See some bad reviews but I had a good experience. My parents live in N Smithfield but I stayed here when my mom had knee surgery and it would have been too stressful for me to stay with them. Room 418. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff all seemed nice. It's dog friendly. Lots of parking. Had a big window and a sofa. Breakfast wasn't good. WIFI good though I don't like that Hilton doesn't give its Honors members better speeds. The bagel was stale and the egg very rubbery, but that's kind of what you expect at a place like this (maybe save for the stale bagel). Here's my wish: Wish they had a hot tub with the pool. Seems like it's a popular request but more difficult to maintain. Also wish I had a bathtub.

this hotel is extremely disgusting. First off we had to switch rooms because our first room smelt like wet dog and dog poo. As we moved into our new room our tv was broken and they had to replace it with a new one, as a result they had a made a mess and left styrofoam all over the floor. We then decided to pull out the sofa bed that had THROW UP stains on the sheets and chocolate crumbs all over. That is where we drew the line and as we were checking out and leaving the hotel there we was people living at the hotel moving out and crackheads all over the parking lot. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND COME HERE!!

I usually like to start with a positive so I will. The guest services rep was polite and welcoming and did his best to make our check in as smooth as possible. As we walked to our room we noticed a very strong smell of mold and body odor. We also experienced a pungent smell of wet dog. Once we arrived to our room the smell shifted to more of a body odor smell and the shower was caked in pink mold. I went to the front desk to ask for bleach or for someone to clean our shower. I was told, "there is a wait and our cleaning lady is on break". He then pointed toward the cleaning lady, who was eating with her friends in the lobby. I then attempted to ask a couple of other staff for assistance but they admitted a strong smell of marijuana. I did not want anyone under the influence in my room with my two children. The last low point was the pool. I asked the front desk why the pool was green and cloudy and they disclosed, "It's a saltwater pool and it's supposed to look like that". This location should be shut down for health and safety reasons. Do not reserve a room here!

For Summer 26, I stayed at the Smithfield Hampton. I have Crohn's Disease, and became physically ill while in the room. I went to the front desk and told the young man that I was going to have to go home. It was sweltering hot out ... believe me ... I would have rather stayed in an air conditioned hotel room. All I did was sit on the bed and watch a few minutes of TV. I became ill in the bathroom twice and figured I should go home. I was charged $203.46. This is exactly how a business SHOULD NOT treat a supposedly valued customer. Not sure how many will view this info, but I have already told dozens of my friends about this.

I really love that they have pet-free floors. As a non-pet owner I get turned off when entering a room that is full of pet hair and odors. The hotel location is ideal as well, it's within walking distance to a gas station, grocery store and mini/strip mall with a Super Target, Dollar Tree, movie theater and multiple restaurants (fast and sit-down).

I was a little irritated that they didn't offer basic bath amenities. A tiny bottle of lotion certainly won't break the bank, but it's annoying to realize there's none available unless you buy it from their commissary for a premium price. The gym was ok, I'm not sure how often it is cleaned or attended to. The water station with cups was missing cups every day, so my hunch is it's infrequent. Lastly, echoing what someone else shared with the breakfast, I was a little shocked how much was pre-packaged cereals, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, muffins, etc. I was grateful they had milk alternatives available, but otherwise not the best showing there either.

I hope that changing the name means other changes will be made too. I don't recommend staying here. Below is my original review from late summer, 2021 when the business was called All Seasons Inn & Suites.*** The 2 stars are for the super comfy bed and the lovely housekeeping staff. But everything else was seriously lacking and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless everything else in Smithfield is booked and you have to, which is how I ended up here. It was about $150/night, which is waaaay overpriced. It's really more like an $89/night motel, and that's generous- the kind of place you'd expect to find just off some scary highway in a horror movie. Chair and couch w mystery stains on them? Check! Pillows that didn't fit the bed size and were constantly falling behind the headboard so you'd hot your head when you wanted to lean back? Check! A toilet that was installed incorrectly so it was at an uncomfortable angle, cigarette burn stain on toilet, peeling paint on the walls, and halls that reeked of marijuana most evenings? Check check check check! The parking lot is huge but not well lit at all, and there's no security guard outside. And the lobby smelled funny, although the guy who worked there was pleasant enough. The worst part is that the security door that should have been locked wasn't. Anybody could've gotten into the hotel. Luckily the door on my specific room worked and it had a deadbolt so I felt pretty safe, but still! Definitely not the safest place in town, and honestly that seems like a major violation for a hotel. I was nervous when I had to go out at night. It's called 'Inn and Suites,' but where were the suites, and why didn't they give me one since the place was nowhere near ful?! Or if my room is what they consider a suite I'm scared to know what a regular room is like. But the housekeeping staff was very nice and attentive and I appreciated that they cleaned my shower every day, made the bed, and gave me fresh towels. The shower was nice too- good water pressure. But even with that- would I stay here again? Nope!
