    Bathroom is huge.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. Check in went smoothly with no issues, got our key cards and was greeted nicely. We asked questions and they answered it. Everything in this hotel is clean and they leave you nice products to use. I can't really comment much about staff because everything is self explanatory. The pool is located on the first floor and there are no life guards on duty. It's swim at your own risk so be careful with children. The pool is 3-5 feet deep and they also have a hot tub which is really hot like a sauna. The pool is not a heated pool, the water is really cold but the room is warming due to the temps of the hot tub. Pool hours are from 5am-11pm but they will keep it open later for you if you arrive late. We stayed until 12:30am our first night. Breakfast is offered every morning from 6am-10am and its all you can eat and FREE. The food is good and they have tasty selections. You have a variety of Yogurt, fruits, juice, pastries, muffins, bagels, plain oatmeal with toppings on the side for your liking. They also have 2 wonderful waffle makers with homemade bater that you pour into a cup. They have a microwave, juice machine, toaster oven for bagels, breads and English muffins. The area has a nice shopping mall very close by and plenty of places like Wendy's, Applebee's, Mc Donald's to grab a quick bite to eat. We drove here from NYC so we didn't need to use an airplane (obviously) lol. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because our stay was basic. We had to inform housekeeping to keep our room clean while we were gone, 2 times. They did surprise us with a microwave and refrigerator the next day as we asked for one downstairs. Overall my stay here was pleasant and I will recommend this stay to anyone. I can't wait to come back and visit.

This place was top of the line 10+ years ago. It has fallen hard since then. The pool has been…read morerepaired and is now a shining spot. I moved rooms three times before I found one that was not smoked in or smelled like mold from the a/c unit leaking into the room(wet floor and all). The front desk guy was a "friendly" sort of guy. He barely looked up on check in and grave me the first two bad rooms. Zero reaction when I had issues. The third time I had a lady at the front desk who gave me a room I could use. He must have been on a break because I saw come around the corner as I was getting into the elevator. It seems as if water has been envading this building from many directions. The wallpaper is buckled and okwardly hangs in many locations. The bathroom floor above has leaked in one of the rooms I checked. I like to do a room check above the doors/inserts, dressers, mirrors, and pictures to see how clean the place is and they all came out black or very dark brown. I saw no issues with the bedding in two of the three rooms as I did not check the smoked in room. This is supposed to be a smoke free place. Side note they were working on the fire alarm system while we stayed. They use to have ice machines on every floor, with soda and candy machines too. Only one ice machine on the second floor that supposedly works. Never used it so I cannot say if it works. The fire exits are in good condition but still smells like new plastic after all these years. I have been to other Comfort Suites and they open the top floor windows and stop on the second floor to allow air to pass through. The TVs are getting very old as the one I was using would shut off as I changed the channels. I believe these are the original ones from the opening of this property. I usually eat at the free breakfast but only went three times and each time felt severely understocked. The second time I went they had no eggs, no sausage, no toast, no begal, no yogurt, no hard boiled eggs, no maple syrup, no cereal of any kind and no orange juice, no apple juce, no milk. You only had waffles. The lady in front of me said to the person supposedly taking care of this that this is ridiculous that they have almost nothing to eat. About 15 minutes later they brought out some more eggs and sausages but nothing else came out. They are currently building condos in the front of this property and it adds to the noise factor, if staying in the front. I stayed at this location when they added the building in back and that was a noisy installation. They have figured out how to cut down on the noise issues by making sure you cannot open any windows. So fresh air will not be your friend at this place. If you like to use WI-FI it usually works but it is only a 5 MB according to the speed test I ran. Again okay for ten years ago not so good now. If you are looking for low cost this might be your location as it is usually less than $150.00. Note you should look around before taking the first room they give you. Good luck as I was able to stay aproxamatly a week. ENJOY!

(Negative 5 Stars) I…read morewas placed at this hotel by my insurance company and was originally booked for a one-month stay. However, I was required to leave after only three days. During my stay, several advertised amenities were unavailable. The swimming pool had reportedly been closed for an extended period, and no employee could provide an anticipated repair date. The lobby computer was also out of service, which created a significant inconvenience because I needed access to review and print important documents. In addition, my room door lock had a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, my key card would not unlock the door, and a front desk receptionist advised me that my particular room had an ongoing issue with the lock not consistently recognizing room keys. My primary concern involved my interaction with hotel management. I was informed that I was being required to leave the hotel based upon complaints from multiple employees. When I asked for specifics, I was told that employees had allegedly observed me participating in a drug transaction in the parking lot the night before. I categorically deny that allegation and immediately requested that surveillance footage be reviewed because I maintain that no such event ever occurred. During that same conversation, the manager stated, "This is why I don't like long-term guests." The statement was made in the context of the allegation that employees had supposedly observed a drug transaction in the parking lot. As someone who had been placed at the hotel for a long-term insurance stay, I found that comment concerning. After being told that employees had allegedly observed a drug transaction on the property and hearing the manager state, "This is why I don't like long-term guests," I became uncomfortable remaining at the hotel. If management truly believed such activity was occurring on the property, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had no interest in returning. Rather than reviewing any surveillance footage with me or discussing the matter further, I was instructed to leave the property or the police would be called. In my opinion, the manager was unnecessarily loud and abrasive during this interaction, which occurred at the front desk in the presence of other guests and employees. After relocating to another hotel, I was informed that the manager had contacted my lodging vendor and reported that I intended to return to the property. I never made such a statement. What I actually said was that I intended to file a complaint with Holiday Inn corporate regarding my treatment, after which I left the hotel. Because the allegations made against me were serious, I immediately requested preservation of all relevant evidence, including surveillance footage, incident reports, emails, notes, and communications relating to my stay. A formal demand for preservation of evidence was sent to both hotel management and Holiday Inn's customer relations department. As a retired physician who practiced Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology for nearly three decades and who has also served as a medical expert consultant, I take my reputation very seriously. Being publicly accused of involvement in criminal activity was deeply upsetting and, in my view, completely unwarranted. Preserving my dignity and professional reputation is more important to me than any legal expense I may incur pursuing the truth of what occurred. Readers can draw their own conclusions based on the facts described above. Based on my experience, I would not stay at this property again.

**Always check your carbon monoxide monitor**…read more The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because we were attending a stay-to-play tournament, because based on the reviews, we would have chosen another place, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our room was decent in size but smelled terrible, likely due to the dirty carpet. The noisy air conditioning forced us to turn it off every night to be able to sleep. The lack of sound insulation made us hear everything happening in the hallway. The worst part was discovering that the carbon monoxide monitor was out of batteries, and there was no maintenance staff available to replace them, so the same woman who was at the front desk came to assist, but she didn't know what type of batteries were needed and couldn't resolve the issue. Eventually, she had to assign us a different room. Breakfast was standard for this hotel. Overall, we feel that this hotel is overpriced, as it is old and in need of many renovations. I wouldn't stay there again.

The one thing that was a bit bothersome was that the room had a scent of cleaning soaps which was a turn off for me.

It's the lower level of Marriott's long-term stay properties. The rooms are not really suites ... it's more like a regular hotel room with a small alcove with a desk. Those expecting an actual suite (which I've always defined as a separate bedroom) will be surprised to find a regular hotel room. The not so good ... - Pool is always ice cold. I don't think it is heated. Hot tub is warm-ish but kind of industrial feeling. There is a big glass window looking into the pool from the lobby. Not fun being watched while swimming. - The bathrooms are small and sparse with a toilet and a shower. The water pressure and showerhead were terrible. The water trickles out making a shower totally unenjoyable. Tubs of shampoo and body wash on the wall. The worst part is the empty bathroom acts as an echo chamber and the door is right next to the bed. Any tinkle ... or other sounds one might make in the bathroom can be heard as clear as a bell by anyone laying in bed. Don't be shy! - There are small maintenance issues here and there. Our roller shade was broken and only raised 3/4 of the way, meaning it was kind of dark because the shade was blocking the top of the window during the day. There were also water stains on the ceiling and rust on the shower door. - The fridge in the room barely worked and our food did not stay cold enough that I felt safe eating it after a day or two. The drinks were also barely kept cold. - Metal door to the room magifies sound, so any hallway noise feels like it's actually inside the room. The good ... - The staff here are great. The front desk was able to solve any problem and didn't act as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. We felt like guests. The breakfast attendant also was good and kept the place spotless. Although on the second day of our stay, they were out of most everything. Best scrambled eggs I've had at any cheap hotel buffet. - It's not luxurious by any means but the room seemed clean and the decor is a bit dark but comfortable. Bed is nothing special and linens feel cheap but no complaints. - One of the best in-room work station set-ups I've found with a comfortable chair and desk with plenty of space to spread out. - Very easy to get a 2 p.m. check out as an Elite guest. They didn't even hesitate to approve it, which is nice. Normally hotels fight you tooth and nail when you ask for a late check out, even as an Elite Marriott member. - Plenty of parking. It's a shame they don't have a bar, or little restaurant ... but I guess the area has lots of options. Tavern on the Square and just about every chain restaurant you can imagine and lots of fast food, including Shake Shack and Chick Filet. Pro tip ... there is a grocery store nearby named Dave's which has the best pizza by the slice and fresh soups and salads. Much better than fast food! Overall, there is nothing special about this hotel other than it's clean, comfortable and right off the highways.

If you have ANY issue at all, rest assured the management lack any leadership to properly address or resolve your issue and will avoid ever calling you to understand the situation. When a case was opened with Bonvoy, management closed it with misinformation they concluded without ever calling me to confirm. In my 27 year career traveling for a living, I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism.
