flower smell. The front desk was super quick at checking us in, we didn't have to wait FOREVER like I'm use to with most hotels. They had a nice little breakfast as well and they give you bags to go if you can't spare the time to dine in. Best part...FAST and FREE Wi-Fi. I think this is the first hotel that hasn't charged me an arm and a leg to use their Wi-Fi! Very, very pleased! read more

We booked with a large sports program this program had over 100 players and families stayed at this location 945 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 from December 6 to December 8, 2013. When we checked in we were told our room had been given to someone else, since we had 3 guess and another families had more and needed the 2 queen beds, they would upgrade us to a King with pull out sofa, we said no problem. When we got to the room it was directly across from the pool so al the screaming and pool noodles hitting the water went on unitl after the 12 pm pool closure. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels etc. we did however notice that there was no additional pillows or blankets for the pullout. We tried to call to the lobby and this was when we notice the phone did not work. I went to the service deck to ask for the blankets and additional pillows and let them know the phone did not work this was at 8pm. At 11:00 we still had not recvd the blankets. We opened the pull out and it was broken and the bar in the middle was bent and extremely uncomfortable lo lay on. There room above us sounded like a herd of elephants having a dance party, they had a dog who barked for a half hour, so we figured they must have been playing catch and he was running back and forth in the room. We asked Saturday morning to be moved but they said they were sold out and could not accommodate our request. We contacted both Marriot and Holiday Inn Express both were sold out for the youth sporting event that weekend. We went back to the room and turned on the TV to channel CNN to see the TV had green squares on the digital portion so we tried other channels it was hit or miss, great now the TV was out as well, we again let the front desk know - they were going to send someone again no one ever showed up .Lastly I figured we could watch TV on my IPad, Hilton Honors has free Wi-Fi, we tried several times to logo on and could not at this point I was not asking the front desk for anything else that they would not supply. We went to the service desk between 6-6:30am Sunday morning to let them know we were checking out early and to let them know that the TV was broken, the phone did not work and the one additional pillow brought to us were taken to another room because of the sofa. The women at the desk a heavier set black women, she had no name tag and was wearing a red/pink blouse stated that we should have let the front desk know sooner about the issues. "they were not mind readers" When I said that we had let the front desk know on several occasions she stated " well obviously not the right people or it would have been fixed." I was totally stunned I have never been spoken to like that ever I was just being courteous and letting them know for the next guests. I was so mad traveling home by the lack of customer service and rudeness of the staff, my husband said we should let it go and never stay at a Hilton Hotel again but no I was that mad. I did something I have never in 30 years of booking hotels had to do - I called to speak to the GM. I left a message in a generic GM mail box and went back to the Front Desk and spoke to Leah., I asked for the GM's name she stated it was George that he was a floater they do not have management until December. The GM George did call me back. I explain the issues of above and he was pleasant he asked me what he could do to help to be honest I wanted him to speak to the staff no one should be treated like that. I was satisfied that he was going to do that UNTIL he asked me for a description of the person I spoke to I told him she had no name tag, she was a heavy set black women. Then he asked me her height I said I was not sure she was maybe 5'7 or 5'8. This is when I was really infuriated he said well I am sorry to say we have no one that meets that description on my staff at that time. Really!!! So I called the corp office about the 100% Hampton Guarantee® Well I was not 100% satisfied and the Floating GM did not help to take my horrible experience and fix it, he made it worse. Unacceptable on all aspects, I really just wanted a sincere apology and a we will fix it for the next guests but that is not what I got. I understand he may not be happy about being at this location however this experience is why I will not stay at a Hampton Inn again. I requested a regional manager or someone in the corporate office contact me they have no regional managers. What I was told it that the GM would have to contact me again. I am getting married in October. I visited the hotel towards the end of 2018 to set up room blocks. The woman was unavailable so I filled out their paper and was assured I would receive a phone call back. Two weeks later, I haven't heard from anyone so I call again. The woman I need to speak with wasn't available so I left a message again. Two weeks later same thing. I call back asking to speak with a manager. I don't believe the front desk person gave my information to a manger but rather to the same woman who has refused to call me back. I finally ask my maid of honor to give them a call and we find out they now only have 10 rooms available. This hotel had everything I needed including a shuttle for guests to and from my venue. I will now have to shell more money out because one person couldn't do their job and contact a bride planning her wedding. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never give them any of my money. read more

So clean and quiet ! The woman at the desk was awesome! She even offered to babysit after her shift for someone ! I was so impressed.

Hotel is decent, BUT very rude & unprofessional person answering the phone in the evening. Wouldnt stay again.

The breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool is relaxing. The cookies are delicious. And the staff is nice. The organizational skills of the person in charge of coordinating the shuttle service, however, is less than subpar. The last thing a bride should have to worry about on her wedding day is how she is going to get to the venue. Especially since she chose this hotel specifically for it's proximity to the venue and verified the shuttle times on multiple occasions, including two days before the event. They double booked the shuttle and the bride had to be uber-ed to her wedding, which the hotel paid for, but made her late getting there. The groom, who was supposed to leave 30 minutes before the bride, didn't even get a ride there from the hotel. And at the end of the night, the guests were left sitting outside the venue waiting for a shuttle that wouldn't arrive until 35 minutes after it was scheduled to be there, after they coordinated their own rides back to the hotel. So, while the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quaint, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're reliant on the shuttle getting you to where you need to be. read more
