    Bathroom is huge.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Check in went smoothly with no issues, got our key cards and was greeted nicely. We asked questions and they answered it. Everything in this hotel is clean and they leave you nice products to use. I can't really comment much about staff because everything is self explanatory. The pool is located on the first floor and there are no life guards on duty. It's swim at your own risk so be careful with children. The pool is 3-5 feet deep and they also have a hot tub which is really hot like a sauna. The pool is not a heated pool, the water is really cold but the room is warming due to the temps of the hot tub. Pool hours are from 5am-11pm but they will keep it open later for you if you arrive late. We stayed until 12:30am our first night. Breakfast is offered every morning from 6am-10am and its all you can eat and FREE. The food is good and they have tasty selections. You have a variety of Yogurt, fruits, juice, pastries, muffins, bagels, plain oatmeal with toppings on the side for your liking. They also have 2 wonderful waffle makers with homemade bater that you pour into a cup. They have a microwave, juice machine, toaster oven for bagels, breads and English muffins. The area has a nice shopping mall very close by and plenty of places like Wendy's, Applebee's, Mc Donald's to grab a quick bite to eat. We drove here from NYC so we didn't need to use an airplane (obviously) lol. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because our stay was basic. We had to inform housekeeping to keep our room clean while we were gone, 2 times. They did surprise us with a microwave and refrigerator the next day as we asked for one downstairs. Overall my stay here was pleasant and I will recommend this stay to anyone. I can't wait to come back and visit.

Let me just start by saying, the plumbing here is problematic and when I told management about it,…read morethey told me that TOILET PAPER DOESN'T GO IN THE TOILET. I was in shock. Also, our first hotel room toilet overflowed and when my partner went to the front desk to tell them (because the in-room telephone wasn't working), they offered him a plunger!! When we finally got a new room, I went to take a shower and there were used up soap pieces in the shower as well as used shampoo bottles. I imagine this means the bathroom wasn't cleaned. I travel to the New England area every year for work and I would not be able to bring myself to stay at this Comfort again. I'm not even really sure how this place stays open under the Comfort/Choice name. Comforts are usually solid.

This is the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had…read more There was a giant gash on the comforter exposing all the cotton inside. Called housekeeping multiple times and there was no answer. Called front desk multiple times and still no answer. Finally, I go down there myself and find the front desk person casually scrolling on their cell phone. That wouldn't upset me normally because hey, if there's no work to do at 9pm after everyone has been checked in/out, by all means do as you'd like on your phone...BUT how do you just ignore the constant ringing at the front desk? I explained the comforter situation to the young woman at the front desk and to her credit, she did seem concerned. She told me that housekeeping will take care of it the next day if I call back or stop by the desk again before noon. I asked her for another comforter until then and she came back with a single throw blanket. I asked for another since it would hardly cover me, let alone both me and my partner. She comes back again with a comforter this time that I can only assume she was able to rummage out of some closet in the back because when I got back up into the room, the comforter had a number of brown and orange stains varying in all different sizes. Disgusting. The bath towels used the next day had hair in them. Not just a single hair, but DOZENS of loose hair strands all over that looked like it had been melted into the towel itself at some angles. Stopped by the front desk again at 8am the next day again and requested housekeeping and explained yet again about the gashed comforter we threw in the closet and the stained one. I was assured that housekeeping would be informed and that everything would be replaced. We were out the entire day and did not return until after 5pm and to no one's surprise, housekeeping never arrived. Talked to the front desk AGAIN to a gentleman this time and was told that housekeeping simply has not finished their rounds yet. I guess he must've told them in that moment because less than 10 minutes later, they were knocking on our door and of course they came when I needed to use the restroom. To top it all off, my partner was bitten by bed bugs all across her arm. We had only stayed at this Comfort Inn the entirety of our trip. We have been taking pictures of the progress of these bites as I'm sure they'll make another excuse about it, just like they did with housekeeping. We've been calling for the past two days now asking for a refund and each time they have the excuse about the manager not being in or that he had just stepped out. Called three times today after they assured that the manager would give a call back but of course he already left for the day when we called back again after an entire day of no response. The only thing I regret about my vacation is staying here.

Our room was decent in size but smelled terrible, likely due to the dirty carpet. The noisy air conditioning forced us to turn it off every night to be able to sleep. The lack of sound insulation made us hear everything happening in the hallway. The worst part was discovering that the carbon monoxide monitor was out of batteries, and there was no maintenance staff available to replace them, so the same woman who was at the front desk came to assist, but she didn't know what type of batteries were needed and couldn't resolve the issue. Eventually, she had to assign us a different room. Breakfast was standard for this hotel. Overall, we feel that this hotel is overpriced, as it is old and in need of many renovations. I wouldn't stay there again.

(Negative 5 Stars) I…read morewas placed at this hotel by my insurance company and was originally booked for a one-month stay. However, I was required to leave after only three days. During my stay, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The swimming pool had reportedly been closed for an extended period, and no employee could provide an anticipated repair date. The lobby computer was also out of service, which created a significant inconvenience because I needed access to review and print important documents. In addition, my room door lock had a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, my key card would not unlock the door, and a front desk receptionist advised me that my particular room had an ongoing issue with the lock not consistently recognizing room keys. My primary concern involved my interaction with hotel management. I was informed that I was being required to leave the hotel based upon complaints from multiple employees. When I asked for specifics, I was told that employees had allegedly observed me participating in a drug transaction in the parking lot the night before. I categorically deny that allegation and immediately requested that surveillance footage be reviewed because I maintain that no such event ever occurred. During that same conversation, the manager stated, "This is why I don't like long-term guests." The statement was made in the context of the allegation that employees had supposedly observed a drug transaction in the parking lot. As someone who had been placed at the hotel for a long-term insurance stay, I found that comment concerning. After being told that employees had allegedly observed a drug transaction on the property and hearing the manager state, "This is why I don't like long-term guests," I became uncomfortable remaining at the hotel. If management truly believed such activity was occurring on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had no interest in returning. Rather than reviewing any surveillance footage with me or discussing the matter further, I was instructed to leave the property or the police would be called. In my opinion, the manager was unnecessarily loud and abrasive during this interaction, which occurred at the front desk in the presence of other guests and employees. After relocating to another hotel, I was informed that the manager had contacted my lodging vendor and reported that I intended to return to the property. I never made such a statement. What I actually said was that I intended to file a complaint with Holiday Inn corporate regarding my treatment, after which I left the hotel. Because the allegations made against me were serious, I immediately requested preservation of all relevant evidence, including surveillance footage, incident reports, emails, notes, and communications relating to my stay. A formal demand for preservation of evidence was sent to both hotel management and Holiday Inn's customer relations department. As a retired physician who practiced Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology for nearly three decades and who has also served as a medical expert consultant, I take my reputation very seriously. Being publicly accused of involvement in criminal activity was deeply upsetting and, in my view, completely unwarranted. Preserving my dignity and professional reputation is more important to me than any legal expense I may incur pursuing the truth of what occurred. Readers can draw their own conclusions based on the facts described above. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.

For what it is, I cannot complain. SpringHill Suites are basically Marriotts for those who don't…read morewant to pay extra for a more spacious and comfortable Residence Inn. It's the lower level of Marriott's long-term stay properties. The rooms are not really suites ... it's more like a regular hotel room with a small alcove with a desk. Those expecting an actual suite (which I've always defined as a separate bedroom) will be surprised to find a regular hotel room. The not so good ... - Pool is always ice cold. I don't think it is heated. Hot tub is warm-ish but kind of industrial feeling. There is a big glass window looking into the pool from the lobby. Not fun being watched while swimming. - The bathrooms are small and sparse with a toilet and a shower. The water pressure and showerhead were terrible. The water trickles out making a shower totally unenjoyable. Tubs of shampoo and body wash on the wall. The worst part is the empty bathroom acts as an echo chamber and the door is right next to the bed. Any tinkle ... or other sounds one might make in the bathroom can be heard as clear as a bell by anyone laying in bed. Don't be shy! - There are small maintenance issues here and there. Our roller shade was broken and only raised 3/4 of the way, meaning it was kind of dark because the shade was blocking the top of the window during the day. There were also water stains on the ceiling and rust on the shower door. - The fridge in the room barely worked and our food did not stay cold enough that I felt safe eating it after a day or two. The drinks were also barely kept cold. - Metal door to the room magifies sound, so any hallway noise feels like it's actually inside the room. The good ... - The staff here are great. The front desk was able to solve any problem and didn't act as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. We felt like guests. The breakfast attendant also was good and kept the place spotless. Although on the second day of our stay, they were out of most everything. Best scrambled eggs I've had at any cheap hotel buffet. - It's not luxurious by any means but the room seemed clean and the decor is a bit dark but comfortable. Bed is nothing special and linens feel cheap but no complaints. - One of the best in-room work station set-ups I've found with a comfortable chair and desk with plenty of space to spread out. - Very easy to get a 2 p.m. check out as an Elite guest. They didn't even hesitate to approve it, which is nice. Normally hotels fight you tooth and nail when you ask for a late check out, even as an Elite Marriott member. - Plenty of parking. It's a shame they don't have a bar, or little restaurant ... but I guess the area has lots of options. Tavern on the Square and just about every chain restaurant you can imagine and lots of fast food, including Shake Shack and Chick Filet. Pro tip ... there is a grocery store nearby named Dave's which has the best pizza by the slice and fresh soups and salads. Much better than fast food! Overall, there is nothing special about this hotel other than it's clean, comfortable and right off the highways.

Unfortunately, my experience at The Loom Hotel (Tapestry by Hilton) was profoundly disappointing. I traveled from California for a wedding hosted here, and I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere. The Service Failures: Front Desk Professionalism: The level of incompetence and rudeness is alarming. The morning front desk staff (specifically the receptionist with glasses) was dismissive, refused to make eye contact during check-in, and openly complained about answering phones--completely unprofessional. When we inquired about a room pre-arranged by the bride's mother, the response was blunt and dismissive without any attempt to assist or verify the reservation. Hostile Late-Night Staff: The experience on Saturday night was worse. After a technical issue with my key card, I was met with condescending remarks and aggressive shouting from the night-shift receptionist rather than assistance. Hearing her complain about me & others while I stood in the lobby was beyond unprofessional. This is not the standard of service one expects from a Hilton property. Hotel Standards: Housekeeping: Housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Beds were not made daily, and trash was left in our room. It is baffling that this hotel holds any "best of" status when basic cleanliness is overlooked. Dining: The breakfast was inedible, featuring what tasted like low-quality powdered eggs. The only highlight was the kind waitress who spoke Spanish; her professionalism was the only thing that made the meal tolerable. The hotel's rates do not reflect the abysmal quality of service and facilities provided. If you value your money and expect professional treatment, stay away from this property.
