Exceptional hotel to stay in. From guest services the moment you enter and your greeted warmly, friendly and personally. Nancy and Leo are the best! Along with everyone including Jeremy the gm who has been so understanding and accommodating for our long stay. The housekeeping workers are so lovely and so kind and respectful. Stayed here over a month and have been able to be oversee their entire production to run the hotel and they are such a great team and great representation of Hilton quality services. The morning staff for breakfast are so pleasant and warm in the morning, constantly checking cleanliness and restocking breakfast items with a smile. I made reservations for seven rooms and I fulfilled my obligation my credit card was charged an additional seven rooms after my departure I am currently disputing this charge the manager was very rude and non empathetic I am unable to get in contact with corporate as they are not returning my phone call or responding to my credit unions request as a dispute this hotel is horrible. I've stayed at other Hilton properties recently and was not impressed, but this one was the best of the stays so far (burning points). The Good: -Real breakfast with real protein, carbs if you must; excellent selections. -Quiet. -Excellent room, a suites-like stay with numerous amenities. -Real exercise room. Good equipment. -Good area recommendations from the staff. Downsides: -Pool was closed, not a big deal I guess; they're waiting on parts. -Coffee needs a re-think; not so good. I would definitely stay here again; it was a great points value, easy to get on the freeway, and has lots of nearby lunch/dinner food available. It's newer, maintained, not shop-worn, smelled fine, and was a very good stay. In my book, a five star is tough to get, and so this is as good as it gets in this category without stellar, mind-boggling experiences. It was just fine. read more

See some bad reviews but I had a good experience. My parents live in N Smithfield but I stayed here when my mom had knee surgery and it would have been too stressful for me to stay with them. Room 418. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff all seemed nice. It's dog friendly. Lots of parking. Had a big window and a sofa. Breakfast wasn't good. WIFI good though I don't like that Hilton doesn't give its Honors members better speeds. The bagel was stale and the egg very rubbery, but that's kind of what you expect at a place like this (maybe save for the stale bagel). Here's my wish: Wish they had a hot tub with the pool. Seems like it's a popular request but more difficult to maintain. Also wish I had a bathtub. read more

this hotel is extremely disgusting. First off we had to switch rooms because our first room smelt like wet dog and dog poo. As we moved into our new room our tv was broken and they had to replace it with a new one, as a result they had a made a mess and left styrofoam all over the floor. We then decided to pull out the sofa bed that had THROW UP stains on the sheets and chocolate crumbs all over. That is where we drew the line and as we were checking out and leaving the hotel there we was people living at the hotel moving out and crackheads all over the parking lot. My first impression is clean and newer. The staff are professional and helpful. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed. The room also had light blocking curtains which I thought were fabulous and helped me get caught up on the sleep I was lacking. This place is pretty pricy compared to other locations near by. I needed an extra 2 nights and they were sold out all week so I had to change hotels mid trip. read more

I usually like to start with a positive so I will. The guest services rep was polite and welcoming and did his best to make our check in as smooth as possible. As we walked to our room we noticed a very strong smell of mold and body odor. We also experienced a pungent smell of wet dog. Once we arrived to our room the smell shifted to more of a body odor smell and the shower was caked in pink mold. I went to the front desk to ask for bleach or for someone to clean our shower. I was told, "there is a wait and our cleaning lady is on break". He then pointed toward the cleaning lady, who was eating with her friends in the lobby. I then attempted to ask a couple of other staff for assistance but they admitted a strong smell of marijuana. I did not want anyone under the influence in my room with my two children. The last low point was the pool. I asked the front desk why the pool was green and cloudy and they disclosed, "It's a saltwater pool and it's supposed to look like that". The room itself wasn't bad, but it was a weird concept. Dishes, glasses, silverware, medium-sized fridge, dishwasher, but only a microwave for cooking? Front desk staff experience was mixed. First woman was clueless and rude; had to wait for 10 mins. for her to even show up from wherever she was hiding. Second woman was much friendlier. Breakfast flat-out sucked. Parking plentiful if you show up early enough. No shuttle service, but Uber, Lyft, or taxis can be easily had. Stay at the Hampton Inn across the street for a better experience. read more

Room 308. This is my second time staying at a Home2 Suites and I have to say that neither experience has been all that great; I am not likely to choose this particular brand again, despite my Hilton affinity. The check-in process was slow as Ronald was the only one on duty and he had stepped away. Even though I had checked in using the app many hours previously, no keys were ready and he had to make them--a process that he seemed to struggle with. However, he was very pleasant and apologetic and we got on our way soon enough. The room is a Residence Inn-lite style with a kitchenette. Oddly, the very first thing you see when you open the door is the fridge. While the larger size is appreciated, you can't have the fridge open the same time as the hotel room door, it's that close. There is a small sitting area and a large bed, plus a giant television that swivels so you can watch it from wherever you are. Unfortunately the walls seem very thin; we could hear the chime of the elevator almost entirely during our stay, not to mention the family in the next room. Also, the breakfast here is pretty awful. Points for effort with the bagel sandwiches and quiche offerings, but they taste like poor-quality frozen meals (I could have broken a window, or a tooth, on my bagel sandwich) and the kitchen staff was very flummoxed by the number of guests in the area. One saving grace besides the comfy bed is the large gym that featured whisper-quiet treadmills and a healthy selection of free weights and other machines. Had the same care for quality for the gym extended to the other elements, this could be a really solid hotel. read more

Our room was spacious and the bed was relatively comfortable. However, the walls were paper thin. The people in the room next door, slammed the door at 11PM, and then proceeded to talk and watch tv until 4 AM. As a result, we got very little sleep. read more

No complaints here! We were moving out of our house into a new house and due to closings overlapping, we needed a hotel for 2 nights that allowed small dogs. This was the closest one we found that didn't look nasty from the website photos. We were able to check in 3 hours early which was a huge help. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. Free breakfast in the mornings for a 3hr span. Fruit, cereal, waffles, toast and best of all- ready to nuke egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches!! Pool is shallow 3-5ft so easy for kiddos. Great restaurants within walking distance- a Mexican place, a bar & grill and an Italian place. read more

Location, location, location. I am a Hilton Honors member and usually stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inns. This hotel is new, so for parents weekend at Bryant, I figured I would try the new instead of the old across the street. Not again. This new construction hotel is loud! You can hear the tv's, conversations, blinds being drawn, and toilet noise in the rooms around you, not to mention "other noises". Saturday morning a cement mixer pulled in the lot next door at 6:30 am to spin and idle for an hour. Then it proceeded to move to the construction at the 7-11 being remodeled north of the hotel. That noise was prominent too. So, location is not everything. Next time it is somewhere else for parents weekend. - As I update this, at 12:30 am and still at the hotel- I can hear the snoring from the room next door. I also took a video to show the noise of those around me. I can't post it. It's 40 outside and I am going to turn on the a/c for white noise. Unreal. read more

My stay was 7/18-7/19 Room 211 Positives: Love the digital key check in, very convenient and did not have to wait in line to check in Room was clean and nice and cold when I opened the door. I love the Neutrogena body wash wall dispenser. I liked the variety on indoor common space and 2 outdoor common spaces. The fire pit was nice to sit by and end the night. She had run out of on the go bagged breakfast and as we were packing the car in front another staff ran out Nd gave us 2 newly made on the go's Great customer service! NEGATIVE Hotel allows dogs! Tried resting upon check in before my dinner reservation and all you could hear was a dog continuosly barking. I called down to make the front desk aware and I didn't feel like he was listening to my concern. Upon departing the following day, the entire floor smelled like a wet dog. Needs to be a dedicated floor. Thi is disturbing to guests. Returning fro. Dinner we opted to sit in the outdoor space with fire pit. Another party was already present. At first it was fine. We ate our dessert and had our conversation. And the other party the same. I was disappointed someone was smoking cigarettes constantly. Non smokers should be able to enjoy the ambiance without dying from smoke inhalation trying to relax. Another guest, woman joined with her over zealous dog who was trying to kick my feet and sniff me. Just inappropriate. What finally made us end our night was we could overhear discussion about Marijuana. If this one had some etc. Next, one of the guys says " hey you guys don't smoke so you". We shook our heads no. I love this place. Friendly staff, but I hate that when we last stayed, the so-called "digital key" returned a message that read: "our system is down, please get a card key from the front desk." Interesting. That got dam system wasn't down when it took my credit card. Lovely place. Spacious room. Crappy digital key system. Imagine the long hike from the top floor way down to the front desk guy who seemed not to give two sh**s about the corny, non-working digital key. Other than that, great place. read more

I stayed here one night while visiting friends. Good amenities. The room was nicely furnished, lots of storage space, large TV, comfy beds, a strong shower with more upscale shampoo and body wash than most other hotels in this price range. All in all a very good value. A few things that kept Home2 Suites from being 4 or 5 stars. The associate at the front desk (did not get his name) kept us waiting 15 minutes, there was a line forming to check in. He did not apologize for the wait, didn't tell me my room number, and was very unfriendly overall. He also kept staring at my wife when she went downstairs alone later. I don't know if I would call the room a "suite." There was a sitting area and small kitchen in the entryway, but I have had hotel rooms this size before that don't bill themselves as suites. A little misleading. And the bathroom was small. Also, this hotel was very crowded. The parking lot was nearly full and there were tons of people going in and out. I understand businesses need the cash flow, but it does not seem safe to book that many guests during the COVID crisis. Overall, this was nice for how much I paid, but I doubt I would stay here again. read more

GROSS. I had contacted guest services about the cleanness of the room (stained cabinets, dirty glassware and contacted the front desk). No response and when check out mentioned it, but received "we are sorry" with no concession. Contacted Guest corporate, they stated :they never told us about the problems". I did call twice. Shameful "extnded stay" that the hallways smells of cigarettes smoke and marijuana. So disappointed because its a realy nice property. Be careful, posted signs says park at your own risk and the police visited the night for a break in. Stay at the Hampton across the stress. So disappointed. read more

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for a night. The beds were super comfortable and the air conditioner was very cool. Overall, the hotel was my favorite hotel over every hotel I have stayed in. This includes the customer service, beds, then cleanliness, and the food. It was super clean and the breakfast tasted really good. This is why I give it a 5 out of 5 stars. read more

Stayed at this new hotel the last time I was on a business trip to RI (September). I found it comfortable, and definitely a different vibe than the Hampton Inn across the street. It was pretty soon after opening I believe, and they are working through the usual set up issues with a new hotel. As for location, it is literally blocks from my RI office, so it's very convenient. Absolutely disgusting. First off they rope you in with a nice gentleman at the front who has good customer service and seems very passionate about his job. But the thing is we get up to our room, and the pull out couch has dog hair all over it (or human I don't know but equally as gross), a huge urine stain, and the mattress has multiple red and orange stains. Oh also not to be lazy but even when you file a complaint that your room is an absolute gross mess you will be asked to come downstairs and get the replacement sheets, keys, etc. Not to mention that they give you 2 towels for 4 people. Also we got another room and we check that pull out couch and it has blood stains all over it (pictured below). If you ever need to go to a hotel for a few nights go to another one, because this one is awful. If you're a sociopath and decide to stay here please please pelease check your beds and pull out couch for any stains. read more
